Private and peaceful Beach Cottage only 6 houses from Ocean and the Seaside Heights Beach and Boardwalk. Located on the most desirable blocks in Seaside Heights. Newly decorated and spacious. This house is one of two houses on the property. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and two 50 inch screen TV's.. Home has central air and ceiling fans, a fully stocked updated kitchen, granite countertops, Keurig coffee pot, blender, pots, pans glassware, toaster, microwave, Wi-Fi and cable. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron, ironing board, driveway parking for two cars, propane grill (propane included), shared backyard and outside shower. Price Includes beach passes. Bed Sheets and Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own OR OUR CLEANING SERVICE CAN SUPPLY THEM TO YOU AT A COST OF $75.

We loved our stay here. The house is so clean and has the perfect beachy vibe. The size was perfect for our family of five and we loved the fact that the living room has a door so could be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. The location was excellent—so close to the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend this place

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Susan's home! The home was extremely clean, nice and spacious for my family, and in a great location - a couple of minutes to the beach and boardwalk, and on a nice quiet street. Susan was responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, and answered my questions quickly. It was a great value, too!

Perfect home base for our weeklong sailing regatta on Barnegat Bay. Host was very responsive after some initial confusion on providing sheets & towels.

Because this property is on the North end of Seaside Heights it is a family friendly area. A short block from the beach and two blocks away from the rides and amusements makes this an ideal location. We have rented here for several years and always found it clean and welcoming. Hope to come back next year for more family fun.

The location was perfect. This cozy cottage was immaculate and described accurately. Owner was very responsive. Only complaint was no linens which was surprising for the price but we would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean house short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Nice outside showers. Would have liked a tv in the bedroom but my wife wouldn’t have lol. But would recommend and will be coming back.

This was my second year at this lovely beach house. Everything was just perfect. The house is very well maintained and provides all the comforts needed for 4 weeks of beach time. Steps from the beach and boardwalk and dining. Shopping is convenient, too.

We traveled with 8 adults including my senior parents who have mobility issues. The house was perfect! Everything on one level inside the house made things easy for my dad to navigate. The bedrooms accommodated us all nicely and we were so grateful for two bathrooms! The property was very clean and nicely decorated with a beachy feel. We took full advantage of the included beach passes which saved us some money to spend on the boardwalk! Communication with both the host and the property manager was easy and both responded to our few requests very quickly. Just FYI—if you plan to do dishes bring your own dishwasher pods. Also bring salt, pepper and spices and pot holders if you plan to cook. The blender was a nice touch! We would most definitely stay again—but we’d avoid Prom Week!

I spent a week with my husband and 2 boys (Ages 3 1/2 & 5 1/2). Check in was super easy. The lock box is easily accessible and opened with a breeze. The air conditioning was on when we entered the house which was appreciated. The house itself was exactly as the pictures show. The rooms were the perfect size and the extra living room was great. We used it as our kids playroom. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. Do make sure to bring your own cooking sprays, spices etc as none of those are there. There is a keurig so make sure to bring your own pods. They had a new roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper and a few garbage bags so we made sure to leave a few of ours on our way out. We always bring our own when we travel, but there were a lot of blankets and extra pillows if you needed them. The washer/dryer was a nice addition since we had time to wash our sheets before we left on our last day (one less thing for me to do when I got home) There are 2 outdoor showers so there was no having to wait to use it. We didn’t use the grill, but we definitely on our next stay! Nice and close to the beach and boardwalk. Front neighbors were nice and quiet. We appreciate everything in this house and can’t wait to come back next year!

This was a great beach house located very conveniently to the boardwalk, on a quiet street. Nicely renovated, very roomy. Ample Street parking was available besides the wonderful use of the driveway for two cars. Upon check-in I did have to contact owner/property manager due to sitting water in the sink. They were very quick to respond and even came that night to amend the problem, which really turned out not to be a problem. Two things I must mention though… There are no closets or a full length mirror in the house. Would definitely rent again!!

The house was even nicer than the pictures
My family and friends and I definitely enjoyed our stay. We loved the fact that the house was secluded and it made us feel more comfortable and safe. We were perfect walking distance from the beach and boardwalk. The bedrooms were beautiful the sofa beds were bigger than expected and that utensils and house items came in handy. The owners came in didn’t even bother us, they were very friendly. I hope in the future I can book with you guys again this was a great stay.

