apart from its location walkable to beach, i didnt like other services provided by them at all

facility could have been more cleaner like, bathroom, balcony, pool was too dirty, only 2 staffs with 2 register and line was too long. may be it could be more manageable or play smart work around like self checkin place, people taking longer time deal separately instead of keeping long line for longer time. i found hair on breakfast. on that whole building only 2 elevators were available, could have been more to ease customer waiting time for it and long line. not enough parking had to travel around to find the spot.

Our stay was fabulous!

The view from Our balcony was beautiful. The whole property was clean. Staff was great.

Generously sized rooms and quiet location

Location just off of bridge and next to tennis courts, large rooms.

Missing items when we checked into the room - bath mat and sheets for sofa bed. In addition the body wash container was empty. Also at check-in the manager wasn’t very friendly and said to the woman checking me in that my booking.com reservation number wasn’t going to work in their system. Luckily the woman checking me in said it would and it did. It all worked out but it was just a very odd vibe. Pool area is nice but small.

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay

The staff was amazing and beyond welcoming! Everything was very clean, breakfast was great, pool was nice and the outside bar was a nice addition. I definitely plan on staying here again!

Overall, great stay. When I come back to OC, I will be staying here again!

Room location and cleanliness was great. Perfect view of the Bay. Very spacious as well. The kitchenette served its purpose. I was even able to cook meals. Has the minimal essentials needed for cooking. The outdoor pool was an extra bonus. Overall great experience will return to this property again.

The breakfast, which is included, was just ok. Its pretty limited as well. Also, the pillows are super flat. For someone with neck problems, I woke up with some degree of neck/ lower back pain each morning. It would be great if they can provide maybe 3 different options of softness/ firmness of pillows.

Beautiful location and views, and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of everything available.

The sliding glass door in our room had a gross red film on it and there was a gentleman at breakfast that played inappropriate music at an extremely high level but other than that it was great.

Overall a great stay. Clean room, a great complimentary breakfast and kind staff.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very helpful. I needed quarters for laundry and the manager went to the bank for change for me. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row, the crab dip was amazing.

Pool area needed a bit more cleaning (trash left by guests, hairball on side of pool) but it was the end of a busy weekend when we arrived.

Disappointing

It was pet friendly and great views.

Upon arrival we were given the wrong room type and the girl at the desk was unfriendly and not helpful. I also brought to her attention that as my daughter was unpacking her things in the bathroom the heavy cabinet front fell completely off and onto her foot. The young girl at the front desk seemed like she didn’t care 1 bit. The next day our A/C heat stopped working but there weren’t any available rooms so we had to stay in that room. There was also a routine fire alarm testing which set my dog off. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

It was very enjoyable, but short lived. Had to check out early due to an unfortunate issue occurring

Did not get the chance to experience the breakfast, but the location was excellent with the Bayside view.

The service could have been a little better because of the mix up with the suite I had had reserved, but after some help with the staff and a few tries they were generously able to upgrade my suite which I was very grateful for.

We had a great time and the hotel was very clean with friendly staff.

We liked how close we were to everything. Being on the bay was great! We had a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise. We outdoor pool was very nice. The room was clean and we liked having the little kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and gave us suggestions for things to do.

We did have a problem getting a handicapped spot a few times. I guess there were a lot of other handicapped guests. It was ok though I got dropped of out front and my boyfriend parked the car.

The views from the high balcony suites is very breathtaking. If you can’t afford the high floor, that’s ok. The windows in the hall is a beating scenic view also.

Note…..I stayed there during off season. Being the off season……:the house keeping of the rooms was not as attentive to our needs as I would have hoped for.

Double charged our card two days after checking out.

I like the location, view and it was very spacious with kitchenette.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and had no problems. The front desk staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. We left the hotel and came back after a day and this is when things got weird. Mind you this hotel has a pet fee of 75 which we understood. Then they have a 20 dollar incidental fee cool. When we check out the next day after leaving not even 20 minutes later our card gets charged 55 and we’re confused. So we call and Emily I guess she’s a manger at front not sure but she was very rude and was going all around the issue and not making sense. Our room and pet fee already posted so we weren’t understanding why they charged us after we left.. they e never done that. So she was saying something about left over money that didn’t get charged and we told her it didn’t make sense because it already posted what more money do you need. So after not getting through we hung up on her because it was pointless. So yesterday I look at my account and there are an addition pet fee charge and room charge on my account along with the one that just posted. So I called my bank to get a dispute he said that I couldn’t do it because it loooked like those charges were pre authorized and I told him I’m not sure why they would so that because we already paid for the hotel and pet fee two days ago. He said it confused him too, so he said he would contact them to get them to release and y’all know what these thief’s did they posted those charges to our account so now we have two pet fee and two room charges on our account. We are very saddened and disappointed because that was our go to hotel when we went to ocean city! We will not be going back. And now I have to keep calling my bank to see if they can dispute it now.

The location was perfect, Holly and Stephan were both amazing bartenders, the rest of the staff was great from the young ladies setting up breakfast to the night staff when we checked in made us felt welcomed.

My stay was very enjoyable as always.

I enjoy staying at this hotel each time I visit. I would have liked to have a better room but it was still nice. I choose this place to stay because it is on the water and I can cook there. Love the hot breakfast bar. Friendly staff and they reacted quickly to my overflowing toilet situation.

Bed no the most comfortable, usually Marriott brand beds are comfortable.

It was a destination wedding, so it was great all around.

Pool was awesome, the rooms were large and had a balcony overlooking the bay.... Beautiful.

Our stay was great, wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights. We will revisit again.

We liked the bay view from our suite with the balcony. The room was spacious and had 2 TV's, sofa, table/chairs and a desk. The kitchenette had a with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The room was clean and the carpet pristine. The full breakfast was delicious with many options. One of my biggest issues at some hotels is the sink is located outside of the bathroom (like a motel). I was glad to see the sink and the mirror inside the bathroom where it should be with the shower and toilet. It's not functional and unsanitary to use the toilet then to touch a door knob handle to open a door to get to the sink to wash your hands. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows too soft. Also I asked that the light blub behind the mirror to be changed several times. When we checked out it still was not changed.

Great size room. Very practical set up. Great view. Good breakfast. The most friendly lady helped serve breakfast, a great way to start the day. The decor was nice. The pool area was nice. Laundry was a huge plus!

The indoor pool is small, but no one else was in there most of the time so it was nice for our family. The beds are pretty hard

Asked for room close to elevator. Was given room 208. I think the young desk clerk thought I meant on second floor. Lol. I have mobility issues which could have been a problem but it worked out well

The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the stay was as pleasant as possible. The live music at the pool was a great inclusion. The location was in a great spot.

Breakfast could have been a little easier to secure a table but we traveled in peak season so it's expected to be very busy.
