Nice condo within walking distance of the lake and town of Grand Lake.

Great location with fast and easy access into RMNP and to Grand Lake dining and shopping.

Condo was very centrally located and nice place to stay over the holiday weekend.

We had a great time at this condo in Grand Lake. Communication beforehand was very clear, and the property was as advertised. We especially appreciated the proximity to the grocery store! Overall this is a great location for someone who doesn't need to be lakefront to enjoy their time in GL.

The condo is exactly how it's listed. It's perfectly good but not great. The bed and pillows were excellent. The fireplace excellent. Showers great. Everything was very clean. The couches are old and super uncomfortable. When we got there, there was a horrible smell in the condo. It smelled like Asian cooking but very heavy on the oil. At first I thought that the previous people who rented the condo had done some serious cooking while they were there. We opened the sliding glass door and the smell was gone after a few hours. Later, I smelled it on the stairway. I think it's one of the neighbors.

Perfect property for quick weekend snowmobile getaway

Really nice place

Even though it's advertised as no pets...for renters, it is obvious that condo owners have pets. My husband has pet allergies and was suffering during our stay. There were stains on the carpet and no comfortable chairs. The road that ran alongside the condo was very busy all day. Right across from the post office. The parking permit was missing and we had to call the owner to find out what to do.

Great condo to stay in for all activities around Grand Lake. Easy access to highways and downtown. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Overall the condo was fine. It is nice and big. No lake view but close to the downtown area. The sofa sleeper frame is not level so we had to use the small mattress on the floor. The bedrooms are big. The primary bathroom has a couple of roller wheels missing on the glass shower doors so they do not close easily. As with most condos in the area, it does not have A/C, but that was not an issue in late September.

The unit was lovely.
Centrally located for all we wanted to do.
I would rent this unit again!

Very clean and like brand new condo with a nice mountain view. Perfect location, close to the park gate and walking distance to the town. Good hikes around in the mountains just five minutes drive. Grocery market within minute walking distance.

Great location and plenty of room. Carpet was stained and needs to be replaced.

We took my mom up for her birthday to spend some time in Grand Lake and get some paddleboarding in and hiking. The condo was perfect! Both bedrooms are perfectly sized and the layout of the apartment is great! The check in process was really easy using the electronic lock. Condo is an easy walk to town as well as to some great hikes that go along Shadow Mountain Reservoir. We would love to stay here again in the future!

This place is hardly what it seemed. The building itself is outdated. The carpet is awfully in need of replacement. The building is actually part of an apartment complex, and likely why the carpet has not been replaced. The apartment was 82 degrees inside when we arrived. After an hour of adjusting the thermostat and no temperature change, I called Lindsey (the contact). It was then that I was informed that the unit does not have air conditioning, and we were to open the windows and turn on the fans. I was furious. Better yet, the none of windows have screens. So, we slept with flying insects all night. Truthfully, I would have been happier camping in a tent outside. On top of all of this, when we got back from dinner on our first night, another resident informed us that the parking lot was getting line striped, and that we would have to park on the other side of the building on the street or otherwise be towed. Neither the owner nor Evolve informed us of this.
COULD YOU IMAGINE LEAVING YOUR BUG INFESTED APARTMENT IN THE MORNING ONLY TO FIND THAT YOUR RENTAL CAR HAD BEEN TOWED BEFORE YOU WOKE UP?!?!?

This condo needs some serious maintenance. The first thing you see when you enter are dirty and stained carpet and furniture. The pictures online were definitely taken prior to frequent rentals because the living room and dining room do not look like the VRBO images. So your first impression is a bad one. The kitchen was poorly stocked, such as basics like salt and pepper and cabinets were dirty. I will never rent from a management owned and maintained property again; only rent from an owner who owns, cares and maintains the property.

Grand Lake vaca
We were in RMNP for our kids first trip to the area. Rental was super close to downtown and perfect cozy spot for us to ride side by sides in the area and fish as a family. We accidentally left behind something that belonged to our girls and the property mgr was great to work with to get our things back to us. Perfect place, will rent again.