Overall it was good.
Overall we had a great time at this property. It was not cleaned properly though. We found several black hairs all over the house as soon as we checked in. We're all blonde so it did not belong to anyone in our party. They don't provide sheets, towels or hand towels, which I find odd. There were no paper towels, tissues and not a lot of toilet paper provided.
The location is absolutely unreal, right down the street from the boardwalk, you can see the house from the boardwalk. I do wish they labeled the house B because there is a house in front of it. it was slightly confusing when we were trying to find the house.
Overall I like the house and location, I wish they provided a bit more and cleaned better. I would stay here again.

We had the most amazing time! The rental was clean, had everything one could possibly need and was super convenient to the boardwalk. The host was also wonderful to work with. We loved it so much that we decided to stay longer!

Great location/bright and clean
Loved how the home was so close to the beach and boardwalk as well as many good restaurants for breakfast. Plenty of room for our family of five for hanging out and sleeping. Very clean and loved how it was decorated so beachy. We didn't cook there but the kitchen seemed nice enough providing the necessary items. The owner was so quick to respond when we had questions. We had a good experience at this cute beach house.

Beautiful home and location.
I'm handicapped, but can walk, we figured it out. Beach wheelchair at end of the block was great; very kind people. Quiet neighborhood, nice folks around us. The home could have used a couple more pans, a measuring cup/spoons, a closet LOL but all in all great. I would suggest a binder with info on TV/DVD player, Keirug, local restaurants, supermarket, farm market. We had a great time!!

Wonderful stay in Seaside!
We stayed at house#2 for 5 days and had a great time! The house is exactly as described- very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Loved having a second living/TV room, plenty of space for the whole family. Location and parking was great too. The house has a wonderful outdoor shower and plenty of outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. Easy communication with the owner. We couldn’t have picked a better property! Thank you!!!

Great location
Great location closer to the beach than you would think. Check in was easy but optional linens/towels which I had to pay cash for were a hassle to get. I was under the impression they would be in the unit on arrival. We had to communicate with the local property contact and go back to the house twice before successfully meeting up. I understand we all have things to do but I just needed some towels. Outdoor shower was nice but it’s attached to the back of the other house on the property and I felt a little odd showering in it while a family of people I didn’t know stayed in the other house. Very clean, very nice and very close to the beach. The outdoor shower/patio area was just small and really more shared than I expected. And COVID is over. Towels should be included or at least offered. I had to request myself.

Wonderful Beach House
This was by far one of the best beach houses we've stayed at so far. Clean, plenty of room for our family and the beachy decor in every room added to the experience. The location was perfect and the outdoor seating and grill made cooking out easy! A must see and a must stay!! The owner was a dream to work with especially during COVID. Great communication and so helpful!

Cute cottage near Seaside Heights boardwalk
We had a lot of privacy. We stayed in rear house. Pictures are accurate. Outdoor showers were nice and clean and private. Cottage has 2 full baths. Good Central AC. Note bed linens and towels not provided. Overall really nice stay for me and three 14 yr old girls.

Just Right!
This property worked out well for two adults and three teenagers. Two separate seating areas with TV. Could use privacy film on windows especially bathrooms to let light in, with blinds pulled down very dark. Two inside showers very small, used out door showers for more room. Brought our own 3x5 mat for inside door to clean feet and shoes when coming inside. Suggest also to bring slippers since no carpeting. Two car parking in driveway was a plus.

Spacious house, great location
I loved the house when I saw the pictures on VRBO, and it was even nicer when i saw it in person. The house had so much room, and everything was so new and clean. I was in house #2 which sits right behind house #1, but even with the close proximity of the 2 houses, I still felt there was a lot of privacy (and a little safer because we were set back from the street). The driveway, outdoor shower with hot water, and later check-out time were definite perks. I also loved the ceiling fans throughout the house.
Both the owner and property manager were very nice, and the owner was always extremely quick to respond to all of my questions (before and during our stay).
I read in another review that the lockbox was a little tricky. I did find it a bit temperamental, but since I was expecting this, it was not an issue at all. In fact, I am grateful for the lockbox as it meant I could arrive anytime, without having to worry about meeting someone at a specific time to get the keys.
Location to beach and boardwalk was my biggest concern prior to the trip, but the house was very close to both. My 76 year old dad who cannot walk far, was able to complete the walk easily.
Overall, I loved the property and so did my 6 year old son and 76 year old father! Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice clean house
We had a long weekend of moms daughters and granddaughters. House was very clean and location to beach was good. Our only problem was it really is too small for 10 people. The pullout in the open living room area blocks the bedroom door when open and the table only sat 4 comfortably. The picnic tables outside are shared with the people staying in the front house leaving not enough room for the 10 in our house and 8 in the other house.. Susan Amanda and Don were GREAT. To work with. I would recommend this house but for smaller groups.
