Absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay here again. The mattress was the only drawback

Facility, rooms and grounds were beautiful. Room was very clean with everything we needed and our view was amazing!

Beds are very very firm. While this is a personal preference, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I slept on the couch instead

Beautiful place to stay, definitely will be back!

I like that this hotel is right on the beach, mind you we did have a hard time finding how to get to the beach access from the hotel, so maybe signs that say beach access this way would be helpful. The rooms are rather large! Which was a plus for us! The food was good at the bar outside on the patio. When we needed extra towels or anything the staff were amazing and rather fast!! Definitely looking to bring back my family next time!

There wasn’t anything really I didn’t like. Everything was good to me!

Comfortable and relaxing.

I loved our room, it was spacious with a small kitchen area. Walking out to the balcony you could see the ocean, it was lovely sitting out there through the night listening to the waves. Everywhere we went there was staff, the pool area, outside. We always saw someone employed by the hotel. It was reassuring.

The only complaint I would have is about the inside pool. We went to the indoor pool twice, both times we left with headaches because of the strong smell of chlorine. Once you get in the elevators you pretty much smell the chlorine. Additionally, I strongly believe there should be a limit of how many people can be in the pool at once. The water was a green color, and there are more than a few warm spots (If you know what I mean) I absolutely hated my time there. But, that isn't on the hotel rather the guest who doesn't know how to properly act.

Overall a great place. Would definitely consider visiting again next summer.

Great location. The pool was a hit with the kids. Laundry on every floor was convenient. Very clean. Starbucks a huge plus, the baristas were wonderful. Having a bedroom with a door was great to separate from the living area.

Balconies are very tight.

Great place right on the beach. Music daily was great. Nice property. Pool was very nice however the water was cloudy at times. Kinda wish there was an outdoor pool somewhere on the property. All in all was a great property.

View, room. Full kitchen with ice maker. Some really nice bell hops. Fog free mirror.

One of the bellhops completely walked away from me for another family at check in. The small lane for check in is a cluster. The tv in bedroom didn't work. So many kids, you couldn't even get in the pool.

I know most hotels now require guests to call if they want housekeeping. But that does add a layer of stress when you need towels or someone to freshen the floor because of sand etc. that being said anytime I called for something the staff was very prompt at getting it for me.

Feet from the beach, indoor pool, restaurants was on point, balcony was excellent!

The staff was very nice. The bell guys was very friendly. Everyone including the restaurant staff was very polite. Room was clean and spacious. Pull out bed was a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay!

Restaurants on premises. We enjoyed the ocean front beach view room with the balcony. We loved the indoor pool.

The bed was not comfortable. It was hard. Need assessable outlets near the bed for cpap breathing machine.

Great amenities and staffing the buffet unfortunately was not good at all- not worth the money. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having a room Ocean front it made so much of a difference. The pool is very big but it was so many people there we couldn’t enjoy it.

Felt like I was on a cruise ship

Loved the room, loved the easy access to the beach and the view of the Ocean. We will be back.

Renovation of the glass ceiling which closed the main pool room but understood it was needed to be done for safety.

My stay at the resort was excellent as always a great experience.

I love the check in was fast, food was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the pool and the entertainment.

We missed the jacuzzi, definitely spent good times at the jacuzzi in the past.

Great winter break get away!

Great room sizes. Very clean. Friendly staff. Indoor pool was wonderful for the kids to play.

Wish upper floor rooms were renovated. Pull out sofa bed was old and not able to sleep on.

Not the Quality Promoted! Definitely Not for Couples! Highly Disapponted.

I’m so over fake reviews. This one is real! The rooms are very dated, the carpets are dirty and it smells as such. Of course the building and lobby of this location is beautiful and make for great pictures to post on the website. They boost extra friendly staff…not my experience, just ok as I had to communicate with them about my tv not working. Apparently, there are some renovations being done to some of the floors but we were not fortunate enough to gain one of those room and maybe it’s because of booking on third party only because booking on the site was impossible! I’m actually very upset this is where I chose to spend my anniversary.

Beautiful

I enjoy the beach, quiet, peace, food at hotel was excellent.

Our room had trash left behind after inspection,and bathroom flooded. The toilet ran all night.other than that the room was cozy. The view was Awesome. It was very pleasant experience.

Way overpriced for the condition of the condo 904

We had 904 North Tower…several items needed to be looked at and repaired: freezer did not make ice when the bar was lowered; kitchen faucet is not caulked fast to the countertop; the necessary basic utensils to cook with were non existent; both bathroom ceilings are well overdue repair work and the screens had tears in the windows as well as the sliding door. Couches and chairs need cleaned good. The amount I paid for using this condo was excessive given it’s deficiencies

I answered these questions in reverse. I’m sorry. The things I liked were the pleasant staff, prompt checkin and Check out application and the assistance of your bellhop staff

Just ok. Had a place to sleep and grab a bite to eat. Not worth what we paid

Large room, two restaurants (although one was breakfast only), and a coffee shop. Easy walk to the beach.

The lace really needs some updates. Coffee maker didn’t work. Called the front desk and was told someone would come up to change it or bring a new one. No one ever came. The next day I asked the cleaning lady and she brought a new one. The kitchen area has very cheap silverware and only one knife that was a very dull butcher knife. The pool area had such a strong chlorine smell I couldn’t breathe as I was walking through it. Our first time to Ocean City and found it far too busy to relax and way too commercialized. Won’t be back again.

We asked for our room to be cleaned and clean linens. We stripped the beds and they made our beds with the same dirty linens that we originally took off 😒

Great for families!!!

Great for families and easy access to the beach

No automatic room cleaning service, ordered food at the bar and waited over 30 mins just to be told they didn't have the order but they took my cash. Took another 15 mins to count the drawer and refund me...smh
