IF YOU LIKE PRIVACY, YOU’LL LOVE THIS HOME! Conveniently located on Little Lagoon, one block from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Close to some of the best restaurants, shopping, and activities. It sits on 1.3 acres in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores with waterfront and small beach on Little Lagoon.
There are activities for everyone; private salt water pool with hot tub, a private beach area on Little Lagoon with a hammock, tables, chairs, and kayaks. There is plenty of room for relaxing, swimming, and fishing and the property is landscaped to be very private unlike most houses at the beach. There is a propane grill, outdoor ping pong table, bean bag toss, axe throwing game,two bicycles, and plenty of beach/pool gear. Fully stocked kitchen and baths with full size soaps and shampoos, hair dryers, and makeup mirrors. Just bring your clothes!
The house has six bedrooms and three full baths. There are two bedrooms with king beds on the main floor with one full bath and four bedrooms with two full baths on the upper level. The large, primary bedroom is on the upper level and has a king bed, private bath, and an attached bunk room that sleeps 4 kids. Also on the upper level is a king bedroom with a rollaway, and another bedroom with two queen beds.
Little Lagoon is 12 miles long, about one mile across and connected to the Gulf of Mexico. It offers great boating, awesome fishing, and is fun to explore. No need to rent kayaks as we have three at the lagoon for your use. There is plenty of parking for the cars and a boat. The pristine beach on the Gulf is just a 5 minute walk with provided beach cart or you can put your gear in the car and park right at the public access site.

Three generations of family stayed in this home during a week where four of the days were double-red flags, making us very thankful for the lovely pool area of the home along with the outdoor games provided. The view of the lagoon was beautiful, and our grandson enjoyed fishing and kayaking right in our own "backyard!"

It was the best vacation ever. The place had everything you needed and was very homey. The pool was great when it was to hot at the beach. The beach was in walking distance. It was the perfect spot.

This house was amazing! Very clean, well stocked and well organized. The host is also the kindest, most responsive host that I have EVER dealt with through any rental. We did not have any issues with the home but text a couple times throughout our stay with questions and received an immediate response! Check in was a breeze. You could rent this house, buy your groceries and never leave the house throughout your stay! Fully stocked kitchen. The pool area is amazing, equipped with a locking/safety gate, ample lighting, floats and plenty of outdoor seating. This is where we spent a huge part of our trip! You can fish from the bank. Hang out on the bottom level of the house outside. We ended up not using the kayaks but they are there along with seating down by the water. Drive to the beach is very minimal. One of our teenagers even rode the bike to the beach a few times. This house truly has it all and every single person said they would stay here again!

Our family of fourteen with 5 babies between 6 months and two years old all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you could ever want and it was so comfortable with beautiful views. The communication was excellent from booking to checkout. Don’t miss this house. Really enjoyed it and hope to be back very soon.

Stayed for the last week. When we got there we had a few questions on how a few things worked. Response time was super fast! The house and pool area were absolutely beautiful! The kids loved using the trap in lagoon area trying to catch crabs and played ping pong every night! Kitchen was so well stocked, pots and pans, dishes, glasses…you name it she has it. Toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and so much more were provided here. Other places I’ve stayed have start up supplies then you have to buy your own. Great experience in all ways! Thanks for everything!

We had an absolutely amazing week! The house was very clean and comfortable! Upscale with amenities for every age group. The beds....so comfy! The kitchen is stocked with more than you will ever need allowing us eat in more than we planned! This was great so we could take full advantage of the outdoor space. We spent hours in the pool! It was like our private little Oasis. The landscaping makes this home very private.
The homeowner, Cindy, checked in with us when we arrived to make sure that we were comfortable. My niece left her bag at the house after we headed back to Ohio. Cindy made sure that it was ours and then shipped to us. 5 STARS!!

A vacation that will be talked about for years to come. We had everything we needed for a week getaway. The grandkids lived by the pool and loved catching frogs at night. The lagoon was fun to fish and see crabs. We had a few issues, but the owners were quick to respond and attempted to fix what they could. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away. Overall, a good vacation and a great place to stay!

The home is very well appointed and clean. It is simply beautiful! The kids spent hours and hours in the pool and fishing in the lagoon. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. We had such a good time and made memories with our family that will last a lifetime!

We have stayed at various homes with the family over the last twenty years and your home was at the top of the list for everyone. Close to the beach, entertainment and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful if we stayed at the house. All of the supplies and kitchen equipment well above average. Would highly recommend this home to families.