The pictures were great but we should have looked closer at other reviews before booking. The property had great potential but was not very clean. The carpets and light colored couch were filthy, white towels were discolored and shower curtain should be replaced. The units kitchen was sparse and was missing basic kitchen items like like a liquid measuring cup and large Pyrex to make sweets. Parking was very tight with a midsized SUV and it was tough to back out between the garages and other vehicles.

Location and view amazing, cleanliness terrible
The location of this property is amazing. You’re so close to RMNP, downtown and the lake. It was quick access when we wanted to head down to the lake for a little bit. My mom and her husband, myself and my two boys (ages 7, and 2 months) stayed here comfortably. However, the cleanliness of this property was terrible. The floors were sticky, carpet is stained everywhere, dust, handprints all over things, trash can needs a good wiping down.

It was ok
It wasn’t clean at all. Very dusty everywhere, floor needed some cleaning

Loved Grand Lake, loved the town and people, views ,and especially at the welcome center
We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The carpeting, pub chairs and trash can were filthy. The door wall and patio were also dusty and dirty.

Cozy
Cozy, warm, and inviting. The fireplace was not working which was a bummer but we communicated this to the owner and she was right on getting it fixed for the next guests to enjoy. The place ran hot in temperature inside even with the heat all the way down. We just opened the windows and patio doors for the fresh mountain air. The view is amazing even in the snow, as well as the Grand lakes area. Would suggest going to City Market for food.

Moose!
Super location - loved seeing Moose right outside, loved walking around the area and loved the incredibly easy access to RMNP.

Very Nice!
Great property! Lot's of room with everything needed for a good experience. Gateway to RMNP which was what we were looking for. Good telephone response when needed. (Very Important!)

Just blocks from the lake 💕
What a great trip. We were 4 adults but the home was stocked with a folding crib, high chair, and extra items if needed. Next time I’ll bring my grand baby! Beautiful little town and just a 2 mile drive to Rocky Mountain national park entry! Will visit again soon!

Perfect RMNP Accommodation
We loved our stay at this condo in Grand Lake, CO. We were greeted with a clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped condo after a day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was very convenient to not only the park (just a few miles away) but to the downtown area of Grand Lake where there is plenty of food food and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot and uncomfortable
There is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows allowing us to open windows. I cannot take the heat so this situation made me extremely uncomfortable. I had one of my worst nights ever traveling due to not being able to sleep because it was so stuffy in the condo.
The bathrooms lacked facial tissue which for the price you’d expect the small amenity. One positive note: the condo was roomy, had a lot of seating, and seemed clean enough. With all the extra fees I felt being asked to take out the garbage was a little much to ask. My first and last vrbo.

The property was very nice! Very clean, good location. Very responsive to our questions. Would stay there again!!

Perfect weekend
This was a perfect condo for our weekend with friends. Very clean and well maintained we would stay here again!

Mountain getaway
Great trip with spectacular views! We didn’t realize this was so close to the wildfires from last year so we got to see some of the damage first hand around town. We enjoyed several local restaurants and bars while relaxing every night in front of the fireplace watching the sunset while viewing the Rocky Mountains. The condo was plenty spacious and had all the amenities one would need. My only complaint (and a few others noted) would be that both mattresses are in need of replacing if you have issues sleeping. Until the next time Grand Lake!!!

Grand Lake Refresher
The property is nicely decorated and very convenient to town, dining, and recreation. While it is surface clean it could definitely benefit from some deeper cleaning.

Great condo close to downtown
My husband and I celebrated our 12th anniversary. The condo was perfect and looked like the pictures in the posting. A quick walk to to downtown. We would stay again!

Nice condo
Bedding in master be needs to be replaced. Could use some sprucing up, nothing really says “welcome”. Had to wash some dishes before we could use them. The location is great! Second bedroom is nice. The trash can had someone else’s trash left in it. I expected a little nicer for the money.

Exceptional place to stay
This condo is very clean and cozy. It was very quiet at night. Close drive to Main Street in Grand Lake. Quick access to the lakes and to Rocky Mountain National Park. All amenities available. Guest book on the coffee table had a lot of suggestions for things to do, places to visit, hikes, and places to eat (Roadhouse was the best!). We loved our stay here!
