this property is right in the middle of Bozeman action. Restaurants shops etc. right out your front door.

Loved my stay except potentially give a warning that the place is very close to a few VERY loud bars…might be appealing to folks into loud bar scenes. Otherwise loved the place and exceptionally good communication with hosts.Thank you.

Great location, in the heart of Bozeman. Loved everything about it!
2.0
The location was great however the accuracy of the flat was poor. You must climb steep stairs to enter the building from the back, the carpets need cleaning, there was not a fireplace or dishwasher nor could we locate a hot tub or fire pit? We had to wash all the dishes before using them. Coffee cups had lipstick on them.
We did however enjoy our time in Bozeman.. a lovely little town with friendly folks!

This property was perfect for my husband and I's long weekend getaway. Perfect size and location. It had everything we could need. So many great dining options and bars within walking distance.

Great location and would stay here again. Agreed for reading other reviews the noise from a bar across the street can be distracting at night if you are a light sleeper.

The property was darling and comfortable. However I timed how long it took for the water in the bathroom to get hot, it takes 90 seconds. That’s a lot of water waste. Since the property is right downtown parking can be a bit of a challenge.

Went with my wife to visit my brother in law. If you’re looking for an easy spot in the heart of downtown - this spot is perfect.

Check was easy, communication was great, location is unbeatable! The cookies were delicious!

Location is perfect! Close to bars, restaurants, shops and the delicious co op! Right on Main though does mean it’s very loud if you want to open the windows, which you do bc or else it gets stuffy. Only complaint was we do have a baby, so we had to retire early, and the TV was pretty old and didn’t have many channels. Smart TV would be better. But that was just us!

We enjoyed our stay right on Main Street. Super convenient and fun to be able to walk all over town. We’ve been to Bozeman many times but haven’t stayed right in town. We would definitely do it again. Our only complaint would be the room air conditioning that can only be used one at a time. Small issue but overall, excellent simple space for two of us.

Right downtown so can’t beat the location. Clean and had all the basics

Not sure we will stay downtown again! So much noise at night, especially Friday. Had to run the loud AC to block out the street noise. Plus, got a notice they were repaving the lot for Flats on Main & had to find add’l. Parking which was definitely an issue, and then parking lot was never repaved, what a hassle!!

If you don’t mind a little late night noise then this is a great location! Walk to all of the great Main St restaurants and boutiques. Check in was easy as was communication with Management Co. will definitely stay here again!

Nice clean place and close to downtown

Unit is conveniently located above Nova Cafe downtown. Easy walk to shops & restaurants. Loud music on weekends due to proximity to bars. Unit had a white noise machine, which was helpful. Had a technical issue with checking-in & staff was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

It was a great time being right on the downtown location. Even in the middle of the cold,we weren't far from anything.

The location absolutely cannot be beat! A lot of the reviews I read ahead of booking mentioned how loud you could hear everything. Reviews made it appear to primarily be a weekend thing so I did not have as much concern considering I booked a Sun-Tues stay but I was wrong :( It was still super loud, like the wall separating the unit from the street was paper thin. Only other things that could make the property a bit better:
- WD-40 the bedroom and bathroom door hinges, they were soooo squeaky
- The tub was dangerously slick, a rubber mat would be nice to avoid someone slipping and potentially injuring themselves.
- Sink and tub fixtures were very outdated.
I personally LOVED the JFK & Jackie book, I wish so badly I could have bought it off of you all ;) Thanks again for the stay, would probably go back!

I stayed here for move in weekend to MSU
The location was perfect.

While it’s great being on Main Street, the trade-off is this unit is above a restaurant and bar, and isn’t we’ll sound-proofed. That said, you will hear the nightlife until we’ll past midnight. Further, in the summer, the two portable air conditioners are loud and unable to adequately cool the unit because they can’t be run at the same time without tripping the breaker. Lastly, the entire unit feels dated and a bit dingy. Outdated kitchen and bathroom. Paint peeling. Old carpet. Sorry, can’t recommend.

Nice unit, very clean, no elevator, bring earplugs (seriously)
Depending on what you're looking for, the greatest thing about this unit is also the worst thing, which is that it's in the heart of downtown Bozeman.
Downtown Bozeman is a very fun town and this is wonderfully located to walk everywhere. It's right above a breakfast cafe and we online ordered our coffee from their website most mornings. It was so nice to be a five minute walk from every restaurant and bar, not to mention the many shops. There is also a grocery coop that's a five minute walk and because the unit has a full kitchen you can easily grocery shop and stay supplied from the coop without having to drive anywhere.
As many reviewers already noted, because this unit is right in the heart of downtown it is also noisy with a capital N on the weekend evenings. With earplugs and the a/c unit on we were okay with the noise levels and were able to sleep but keep in mind that we could still hear the noise to some extent even with the earplugs and noise dampener so if you are a light sleeper this could be an issue for you. After reading the reviews I checked to make sure there was no university game or anything special going on the weekend we stayed in June so the noisiness was just typical weekend partiers. The bar noise on Friday and Saturday went until about 2 am (I tend to wake up at night no matter what so I checked the time in between waking up and falling asleep again). Sunday night the bar next to us seemed closed and it wasn't noisy at all.
While the carpeting is pretty old looking and could stand to be replaced, the unit itself was scrupulously clean which I really appreciated. It's a great size for a couple. It's a tight fit if you're going to have additional people crashing in the living room which we ended up having for part of our stay.
Also, keep in mind that this unit is on the second floor and so you do need to climb up and down a flight of stairs (no elevator).
All in all, for the price it was a nice unit and if you want to be in the heart of downtown Bozeman and are okay with the noise levels, or will be the ones partying and creating the noise levels :) , this is a good place to stay.

Bozeman weekend
Just what we needed for a quick trip to Bozeman. Loved being downtown but it was quite noisy being downtown for graduation weekend!

Great Place, Centrally located, BUT...
This place was super cute and it was great to be walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE that this unit faces Main street, and directly across the street is a night club that plays very loud music until 2am.

Great stay
Good place to stay for a few nights! It is downtown so the bars are a little loud (especially after a Bobcat win) but overall a great stay! Would recommend for anyone visiting & wanting to be close to downtown!

Should not be rented on weekends when MSU is in session!
The reviews did not adequately describe the level of noise you face when staying here. We are from a large city and are used to city noise. This is not city noise. This is noise from 3 bars right across the street. The noise spills onto the street. Imagine not one, not two, but 3 large fraternity parties. The noise increases once the bars close, as the students spill onto the street and continue the party. We tried white noise and ear plugs; the windows were closed. We were not able to fall asleep before 3:30 am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Management reminded us that they could not control the noise, and that we had signed an agreement that no refunds would be offered for noise. Of course they cannot control the noise, but they have no business renting this unit on weekends! We asked to be moved to another rental, and they offered us earplugs. Do not stay here if you are expecting accommodations that allow for a good night's sleep.

I loved the location of the place and the comfortable size. Would recommend.

Great location a Little loud with bars close by
The location on Main Street is awesome!!! There are several bars close by that get very loud at night. We kind of expected that from other reviews. Fortunately the loud air conditioner in the bedroom was able to drowned out the noise.

Comfortable
It was on Main Street so it is a great location but you do hear the bar music at night. It was a comfortable place but the carpet really needs to be thrown out. Laundry was convenient.

Perfect location
Great location on Main Street, a little street noise but not enough to keep us from staying again
