Great value with some little improve needed.

Grear located well-kept facilities, good mattresses. Hot water without limitations, heated floor in the bathroom. Generally great.

Poor soundproof, if you have people in the nearest apartment, you can hear them talking. The host didn't answer the emergency number for two days in a row. I had no emergency but had to move out earlier, so I wanted to contact for a key matter. No answer...

Never will stop here again because of the staff service

Comfortable and clean room with good centered hotel location. Location - 5 minutes by foot to the nearest mentro station.

It was totally another address of the apart as it mentioned in the account - apart was on the other side of the street, in the inside yard near the construction works. So it means, that we had no any chance to have a good sleep since 6 o'clock in the morning. The manager had insist to pay in cash, and didn't want to go without cash. I said, that everything is already blocked from my card, and I have no cash with me. He didn't want to go and to leave me the key from the room during 15 minutes, because he called to the accountant department and was asking to take money from my card and to approve him the payment. It was ridiculus and in the first time such strage situation with me. Never will stop here again because of the staff service.

excellent for the location, but poor service.

location was excellent very close to the city centre.

the building itself was very badly maintained and the stairs leading to up to the apartment was very badly damaged and someone had been sick all-over the stairs and they didn’t clean it all week it stunk every time I passed it. also they didn’t have lefts /elevators on the property we had to walk the stairs all the way to third floor.

I did not get an invoice after asking several times and waiting few months, the comunal area look like from horror movies, bulding from outside look awful.

Location was perfect, well equiped and good value

No shower gel, shampoo and etc... generally in this kind of apartments theybprovide you a hotel style bath equipments as it is not much comfortable to purchase at local shop full packs just for several days stay

I believe there should be extra pillows. The bed sheets and towels should be replaced, once they were a little bit old already.

Very enjoyable. I consider this area the best location in Kyiv.

Very good situation in Town center, next to Maydan. Metro Station less than 5 mins walk (Teatralna). Same line if you come from Central Train Station (Connexion to Airport by bus or train). Key pick-up just around the corner. Young Team very helpful. Restaurants, Bars, nightlife, all in walking distance. .

No elevator. My apartment was on 3rd floor, but I managed, as no heavy luggage. Walls a little thin.

Great location, quite apartment and very friendly and helpful hosts/management!

The quality of my stay, comfortable mattress/furniture, clean apartment, absolutely great location and absolutely amazing hosts! The apartment is like one bedroom apartment (a living room open to kitchen and a good size bedroom) with all things I needed, AC, the iron, washer, etc. No outside noise! I highly recommend this apartment. For some people who want to travel with a big family, then ask the hosts about booking next door studio style apartments (on the same level, doors next to each other). I wish I knew before then I would book this apartment and next two for my sisters with kids and myself.

No elevator. But it was not a big issue for me. I like to do some exercises.

Superb appartment, so well located.

Exactly like the photo's. Superb appartment with a view on the courtyard (quiet!). Bed and bedroom are perfect, Bathroom also. Kicthen is great plus and the lovely balcony was a nice surprise. Useful equipments. A welcome kit for the bathroom (shower gel) was missing to be perfect. No channel found on the TV... if that matters. 3rd floor was a bit tough after long walking days 😅 (Do not hesitate to rent a scooter (many options available, then take first one which free in the street)).

Pleasant

The driver Mr Nicola was very kind and nice and helped me in carrying my bag, draw money from ATM and exchange currency.

I faced issue with WI-FI so I called up the staff on the given number using my roaming phone, but he was very rude and asked me to send the address on WhatsApp!! so I told him i cant access whatsApp and his answer was and I quote " u have money to make international call, but u can't sent me the address on whatsapp" I was really shocked to hear such answer, upon which I told him I need WiFi connection in order to use WhatsApp!!, eventually I send him the address via sms, he never apologised to me over the phone, in fact asked me to fix the problem by myself since it Will take him about an hour to send someone, I had to use the side table to climb in order to reach the modem router which was located above the door and which I struggled with to reach that high, faced the same problem the next day upon which i fixed the issue by myself without calling any staff. He did send me an apology on WhatsApp but I guess just to cover himself!! Zero courtesy . In addition I was suprised to know that payment should be in cash as they don't accept visa card, which was never highlighted when booking.

- Sunlight very low because of the building and flat location - Hot water if it is open for jacuzzi, it starts not working.
