Not as comfortable as it should have been.

Dont rent to locals. Made me feel like i was a bad person and could be doing bad things. Had to explain myself.

Fantastic Front Desk help & service.

They were very willing to move us to the main floor when we got there as they do NOT HAVE a elevator and I am limited by bone on bone knees. It was very clean.

It's quiet, always coffee on, good breakfasts, very nice staff.

Lots of choices for breakfast - especially like the waffles. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel good couple nights and felt claustrophobic in the room so middle of night I went and walked around the lobby. The person behind desk came out and got me water and gave me a hug.

Empty garbage bins every day or so - I was there a week so when bin got full, sat outside the room. The AC was difficult to maintain as I had to keep switching buttons. One employee came in and reset.

The front desk gals were absolutely amazing!! We had our special needs daughter with us and those ladies were so wonderful to her. I wish they knew how much it meant to this mom. The one gal helped make her breakfast because dad was busy getting other things going and I was in the room. When we were walking down the hall to leave, that same lady ran up to our daughter and gave her the biggest hug and said how much she enjoyed her. The other lady that worked over night was just as great to her. I can't thank you guys enough! If we ever come back up there, we'll stay again!! Be safe everyone!

The housekeeping girl was pretty rude. When she met us in the hall there was no hi said to us even tho I said hi to her. She just looked at us and looked away like we had the plague. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Later I was standing at the front desk waiting for the lady to come back and the housekeeping girl was sitting at the table right there talking to her friend. She knew I needed something but didn't bother asking me. In all other places I've stayed at, workers no matter if they are front desk workers, housekeepers, maintenance, etc. if they see a customer just standing there not being helped, would ask if there was something they could do for them. But this girl just looked at me, ignored me and continued talking to her friend.... Not impressed!

Rayelle goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home!! She truly is a delightful soul and i could *always* count on her for anything i may have forgotten or needed. They have everything you might need right on site!

New updated room. The room was big. Shower had hood pressure. Good breakfast. Good value. Good location if in Moorhead. The best was comfortable.

All great! Good price, excellent staff, clean room, nice towels & linens. Everything worked.

Breakfast was good for continental style. Had a lot of choices and extras.

Hairdryer in bathroom was missing.

The breakfast was good and it was a good value. The location was good for why we were in town. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy and the room was clean.

We were double charged for our room and I'm still waiting for reimbursement on the second charge. We stayed a few nights and never had room keeping offered. I took out the trash. Despite these things I would stay there again.

This hotel was like the little engine that tried.

The desk clerk was very friendly. The price was substantially lower than other hotels in the area.

It was dark. Entry was crowded. Room was situated next to laundry room and reception. Bed was saggy. Shower had low pressure and when turned up for pressure, the temperature also rose to unsafe. Breakfast was minimal.

Tolerable.

The shower was poorly positioned in the bathroom allowing water to splash all over the floor. My neighbors kept me up into the early hours shouting, banging, whatever. Paper thin walls. Had to pound on the adjoining wall to try and get them to quiet down.

Stay was good for the price.

Staff was friendly, price was very reasonable, and my kids loved the waffles.

The tub didn’t hold water to give children a bath. Cable periodically went out.
