Great location near the main drag but not noisy (more below). Limited dining places - small table for maybe 4 and pony counter in kitchen. Picnic table outside. A/C unit and fans helpful in summer. Quiet street, though the exercise club started classes around 7 AM, as I heard the instructor through the rear bedroom window. Shower a bit small. Did see elk, deer, and wild horses in the area. If it is just me coming to play golf again, will be under consideration.

Perfect cozy place to relax and right in the middle of everything. Loved it

We loved our stay. Nice relaxing getaway.

Very nice lil house, nice hot tub. And very close to downtown, really in walking distance to downtown.

It was a great little cabin. Perfect for a couple. Clean, had everything we needed. Nice little hot tub and agreeably close to the shopping and dinning areas.

Great rustic cottage for our short stay in Ruidoso, in a beautiful, central location. It has everything we needed for our family and pets. The property is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the hot tub and little terrace were definitely a plus. Highly recommended!

House was super cute, the bedroom carpets were filthy, and there were cobwebs stringing from the ceiling down in multiple areas. Will never use Vrbo when it’s through an agency. I like communicating with who owns the place we’re about to stay in.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was a very nice, quiet place to be.

The property was exactly what we needed for our quick getaway. Had everything we could have wanted. Only one small complaint, the bedroom closest to the bathroom, the carpet was dirty and had a weird smell to it. But, we gladly used the other room and have no complaints.

The Description was spot on. It Had everything that we needed.

We did not have enough water pressure to take a shower. For this reason we were not able to enjoy the hot tub. W were not impressed. I did call maintenance and he was nice, but did not have a solution. I dont feel it was worth the money we spent.

Comfortable, accommodating and delightful cabin. The deck has a great view of the mountain and wildlife loves to come by and visit. Check in was confusing but resolved by property management. Recommend management state early on that if directions and access code are not received by email in X time be sure and check your Junk mailbox, which is where I found mine and caused the confusion. Otherwise,
sweet cabin and management was courteous and responsive.

We had a great stay here! The space itself was cozy, comfortable and clean. Walking distance from a great park and main st. shopping. Overall a fantastic spot!

Had a great time. Good location with 360 views! The lights were way too bright in the fixtures, just saying, lower wattage would be more ambient. The front door dead bolt didn't work, but they did offer to come fix it. Instructions said leave dirty towels on washing machine, but there was no washing machine. We loved the cabin and hope to come back for a longer stay. Thank you

My partner and I had a weekend of activities in ruidoso and wanted somewhere nice to relax at the end of the night, this cabin exceeded our expectations and was wonderfully spacious. Very clean, very nice cabin. Will definitely be renting again.

The cabin was just what it appeared to be online. Check-in was a little challenging, but the property manager was quick to respond and it worked out fine. Well-stocked kitchen, nice grill, and the hot tub was a great bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt like we had plenty of space. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! Close to the Main Street for shopping and eating but far enough away to not to hear the noise and traffic.

We had a great stay at this property. Had a snafu with the door code upon arrival but was resolved easily and quickly with a phone call. Property is close to Sudderth and could be walked to easily. We would stay here again.

The facility s were very good close to many activities. The cabin was very good.

close enough to walk to the shopping and dining, and still woodsy enough to feel like your out in the forest.

My husband, me and our grown daughter came up to Ruidoso for week to get out of the Texas heat and to relax. We also bought our small dog with us. My husband and I had been to the area before and fell in love with it. If I could afford it I would stay a whole month. This was the first time to rent this particular cabin and it was lovely, clean, decorated very nicely and the area around the cabin was beautiful with wild life, tall pine trees and it made for great walks. I would definitely stay there again and can highly recommend it.

Almost perfect
Amazing property. The only major issue is the hvac cover in the living room is dangerously positioned on the ground in a main thoroughfare, so that when the heat is running, the metal grate will and does burn skin. If you have children or just dont want to burn your feet, this can be a concern.

Loved being right in town but still very comfortable at night. My pets loved the space they had
I was able to watch the deer morning and afternoon

We had a guy high on drugs come to back door and try to come in called cops they arrested him. place said it was inspected it was very dirty felt uncomfortable. the comforters smelled like pet urine. pee stains on bed skirts. hot tub had brownish water. I took pictures to prove how dirty it was. Needs a very good cleaning. I cleaned it up myself just so I felt alittle more comfortable.

This cabin was just great. It was very clean. Super convenient to downtown. We were able to bring our dogs which is always a plus. The only complaint i have is the huge fee to use VRBO. I don't like that I was charged to use the VRBO website. I think that should be paid by the owner not the customer.
