Located inside a secure building on Broughton Street, the heart of the shopping district, this fabulous one-bedroom apartment awaits you and your guest. The kitchen has an eat in dining area and is adjacent to the living room, where you can sit back and enjoy T.V. or just relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Everything about this Condo is exceptional! Very clean and in the absolute perfect location! Once we parked, we were able to do the majority of our sightseeing by waking. It is in a very safe location and in the heart of the city. I highly recommend this place.

The loft was very comfortable and clean. The parking for unloading and transporting luggage to the place was a little bit of a hassle. We didn't realize that it was that much of a haul. All and all, i would definitely recommend to a friend.

We were in Savannah for a wedding and it was a great location- close to the ceremony and reception .The condo was as described . Bed was very comfortable and plenty of closet space . Kitchen had everything you needed although we didn’t cook Restaurants and shops all around and close enough to walk to River St . Easy to get in and out . I was surprised to see so many homeless people around but I guess that’s the cities issue . Owner was very responsive to messages . Now for 2 things I would say are the cons - parking is about a block away in the deck so if you have alot of stuff you should drop off at the door and then go park The weekend was quite noisy at night -one night lots of people walking down the hall coming in were very loud . The other night there was an argument across the hall which went on for about an hour , walls I guess are thin and bedroom is right near the door . As we were checking out other people on our floor made same comment . Not the owners fault but there def should be some quiet time reminded to all guests Despite that I would def stay here again

Overall everything was as listed and we were satisfied with everything. The only complaint we have is the air quality of the unit and the ventilation system was very poor. There is a foul odor when you come into the unit and no way to open a window or get any fresh air. Perhaps the ventilation system just needs to be cleaned or replaced.

An excellent, clean and well appointed apartment in the heart of Savannah within walking distance to all the city has to offer. A spacious place with a very comfortable bed. Paula was great to work with, providing detailed instructions and useful information in advance. I def recommend checking this place out !

My stay was fabulous, every detail covered, Paula was a fabulous host from booking through the completion of my stay. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Upon arrival we were not able to enter the condo because of the code vrbo gave us. I contacted Ms. Paula through vrbo and she called me immediately to give me the correct code to get in her unit. We found the condo to be beautiful and it looked just like the photos. The only major drawback was the smell. After only having been in the condo for around 30 minutes, I began to feel sick to my stomach and contacted the owner about the smell. She was very prompt in letting me know that the building had just been sprayed the night before. I knew due to the smell we would not be able to stay and contacted her again and asked for a refund since we had been there less than 30 minutes and had not unpacked or used a thing. She was very kind to respond back and give us a refund. Visually it was everything you would want for a couples wekkend getaway. If the smell would not have been so bad, i have no doubt we would have enjoyed our stay there.

What a great experience! We were in town for a wedding and needed a place just for the weekend. As former residents of Savannah, it was great to find such a clean, beautiful space right in the middle of downtown and steps away from the wedding venue. The property owner went above and beyond to answer our questions, and the space was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! I highly recommend this property!

The condo was very nice and clean. The king bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in when traveling! The location was right around the corner from the City Market and within walking distance to pretty much everything. We only grabbed our car to go to Tybee for a quick trip. Highly recommend.

Overall, this would have been the perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The place looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and perfect location! The major problem is that the place reaks of cat urine. We contacted the property manager, in which she confirmed the place is not pet friendly. We bought air fresheners and candles, which didn’t combat the odor… which also followed us home in our luggage!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect and centrally located. We had no issues walking to River Street, Forsyth Park and of course up and down Broughton. We always park in the parking garage right beside the courthouse when we visit Savannah and the corner of the building to enter for this property was literally like a 1 minute walk if that! Couldn’t have been easier! Paula was so sweet and a great host. We had everything we could need, bed was comfy and everything was clean. We will be back for sure!

Our family stayed at Paula’s condo for five nights. The condo has been renovated very nicely and is tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed in the condo. Parking is a little bit of a pain to figure out at first, but the courthouse garage is basically very close by and the easiest to utilize. Paula was very responsive to any questions I had which I appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our Savannah getaway immensely thanks to the great condition and location of the condo. Unit is well-represented online and centrally located within walking distance to many great sights. Paula was easily reachable and quick to respond to any questions I had. Would refer any guest to stay here and will definitely return in the future!
