Private penthouse in the heart of downtown! This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse has everything you'll need. Sleeping for up to 11 guests with room for additional air mattresses. Complete private access to the rooftop patio and hot tub. You will be within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping, hospital, theaters, parks, nightlife and more! Walk to Prairie Roots Co-op food market, or take in a locally brewed cider from the cider house down the block. Penthouse comes with parking spot in the heated parking garage.

Our unique space offers a private rooftop patio with a hot tub overlooking the historic downtown Fargo. 10 ft ceilings, gas fireplace, new comfortable beds and linens.
-You will have access to high speed wireless internet, Smart tvs in each bedroom and living room so you can easily use Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc.
-Remote check in easy anytime after 3pm with lockbox code.
-Penthouse comes with 1 parking space in attached heated parking garage, street parking available - please follow City of Fargo parking regulations and signs.
-Washer and Dryer in unit with complimentary laundry detergent.
-Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property and we LOVE it. It's centrally located to everything and there's plenty of room for everyone.

Everything was good. Great place, great communication with the owner. The only complaint I have is that the listing appeared to show 7 beds, but two of those ended up being air mattresses. I might have missed that in the description, but I didn't see it. It was fine, I have no problem with an air mattress, it just wasn't clear to us that is what was available. Overall it was a terrific stay, in an excellent apartment. Thank you.

Beautiful property, conveniently located close to downtown. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. The unit itself was large with plenty of space for the 12 of us that stayed. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t use the rooftop patio very much. It was very nice though. Communication with the owners was great. Would highly recommend.

We had a girls weekend and really enjoyed the penthouse and easy location that was so close to downtown. Hot tub and heated toilet seats were both appreciated! Only issue was the lack of batteries in 90% of the remotes so we had to keep swapping them out but otherwise no issues!

The loft was perfect for us - we had a small group of ladies come for the weekend and needed a place to hang out, cook, and sleep. Worked out great! Really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Plus the heated parking garage was a nice perk, especially given the winter weather.

This unit was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was even decorated for the holidays which was such a nice touch. Everything was just as pictured, and was even nicer than we had expected. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Highly recommend if you are planning on staying in Fargo!

We have stayed here a couple times for girls weekend. Excellent for group stays!! The hot tub and rooftop patio is so great! Walking distance to all the fun and food downtown Fargo has to offer. Tons of sleeping room!

A group of moms that needed a weekend away and the place had many options for beds, big kitchen for preparing and enjoying meals. A relaxing rooftop with hot tub for great chats. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this condo. I absolutely love it and so did my family. Amazing views, rooms, perfect for family gathering. We had a few issues with parking, as the passes were not there. Overall great experience and hope to return some day

This place was perfect for getting ready for a Riverhaven wedding. Perfect lighting for hair and makeup. Then the newly married couple had the place for their wedding night. Absolutely gorgeous

We came up to attend Drekker fest. This location is super close to pretty much everything. We literally just walked everywhere. The property is very fun the hot tub and private roof top patio were a hit for all of us. It was clean, and roomy. There were 10 of us that stayed and it fit us pretty comfortably. The air mattress there has a slow leak so I’d suggest bringing your own. There were enough towels, blankets, pillows etc. for all of us. The amenities such as parking, hot tub, full stocked kitchen are excellent. Communication with the host was excellent and she made sure we were taken care of. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

Came here with 10 girls for a bachelorette, and it was walking distance to everything downtown. LOVED the rooftop hottub, and everything seemed to be very clean! Getting in and out was easy! Would come back again.

Our group of six celebrating 2 birthdays enjoyed our stay although were not there much but when we were had enough space to visit and hang out. Close downtown to see the sights and enjoy atmosphere. Would recommend staying here any time!!

We were a bit disappointed with the unit as it said it would sleep 13 and we could barely make 7 people work comfortably. The click clack (futon bed) was not comfortable and had an issue, so one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. The air mattresses weren’t usable as one had a hole in it and the other didn’t have a pump. The sink was dirty in the master bathroom when we arrived. The owner was flexible in our stay but was not responsive when messages were sent on the VRBO app. She took a long time to respond to messages and when we finally got to the unit (one day later than planned due to weather) there was still a delay in responses to my text messages. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay and enjoyed Fargo in itself.

Location is great - right in heart of Fargo Downtown. We even got to go ice skating in a little rink downtown. Nearby shopping for unique gifts and ethnic foods. A small gym with treadmill and elliptical for the cold days when going outdoors for a walk is not an option. All around a great stay.

Our family of 13 celebrated Christmas here and had the best time! The communication with the host was beyond amazing, she responded quickly to any questions that I had prior to our stay. When we arrived they place smelled amazing and was decorated so beautifully for Christmas. It was also so clean and spacious. In addition to the three bedrooms there are two blow up mattresses that can be used if needed, we used both, so all 13 of us slept comfortably. We had so much fun here as a family and will definitely plan on staying again in the future :)
