First impression, intoxicated people with no shoes outside hanging around. Hotel carpets were very dirty, trash in the halls and piled by the doors. The hallways were soaked with urine and stunk. There was a plastic bag covering our smoke detector. Shower was filthy. And to top it off we found bugs crawling on our suitcase. This place definitely violates a ton of health codes! If we didn’t arrive really late after a long day of being on a plane we would have walked out.

Check in was good. The fellow working was kind. The hallways were a bit dirty. Room only had one small trash can. No fridge or microwave. Overall for the price was good. 7/10

The stay was interesting, I should have read the reviews but didn't because I have stayed in other Roadway Inn's before they were very good. If it was there it was in need of REPAIR. The only thing that was EXCELLENT was the front desk staff they to make the best out of what she had, We all felt SORRY what they had to deal with. This clearly is not a good representation of Rodway Inns.

The toliet was leaking in the middle of the night. In the morning many people were in line at the front also making complaints about their plumming. Smelled like mold. The breakfast was decent but kept running out of eggs and having to wait. The orange and apple juice wqs giving out water.

This hotel could really use an upgrade, lobby stunk and the carpet in the room was filthy (I attached a picture of my sock after just an evening in the room). The shower was pitiful but it was a cheap room and I did sleep good.

Upon check-in saw that the pool was closed for maintenance. Driven 3 1/2 hrs to be there for a swimming get-a-way with our two young children who were pretty disappointed. No compensation or apologies offered. Room was smelly and carpet was damp. Breakfast was oatmeal, bagels, toast, no butter. Called the front desk for one extra pillow and was basically told "fat chance but will see what I can do" and never heard anything or received one. Poor value for the cost.

Awful! The people that worked there were nice hotel is in an awful spot guy threatened the desk guy. The rooms and hotel was dirty. They made you pretty much do your own housekeeping never got clean sheets had to go get your own towels from the laundry and take out all garbage. Worst stay ever

Title: Disappointing Experience at the Rodeway Inn Review: I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn located at 2202 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58103, and I must say, it was an absolutely disgusting experience. After spending the night there, I woke up to bed bug bites and discovered bed bugs crawling all over my sheets. It was a horrifying sight and I immediately notified the manager about the issue. To my disappointment, the manager acted as though I was lying and refused to take responsibility for the infestation. I even took pictures of the bed bugs and flipped the mattress to capture the extent of the problem, including the feces left behind by the bed bugs. Despite presenting this evidence, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I requested a refund from the hotel. The manager promised to send an exterminator to verify the presence of bed bugs, but they never followed through or contacted me. When I called them for an update, they denied having any bed bug problem at all, further adding to my disappointment and frustration. I cannot express how disappointed and disgusted I am with the Rodeway Inn located at 2202 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58103. The lack of concern for the well-being and comfort of their guests is evident in their dismissive attitude and lack of action. It is unacceptable to subject paying customers to such unsanitary and uncomfortable conditions. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at the Rodeway inn

The hotel was filthy. The carpet was in the halls was not vacuumed the entire time I was there. The carpet need to be removed. No room cleaning regardless of length of stay. Cleaning stuff does a poor job as Other people hair remain in room after it was cleaned. No plug in the sock which was also in need of resurfacing.

This place is a dump. The common areas are stained and dirty. The AC unit sounded like a threshing machine all night. There was a hole in the window screen which kept me from opening the window. The front desk staff was competent, friendly and accommodating.

Great service but the shower had very obviously not been cleaned since at least the last guest. My window to the outside was open when I entered for the first time which was a little strange but something I can shrug off. The rest of the room seemed alright but the counter top could’ve been wiped down a little more thoroughly. I did find multiple fake eyelashes in the shower and in the bathroom. Was definitely weird.

Couldn't check in until almost 4pm because rooms were dirty still. Once got into rooms they were still dirty. Hallways and outside area had trash everywhere. Pool and hot tub closed during stay as well. Workers were friendly but stay was horrible.

