Excellent place for 1-2 people. Air conditioning was a bit underpowered on a super hot day, but it was otherwise very comfortable. Lots of fans made it work. Apartment was clean and quiet because it was on the far side away from the street. Would be happy to stay there again.

Little confusing not knowing where to go in and where to park. But the place was cute and worked great for the days I was there. Had a friend one night other than that just me and was fairly quiet and comfortable.

The location of this apartment was absolutely wonderful. It had easy access to everything downtown and was centrally located. It’s perfect for a couple, two friends, or for a very small family. We will absolutely be renting this location again.

Cute one bedroom VRBO right in the middle of Bozeman, Main St. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping. Perfect for my needs.
Apartment was clean and offered everything I could need.
Definitely would stay again.

We were in Bozeman for the “Run To The Pub” 1/2 marathon. I don’t think a better location to stay could have been found for that. The start was right outside the front door. Lot’s of very nice places to eat and shop along the street outside. The property is nice, clean and great location for downtown activities. Will definitely stay there again if we are in Bozeman.

This apartment worked perfectly for my ski weekend. It is located above stores and restaurants, so there was loud music at night but honestly wasn't bad (it was a weekend after all) and I was so exhausted from skiing that I fell asleep anyway. (My son was bothered by it.) I would still stay there again b/c it was clean and comfortable and loved the location and ease of getting in and out and the hosts communication. Made my Bozeman trip perfect!

This was perfect for our family of 4. This getaway is just off of Main Street in Bozeman and right in the middle of college fun. We didn’t need to drive much because many shops and restaurants were located within a few blocks. It was perfect.

The property was great. The location is centered right in the active parts of E Main and was exactly what I was looking for. I walked everywhere. Note that you are in a busy downtown area, and on weekend nights in a college town that can be noisy into the night. This unit (6) is in the back of the building so it doesn't pick up a ton of the thumping dance music at night, but if you are looking for absolute solitude you might not want to be on Main street. Personally I loved the unit and the location.

Although the check-in and check-out information was terrible, the rental itself was very nice for being in downtown. The only other criticism is that the carpet was terribly stained/dirty. Management was very responsive to issues.

We loved being walking distance to food, shops, and a Peet’s Hill for the sunset! And the property manager was always an email away. Thank you!!

The property is fine, but the toilet backed up on the second day, a plumber came at the exact time we needed to be in the bathroom to get ready for the wedding we were in town for which made us late and then the toilet backed up the next morning so two of us were not able to use it that day at all!

Cute, clean, and centrally located
Overall I was very pleased with our stay at Fish Tales in Bozeman. We had no issues with check-in, parking, or our short stay in general. The location is great in a cute area of downtown.
I was extremely appreciative that the portable AC was on and doing its job when we checked in as it was a hot day (plus it’s on the top/second level). It was easy to find the bedding for the pull-out couch and move furniture around. The wifi worked well (extremely valuable).
The only thing I would suggest improving is customizing the check-out instructions, which referred to both a washer/dryer as well as a dishwasher and where to prep everything for the cleaning team prior to checking out. None are in the unit so I made a quick call to confirm best practices with property management to ensure we were abiding by the instructions.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great
Enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to put a sign on the laundry room door so guest will know which room it is. Wonderful and will try to stay there again on next visit.

5 day Fish Tales stay
Overall an okay place to stay for 2 (small for 3). It is in a great location to experience Bozeman's downtown. Just a few minor things, the online listing is a bit off. There is no leather chair or ottoman, no large pine desk (no idea where it could possibly be put) and under all amenities it lists a dishwasher which doesn't exist. We found the check-out instructions very confusing in that it stated to strip beds and put sheets next to washer even though multiple units share the washer/dryer area. Luckily, we asked housekeeper and she said just leave linens in unit. Also, the instructions mentioned doing a load of towels, really? Never heard of that especially with a coin-operated washer.

Home Again
We were visiting our son who went to school in Bozeman and stayed after graduating. We hadn't been to visit is over 2 years. This place is in a perfect location. We did not even need a car since everything we needed was in short walking distance. We enjoyed the restaurants and unique shops every day. The place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was cozy, comfortable, and inviting. Just a few things that could have made it better. My husband was looking forward to the brown chair pictured but there is a different chair in it's place and not one he liked. The bedding and towels are clean but looking a little worn. Lastly the skylight above the bed. It is wonderful to have natural light in a windowless room but it makes sleeping in difficult. We also had a beautiful full moon that lit up the bed in the middle of the night. Overall we loved the place and will definitely be back!

Great location in downtown Bozeman & within walking distance to restaurants & shops.
Everything we needed & easy check-in. We didn’t need the heater at all to keep the unit a comfortable temp. Only criticism is the bed pillows need to be replaced as stained from previous usage.

Convenient, fun location
We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one did not disappoint. We were concerned about the parking, but were reassured that we were fine when we called the rental office. Very convenient, fun location. There may be a little music you'll hear later in the evening from a local establishment, but that is part of the atmosphere!
