Large private rooms with lots of large community spaces (coworking area, kitchen, mediation/yoga area). Decor and overall vibe of the place was so cool! So many beautiful murals throughout the property and in the rooms. There were so many details that made us feel so welcome and at home! Worth the stay!
Pool was very rustic, had it been more updated, likely would have spent more time there

Awesome place with super friendly staff. I liked the opportunity to cook own meals. Our teenagers loved the pooltable

Location was perfect, all the staff went above and beyond to help. Being a solo traveller, I felt really safe and looked after. The pool is great, and there is all the entertainment that you need. The bed was so so comfortable, and everything was super clean. I was really sad to leave. I will definately be back again.
Nothing, it was perfect.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Modern, concrete structure. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Relaxing rooftop. Nice simple breakfast each morning. The entire place was kept extremely clean. Bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, towels available for use. Pool table, ping pong, painting supplies. Short walk to the main stretch of Rinconada.
There was nothing to dislike.

We stayed at Casa Conicarit last year, we booked a week and ended up staying for three weeks. This year we flew to Cancun to discover the playa del carmen area, we didn’t like this area as it was full of all inclusive hotels and not many independent places to walk to. So, we booked a week at Casa Conicarit. We flew to Mexico City for 2 nights then on to Puerto Escondido. Once again, we ended staying here for 3 weeks. Located at the end of Rinconada strip. Walking distance to fabulous bars and restaurants, beaches where the sunsets amazing, we spent some time in zicotela at some fab yoga classes. Easy to get a taxi or jump in a collectivo. It’s room only, but they do provided breakfast, which always included orange juice, coffee, teas, toast etc. some mornings there were home baked cakes, ham and cheese sandwiches. There is everything you need here to self cater. There is a pool table, tv lounge, loads of different games to play. On the roof is a table tennis table, yoga mats, blocks, straps. They really have thought of everything here. The beds around the pool were comfortable. We work remotely and the staff would appear with refreshing cold drinks for us, the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but it worked for us inputting stuff. There is an Internet cafe round the corner with everything you need as a digital nomad. Generally, we managed to work ok at Casa Conicarit. Can’t fault this place, we were made to feel at home. Big hugs to all the wonderful staff there,
Particulate Anji, who recognised us from last year. 🥰
Perfect place in our opinion.

This is honestly my favourite place I have ever stayed. the photos don’t do it justice - it’s beautiful and peaceful, the pool area is so lovely to relax and swim in. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and there were such nice touches, like popcorn makers in the rooms. The kitchen is really nice and clean and the main fridges were well stocked with beers, water and soft drinks, which you pay for at the end (reasonably priced too). There was a different selection of breakfast foods and juices/coffee every morning, which was always nice. During our stay there was a movie night with a film played on a projector above the pool which was cool. it’s also in a great location, away from the business of central Puerto Escondido but a short walk from some excellent beaches and restaurants. overall, we were both so sad to leave Casa Conicarit and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the best stay!
It was all great!

There was continental breakfast and it was good. If I wanted to cook I could do so. Access to bottled drinks and snacks if you wanted them. It was very quiet and there was an upstairs yoga deck and ping pong table as well as a massage studio area if you wanted to book this feature.
The bathroom sink stuck out and impinged upon the toilet area. A wall mounted porcelain or cast iron enameled sink that was moved over a bit and rounded would solve this. The sink faucet was a hose bib ball valve with a 4" length of garden hose. I'd replace this with a faucet coming directly out of the wall. I'd like to have had a bureau to put clothes into. There were just chests that you could lock your gear into when you were gone. I'd like to have had a curtain over the main entrance door of the unit for some more privacy.

Casa Conicarit is a very unique and creative experience. There are many sweet details like a book lounge, art/painting supplies, lovely shared kitchen.

Beautiful peaceful setting with a small but warm pool very tastefully decorated. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and they have free bikes and beach bags and a ping pong table upstairs. Loved most things about the place.
The only thing that I was unhappy with was when a member of the staff woke us up by pounding on our door at 6 am afraid that we were going to skip out without paying. The staff had not made the connection that we had booked with booking.com for the first week booking.com under my name and the second week under my husbands. there never was an apology from them for feeling the need to address their concerns at a regular time.

We loved our stay at casa conicarit. It is a beautifully created oasis with a pool in the middle. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and you can rent bikes and other things for the beach (though most of the things are a bit old). There is a nice little breakfast every day until noon.
Nothing, we had a great time.

The property is amazing if a tiny bit over decorated haha. It’s very nice to have a pool and most importantly not bunk beds, very helpful staff, secure, amazing water pressure and right near beaches (and free use of bikes)
I had to ask for them to replace toilet paper in bathrooms etc but everything was mostly amazing!

Excellent location with good WiFi connection around the kitchens and pool area.
Originally booked one week but after only two nights then a further two weeks.
We absolutely loved it there. And the staff are so nice and helpful.
I can't think of anything else to say.

Loved this tranquil place, we booked for one week and ended up staying up for three weeks. Loved the quiet location at the end of the Rinconada strip. Playa Coral was five minute walk away, access was via a hotel costing 50 pesos for basic access. Loved watching the amazing sunsets here. Half hour walk to Zicotela beach and twenty minutes to Bacocho beach, the typical Robinson Crusoe beach! Special mention to the two girls working there, Arriana and Angelica, hard working lovely girls who looked after us so well bringing random juices to us in the afternoon. The room was big with plenty of storage space.

Everything was perfect: an impeccable service and a great kindness, magnificent rooms, a pleasant swimming pool, painting at disposal, a varied breakfast in a very pleasant district and near the most beautiful beaches of Puerto.
the only drawback: the wi-fi is not accessible in the rooms but it is enough to buy a SIM card

Casa Conicarit was such a sanctuary. It was beautiful, unique, clean, serene, spacious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend staying here, I will definitely be back!
there’s nothing I didn’t like, however a couple of suggestions: get new bikes, invest in better WiFi, and make the entrance a little more obvious for check in.

Beautiful and good place to stay! It has the vibe of a hostel, but the comfort of a hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay at this wonderful accommodation!
