Alles sehr einfach.

Ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. EL personal muy atento. Me encantó este hotel .Volvería sin dudar.
Un poco caro.

Great location next to the beach, pools were nice and warm, good restaurant although overpriced for a vegetarian menu, nice looking colonial architecture.
The cost per night was not relative to the offering. My bed had bugs and we had to switch rooms, bathrooms were aging, restaurant was overpriced. And the WiFi was TERRIBLE, not recommendable for digital pads or teleworking...

Location it was perfect for our first time visiting Puerto Escondido.
The room needed to be updated especially the bathroom shower and the AC was not working at all.

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is delicious, the staff was super helpful and friendly.
The Rooms are a bit old and not enough sockets to conect electronic devices.

The hotel has a very beautiful landscaping, the rooms are big an clean. The bed felt clean as well and very comfy. The location was ideal to me since it sits away from all the movement going at zicatela yet you can walk a few steps there and enjoy the lively beach front if you want.
The TV was broken... Not a problem to me since I wasn't planning to see any TV anyways

old school super pretty tiling and nice pools.
got violent food poisoning day 1 at the restaurant on property. had to call in a doctor after 11 hours of vomiting. they didn’t check on me, pay for doctor or take the meal off the bill. front desk and management were horrible. rest of staff were lovely

The service and restaurant were wonderful. The pool was nice but not very clean. The location was great.
The rooms really need some updating. TVs don't really work. It was hard to control the temperature in the room. They could use better pillows and linens.

The pools and on-site restaurant were great! The proximity to the beach was wonderful for a morning stroll, watching surfers, etc. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
The mattress was soft and worn in, so a bit hard on the back. Pillows were great though - there was a variety.

Beautiful ocean front property, lovely restaurant with great seafood & vegetarian food, room was very spacious
The beds were very hard & uncomfortable as were the pillows. I stayed here 16 years ago and remember the beds & pillows were incredibly hard and would have thought they would have updated them by now. I have stayed at several other properties in Puerto and they all had very comfortable beds not these hard ones.

The place it's beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the pool and the view from the pool give you the exact energy you need for a vacation. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom clean. It is a lovely hotel!
I chose the hotel thinking that it was right in front of the beach, meaning that it had chairs or umbrellas that you could use at the shore. However, it is not the case, you have to cross the street and there Are no amenities from the hotel there.
I didn't like that it did not have music, I was not expecting loud music but at least something in the background that would complete the beach vibe.

Beautiful property with lots of tile and terracotta. 2 pools to cool off in as the ocean across the street was too high surf to swim but it was fun to watch the surfers. Shops and restaurants were on the same road out front. The restaurant and bar were good. All the drinks were made from scratch with fruit. Staff were very friendly.

the location, the adult only pool, outstanding restaurant and calm ambience.
the decor in rooms is quite tired, no Wi-Fi in some rooms, no bar fridge or tea/coffee station, dark without a view.

The style of the hotel was authentic, the bed linens were superlative. Restaurant was excellent, very friendly staff. View from rooftop was amazing. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We had booked a twin room with balcony, a full 7 months prior to our arrival, in order to secure what we wanted. Upon arrival we were directed to a room with 3 beds, no balcony, and 2 very small windows - one looked into a stairwell and the other into a back alley. Immediately went to speak to the front desk staff who did not speak English. (This is their country, I do not expect fluency in English, but in the hospitality venue, there should be someone available to translate) Iwas told there was nothing they could do. The third time I went down, there was another guest who spoke Spanish. Found out they were overbooked. I would have thought they would have honored the earlier bookings first. Not pleased as we paid the same amount for a substandard room as was quoted on our booking. Cannot help thinking if we spoke Spanish we may have had a different outcome.

I'm a very seasoned traveller and have stayed in hotels all over the world and the customer service I experienced at Hotel Santa Fe was some of the worst I have known. For example, facilities I was told were included in my room price I soon learned were not. I've sent dozens of emails to the management since and have not had one single reply from them.
I'm not the sort of person to leave bad reviews but this hotel is an exception. For the high prices they charge, you would expect some level of customer service, but it is non-existent. There are far better places I have stayed in Puerto Escondido.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the architecture is so eclectic with two pools as a focal point. The air conditioning worked a treat in our room and the staff were friendly and helpful.
No hot water in the showers and our room key was one click away from needing a locksmith

The hotel bar and restaurant prices were high. There should be a discount for guests.
