While the layout is a bit odd, the property is well-appointed and spacious. The condo was clean and situated along the banks of the rapids, just as advertised. The property manager was prompt in their response to our request for help. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location! So nice to walk everywhere. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and our boys loved playing in the stream next to the property.

We loved our stay! The rushing water behind the condo was our favorite feature. You can hear the water from the unit, so we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the door open to listen in the evening. Plenty of room for a family of six. The small town of Grand Lake was adorable with excellent views & amazing hiking options. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We loved this location for our get-together. It was walking distance to many things and a short drive to other things. The layout really worked well for us. Good communication, very accommodating.

Great condo. Right on the river. Walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. Dinner at the Grand Lake Lodge was fantastic. LOVE Grand Lake. A must-see destination.

Condo was great. Main bed mattress could use replacing. I have already recommended this place to friends.

The location is perfect for visiting RMNP. The river runs right behind the property. Walking distance to town.
The shower didn’t drain well so the shower was very slippery. And the instructions for trash removal at the end was not accurate. But overall would definitely stay here again!!

The place was okay but we have stayed at better places for the same price. It wasn't very clean and one of the bathrooms has a very old toilet seat and the shower curtain was very old and stained. Someone used the fireplace but didn't clean it. There were sticks with marshmallow on them. When you walk in, you aren't walking into the living room. You enter through the bedroom which seemed odd. The bed was comfortable, very soft and squishy. I loved the wood burning fireplace and the river out the back door. The Television was easy to operate, which was nice. If the place was cheaper, we might stay again but not for what we paid.

Condo as described and location couldn’t have been better! Small creek stream out back was very awesome. Beds were comfy. Will return. Thanks

didn't deal with property manager but no problems with us taking a little longer to vacate

The location of the condo was so nice. Walking distance to all the fun of a Grand Lake. We were on the first floor and the second floor was a little noisy but not enough to disturb our kids sleep. Picnic area by the stream was great, we’d order carry out and eat there. Definitely would stay again

The home itself is cozy, clean and well situated within the town. Walking distance to the lake, shops and food. We walked nearly everywhere. We visited mid May before tourist season started. It felt like we had the town to ourselves. The back patio leads right to the water and it’s just a beautiful background noise to keep calm. Thank you for having us 💛 we look forward to visiting again.

Wanted to see if we could check in a couple hours early. Called the contact that i had, Tim. Never got a call back with any kind of answer, so that was the first red flag. The first two days were great, and then the construction began on the floor above us. Load banging nonstop for 8 hours a day. If i could give this a rating of zero, i would. Will not not book with these people again.

The condo was nice inside and the location was great. However the people that are staying inthe second floor condos walk on the ceiling of the first floor condo's. So each time tenants come and go up the steps on the outside landing and drag their luggage across the deck that's the bedroom ceiling facing the street. So we were at the mercy of the tenant above us. Rise and shine when they came and went at 7am each morning. We were on vacation and would have like to sleep in but not at this condo. I would not rent again because of the poor construction layout of the condo building

The condo was nice and accurately described on VRBO. But we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of important reasons. The queen mattress in the bedroom was old and all they did was add a 4-inch Styrofoam pad to make up for the old, flat mattress. Also, the pillows were flat and needed to be replaced. On our first day there, construction started on the condo above us. We contacted the manager the next day to let him know how noisy it was. He checked on it and his reply was odd. He just said that if we wanted to move, he would support us. What does that mean? The work continued and we tried not to be at the condo during the day. We didn't want to move, so we adjusted out schedule to try to be out most of the day. A discount would have been a reasonable offer for our inconvenience. We have vacation rental properties and have compensated guests even for inconveniences that are out of our control. But most importantly, the queen mattress and the pillows need to be replaced.

Perfect location
This condo was a perfect location to downtown and the lake. The condo was much bigger than we expected much to our delight. We loved having seating right next to the rapids to enjoy each day. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The owner thought of every age range and had lots of games available to play. We come to Grand Lake almost every year and this will be a place to look into again!

Mother and 2 daughters
80 yr old mother and 2 daughters 62 & 60 enjoying a girls trip away from home .. we did the same thing in 2019 , then stayed in Grand Lakes 3 nights … loved the town so much we wanted to go back and stay longer… loved cabin , just wish mattress had been better on queen bed and couches had been more comfortable other than that a wonderful place to stay… if age will let me , might do it again in a couple more years!!!

Opinion
Stay was great. My girl loved the access to the river. I thought the kitchen was set up a little odd; microwave in one area, coffee maker in an other and there was an odd mix of dishes and pans. The fire alarm, smoke detector was right under the stove so as soon as we started frying sausages for breakfast the alarm went off.
Lastly, the tube near the washer and dryer did not drain after a shower, that was reported to my property contact, I believe his name was Ryan.
Overall though, great stay, we had a wonderful time.

Great little place
Had a great long weekend in this adorable little town. Property was walking distance to everything and suited us just fine. Only thing I would change is the mattress, thank God there was a memory foam topper in the closet.

Weekend in Grand Lake
The Condo was very clean and very close to downtown. The Sagebrush Grill which is or favorite is only a 3 minute walk from the condo. The only disappointment was seeing the massive amount of burnt trees in RMNP. But, we love the river that is next to the condo.

Beautiful area, somewhat convenient to ski resorts
Beautiful area in a nice little town about 20 minutes from Grandby Ranch Ski Resort. Nice condo with plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Owner is always available if needed.

Cute Unit in Beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo and the Grand Lake area! The condo had everything we needed and was decorated very thoughtfully and authentically. The unit was very clean. The owner was very responsive. The layout of the unit was a bit unusual as far as the needed kitchen appliances in three different areas of the living area and the bathrooms have single sinks with little counter space outside of small bathrooms. Certainly the space was utilized well and I don't see what could be done about that. It was wonderful that the living area faced the river. It was a treat to be walking distance from town, and the charcoal grill by the river was a special place to cook and relax as we listened to the river. Thank you for everything. It is quite the amazing area!

Grand Summer
Fantastic location. Perfect for a family. The roaring rapids run right behind the cabin and makes for a great sleep noise. We loved Grand Lake. Couldn’t have ask for a better location.

Great location. Walk to everything.
We would stay again.

Awesome place!
Everything about this property was awesome, except for the mountain of ice right outside the door. Slipped 4 times. The building needs gutters for runoff. Otherwise it creates a huge obstacle to step over.
