About this bed and breakfast

Traditional style homestay, where your hosts are there when you need them, but otherwise melt into background.
The guest area of our house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a breakfast room.
Prepared for you each morning is a substantial continental breakfast , including a freshly made plunger of coffee.
A total of 3 bedrooms are available:
1 x twin bed room
1 x double bed room
1 x queen bed room
All rooms open directly to verandah, thus enabling private access to your room. Car parking is also very conveniently situated just a few steps from your room.

Munda Biddi Cycling
The Blue House is located 'on the trail' and welcomes Munda Biddi trail blazers - you can be on the trail within 20 seconds of jumping in the saddle!
If you enjoy bushwalking, the Timberline trail to Barrabup Pool is 11 km, and easily done in one day; this trail starts from the house.

Margaret River - take Mowen Road/Rosa Brook Road directly to Margaret River be there in 45 minutes.
There are many options for day drives....Nannup is central to them all. Stay a few days and discover the south west of Australia.
Your hosts have plenty of maps and day trip suggestions, so why not take advantage of their local knowledge.

Suan and Michael treated us like royal very lovely host. We woke up to a lovely spread of breakfast. lt was our 22nd anniversary and they even made a card with a lovely message. That message melted our hearts to say the least. We are soooo grateful indeed. We would recommend a peaceful stay that their lovely property. Thank you very much for making our stay lovely.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the The Blue House, a beautiful property in an amazing location, feels and looks like you are on a farm/bush setting, but literally 7 min walk to town, and such a beautiful walk it is. Michael and Susan were perfect hosts, very helpful, really enjoyed our stay here.

The property was easy to find, close walking distance to town but feels like a quiet bush get away when your there. The hosts were both lovely and very helpful and the rooms are nicely laid out with ensuite and your own access door so you don’t have to go through the house all the time if you are coming and going. Great choice of accommodation if you’re staying in Nannup.

Excellent location, a 10 min walk to town or 1 min to the Munda Biddi trail for the cyclists. Very peaceful sitting on the verandah overlooking the gardens, perfect place for a relaxing cuppa before the day’s activities.

We stayed in the room with the double bed and bathroom across the hall. Very comfortable stay! Lovely room and facilities, beautiful balcony with gorgeous views. A very convenient short walk into town. Sue and Mike the hosts were lovely, and gave us plenty of privacy but were there if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here whether a couple, single or family.

The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything a traveler on request. Breakfast is great and special dietary requirements are catered for on request. You might want to discuss before hand as everything is freshly made. I'll definitely be back when travelling to Nannup

We had a wonderful getaway at the Blue House. The rooms are lovely with beautiful views from the verandah. The location is ideal with a 10min walk into town. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the local eggs from Freeda Roam and her girlfriends. Hosts Michael and Susan were fantastic. Would definitely come back.

A pleasant stay for a few days over Easter long weekend was enjoyed at The Blue House with hosts Michael and Susan. Perfect room with ensuite, ease to walk into township, a lovely outlook and even a shared table of food and a drink or two with other guests later in the evening was a nice closure to our down south break.
