Pretty, well located boutique hotel with fabulous views from the terraces. Friendly, accommodating staff and excellent Turkish breakfast. Easy access to beach and all amenities.
A little run down in some areas but an easy going homely atmosphere which more than compensated.

This is an amazing place. Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home. We received personalised service and care. Lovely people, very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious and inviting. The team was led by an amazing woman Rouhan who is sharp, professional and great at what she does. They cooked very nice breakfasts with a nice aesthetic touch. We really enjoyed our stay. We rarely encounter such a nice treatment that made us feel close to home and part of a family. The location was ideal right in front of the beach at gumusluck and views from hotel were stunning. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was lovely, so much choice.

Good location but not great. You can see the ocean in the distance but it still is very serene. Great staff.
The room was advertised as having a kitchen but there was no kitchen :(
Also, do note that this hotel and the rooms are about 40-50 steps from the street level where you'll park.

The hotel is in an ideal spot, minutes away from the sea, but away from the busyness of the sea front during the day. Having said that the views were stunning, I could lay in bed and see for miles out to sea. The room was pristine and had everything I needed. As solo traveller I was well looked after, nothing was too much trouble and to be fair a little spoiled. The breakfast was lovely, well worth having - it just kept coming with lots of choice and local delights. The Dolmuss service into Bodrum is good ( timetable in the bus stop in the main car park) and punctual. The traffic into Bodrum is busy and can be congested though.
It isn’t necessarily a problem for everybody but worth noting the hotel is built into a steep hill. The terraces are wide and not scary, but the steepness of the stairs may be off putting in the heat. I got over this by having a beer in the restaurant halfway up and the offer of tea and cake was always much appreciated.

the view was great. the stuff was friendly and polite. they helped with every problem or request. the bath was clean which was very important for us.

very attractive setting..great sea views..room quality very good..room price very acceptable..morning breakfast offering outstanding..due to personal medical problem, climbing stairs and walk up from sea front facilities difficult..seaside views, dining options very good..fine climate..good service! good value! bus from bodrum easy trip! the dining offerings too numerous for time available..very subdued activities from bodrum.
no problems with facilities..

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable with an amazing view of the sea. The breakfast was amazing. It is just a 5 minute walk to bay and a 2 minute walk to the bus and taxi stop.
Nothing it was a lovely hotel with excellent views.

nice room and view from balcony was great. Staff were nice. Hotel and grounds are well kept and in a lovely location set into the hill. Set over 4 levels (so not good for anyone with mobility problems) Low level is main bar area, 2nd level is a bar and breakfast area, 3rd area lower accommodation area and top level accommodation. Brilliant view from room 205 of the Aegean and the surrounding hills .
5 minute walk down the hill to the beach, 10 minute climb back up .
No towel change or room cleaning. I don’t mean a deep clean, but everywhere else I’ve been in Turkey rooms are refreshed and towels changed every couple of days. From what I saw though most guests only stay a couple of days or overnight, so maybe not set up for longer stays ?
Building site behind the hotel, luckily we spent our days down at the beach so only really affected us in the morning. Didn’t bother us but may bother others if they did not know about it.

The hotel is located a few meters from great restaurants and everything you need for your stay in Gümüslük, in a nice spot with great views. It is beautifully designed, with nice lounge spots and full of plants and greenery. The owner and the whole team are very nice and will make the best out of your stay. The breakfast is just great, better than average! It was my second time there, and for sure not the last!

Gumusluk is a small city at 30 mins by car from bodrum. It has a nice beach, it’s clean and you can have differents activities ( boat trip … )
The hotel is new and nice, calm, rooms are clean, the family that rules it is very nice and kind.
The hotel is at 100 meters from the beach, and 100 meters from the bus station that take to bodrum city every 30 mins for 8 TL.
Excellent choice, i highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a stay that feels like visiting family and has stunning views from the balcony- that’s the right place for you! My stay was just wonderful, Gumusluk is one of the most secluded and relaxed areas of Bodrum, the hotel is operated by a lovely family, I felt welcome and at home the entire time spent. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the balcony was just breathtaking. Booking.com transfer was on time and effortless, delivered me right to the place. The bed was nice and comfy, the room even had a kitchenette, with both cooker and a microwave. Definitely coming back!
Nothing really, my personal preference would be to have a softer blanket in a duvet cover, but that’s about it.

Great location (beach, cafes, groceries ~3-5 minutes)
Friendly and helpful staff
The room and the bathroom were new and very clean
Great view from the balcony
Good wifi, usually good enough to watch YouTube HD, but sometimes speed drops to 0
The air conditioner has insulating tape to keep a part of it in place which does not look great. There also was a wire sticking out of it.
A balcony door lock broke and was not fixed even so I asked two times.

I liked cleanless, location of hotel which you don't have to drive any car to arrive center of Gumusluk. (5 min to center by walk)
Great rooms, new furniture, great view, great balcony.
Very cheerful owners which accepts our dog and also helps dogs all the time.
Breakfast was excellent especially "menemen"
There could be a morning filter coffee in the mornings.
Nothing negative. Thank you.
