Out of the Blue
We have been holidaying in Croyde for many years, staying in the same location, but a different property. The location is wonderful, lovely house with a stunning view of Croyde Bay. The downside was the cleanliness of the property and the bad smelling bed linen that made it impossible to sleep in. I was so pleased I had brought my own pillows and a few blankets.

Rainy week in Devon
Fantastic property. Well equipped and roomy. Proximity to the beach meant even though it rained for five days, we could zip down to the water and surf and back without having to travel by car. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect spot
A perfect spot for Croyde Bay and the ability to just walk onto the beach in wetsuits (if required) no need to sit on the beach for the day when you can sit on the terrace with your fridge and comfortable chairs at hand. Amazing - I almost don't want to leave a review so it doesnt get booked up :)

Excellent
Had a wonderful week in this fabulous property. The views over the sea and Croyde Bay were breathtaking. Just a short walk round to the beach or even quicker down the slipway and over the rocks for the surefooted. Had some great breakfasts up the hill at Baggy Cafe and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Surfed, body-boarded, walked and painted the beautiful area to our hearts content. Loved being able to relax & sunbathe in the garden, watch the rock pipets and other wildlife. Many thanks and we very much look forward to returning next year.

Fabulous location
We had a wonderful week in a beautiful location. The house was spacious and comfortable, the only slight issue was that the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Breathtaking view is Certainly correct
The main reason for booking this was so that we could wake up and walk our dog on the beach. Our booking specified that we had a dog. However home away failed to mention to us that dogs were not allowed on the beach just to check that we still wanted to proceed. We may have reviewed our choices at that time. The property seems a little run down for high end accommodation
This did not spoil our lovely holiday
We just wish that Croyde bay would let dogs onto just a small area of their lovely beach

Absolutely fantastic !
From the moment we stepped in the door we felt at home. Comfortable furnishings and absolutely fantastic views from the south facing windows. Five minutes walk to the sandy beach and a little further into the village of Croyde. Kitchen fully equipped and wonderful bedrooms. The patio with seating and sun terrace with loungers were very welcome and we enjoyed many an evening watching the sun set whilst listening to the waves on the beach. Quiet and peaceful this was a super holiday location and we can’t wait to come back.

We loved the property it was comfortable and you had everything you could possibly need. The views were fantastic and it was great to go to sleep to the sound of the sea. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely go again. The village was a short walk with 2 good pubs with home cooking.