When I arrived at 2:30pm they wanted a $20.00 early check in fee when check in is at 3:00pm. Then when I arrived at my room it was not ready, room was not ready, maid had not cleaned it yet. So I was assigned another room. This room was very small with no chairs or table in it. Just two double beds that barely fit the room. Also the toilet was not clean. Had fecies stuck to sides of toilet. Also the air conditioner did not work. Room was ever warm and stuffy. Also when I opened the window to get fresh air there was no screen in the window. The hallways had leaves in it. And was not vacumed. I was with my 82 year old mother who was not comfortable with the way the room was. This hotel was like a place wear homeless people stayed. And breakfast was very few things to choose from. All around I will not ever recommend it to anyone. Poor rating. One of the worst I have ever stayed in. Sorry for the bad review. Was not worth the money we spent to stay there. I suggest that the Rode way in should close it and renovate it. It was old and dirty. That’s all I have to say about it.

The confirmation from hotels.com doesn’t mean anything to them . The place is dirty . The pictures are nothing like the real thing . No bath tub and the shower was filthy. Afraid to take a shower. The smell was so bad . The carpets all stained. Nothing but juice and stale muffins for breakfast.Would never stay here again.

The hallway was dirty, trash on floor. The property was run down. The pool was closed. The room was musky smelling. The bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart and shower was moldy. The window did not lock, it had a board on track to keep from opening. It was noisy all night from thin walls and lots of homeless traffic.

Hotel conditions were poor. Pool and hot tub weren’t available. Smoke detector taped to the wall. Bathroom sink cracked and dirty. Bathroom floor sticky. Shower floor was dirty and we had to wear our sandals. Toilet was wobbly. Would not stay there again. Night staff didn’t seem to care. They said , that is just the way it is. 👎

We didnt care for it to be run down or for it to be high quality. We did kind of expect to have a running toilet and and easier time with the staff. When we checked in after spending 6 hours in the heat all we wanted was to sit and relax in our room. Upon check-in the guy who worked the front desk just kept talking and talking even after many times of just saying we are tired and want to rest. Neither one of us are really engaging with him yet he talks about his husband as well as showing us a photo of him?? It was just so unprofessional even for a rundown hotel. Then he continued with talk about v8 engines. Took forever to check us in because he was to busy yapping no matter how many "Yeah we are tired." All we wanted to do it check in. Later when we found out the toilet didnt work we went down there and he said that he'd have to come up and take a look. So we take ALL of our luggage back to our cars since we planned on not being there when he fixes it. We tell him he can go fix it we were going to go for dinner. He says no we have to be there so we cant accuse him of theft? Okay whatever. So we wait until morning staff gets there to complain about the toilet and its instantly. "Oh we'll get maintenance right on it!" We didnt even have to be there. Left our luggage in the room and everything!! Like why couldnt the weird guy just say "maintenance will be here in the morning I'll make note for them to do it right away." The morning staff is WAY better to talk to about issues.

No one was in the lobby to greet us. Took a long time to get someone to help even check in. Then he took my id and didn't give it back. The next person in called at 11;30 pm after we were asleep to say they found it in the copier. Then drunk people across the hall were screaming and having a party in the parking lot. Front desk had to come banging on their door to get them to shut up the 2nd time it happened. Not a pleasant experience with paper thin walls.

When we arrived in the room, you could tell that the cleaner(s) didn't take much pride in doing it. No screen on the window so you couldn't open it for fresh air. The entire rug in the room and hallways were damp to the feel from all the rain perhaps. I'm sure they'll be expecting mold shortly. We found a aluminum can behind the night stand between the beds. Continental breakfast was very sparse. Sketchy people hanging outside. No "welcome" binder like other hotels that tell you about "wifi", or places to eat near by, etc. Finishing on a positive note, the beds were quite comfortable, the rooms were quiet and the shower was great.