The property is so nicely decorated and maintained. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Activities for kids and adults. Well-appointed with all the fishing, beach gear, and games you need (and beach towels are provided!).
Our family had a lovely stay and Cindy was a gracious and accessible host.

Beautiful house, feels like a resort! All the amenities were fabulous: pool, floats, bikes, kitchen tools, etc. Cindy was easy to communicate with and very helpful! I’d definitely stay here again.

The property was just as listed. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The privacy of the pool area was an extra plus. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, which felt longer on hot days. But definitely walkable. There were so many fun extras, we enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, and ping pong table. We had a few questions during our stay, Cindy was always available to help us out! I would highly recommend this property!

It is a GORGEOUS home! Perfect in every way! Large rooms with everything you need! Kitchen is well stocked! Loved the huge washing machine & dryer. And the home is situated back from the street, with a large circular driveway. And it was VERY easy to communicate with the owners. They answered my calls/questions immediately. (I gave four stars to the overall cleanliness originally, but after we called Cindy, she had her cleaning crew come back to do a few minor things for us! So that was awesome!!! In their defense, we might have rushed them because we were anxious to start our vacation!)

Stayed here for a recent vacation with our children and grandkids. It was lovely. The pool and hot tub were used very frequently. We had quite a bit of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well. The grandkids loved fishing and kayaking in the lagoon, table tennis, the use of the two bikes, the beach, area activities, etc. I would suggest this for any large group. Thanks. . . .

Beautiful Home for Making Great Memories, Generous and Helpful Owners, Six Minute Walk to the Beach!
This home is amazing and even more beautiful than the pictures! Our group of 14 consisted of 8 adults, 6 kids ages 13 yrs -15 months. The kitchen & living area were bigger than expected and had plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed including a high chair, spices, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, blender, crockpot, and beautiful Fiesta Ware dishes.
Each couple had a king bed and all said they were very comfortable. Our son and his wife have the baby and loved that the home came with a pack and play so they didn't have to bring one. They were in a room with a big closet so they put the baby in there to sleep since they weren't used to sharing a room with him. That worked out perfect! The teenager had her own room, the 4 younger ones loved their bunk room! To access the bunkroom you have to enter the master bedroom and walk through the large en suite. That didn't bother us. The balconies on this house are large, covered, and furnished beautifully! The views from the balconies are stunning. The boardwalk to the lagoon was definitely wider than it looked in the pictures and we all walked back there plenty of times. We had a great time using the provided fishing poles and kayaks! The lagoon was very nice and some evenings we even saw a fox back there.
The pool was beyond amazing! Gulf Shores had record high temps while we were there so we spent a lot of time in the pool. The storage room on the ground floor was very clean and had everything you could possibly need including a second refrigerator, baby gates, pool and beach floats/rafts and toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. There was even a pump for blow up rafts, etc. We used the provided ping pong table and corn hole set outside under the house in the shade. The grill was big and very clean. The laundry room was on the ground level as you entered the house and there were several beach towels there for guests to use.
The walk to the beach was about 6 minutes and we used the beach wagon to haul some of our things.
The house was very clean and bug free! When we arrived our entry code didn't work. We called Cindy & Mark and they answered immediately. They were able to quickly reset our code remotely and we were in! I contacted Cindy with questions a few times before our trip and she always replied quickly. You can't go wrong with this house! You really don't need anything but your clothes and personal items!

Everything and then some
Great location and great amenities made this trip one to remember. We had 15 of us and we were all very comfortable. The pool and spa were a nice retreat from the business of the beaches to come back home to. Lots of extras with the house that were not mentioned... quite the opposite of some advertised rentals. The owners were great at communicating and made everything a breeze. Wish we could take this house on our next trip somewhere else!

Great getaway!
A group of 10 friends celebrated a 40th birthday and everyone was impressed with the property. The outdoor area is lovely and spacious! Would absolutely rent this home again.

Lovely, spacious home with outstanding amenities. Cindy was excellent to deal with. The Boswell house was a great rental experience. Would will keep it on our short list for future beach rentals.

Wonderful family vacation over Memorial Day!
Great experience. The owners were awesome to work with. The property had every amenity and supply you could think of. We loved the pool, great umbrellas for shade, the ping pong table, all the floats, grill, well-equipped kitchen. It is several blocks from beach access-better to drive for our crew. Would highly recommend!

Stunning!!! Book this house!
Cindy and Mark were exceptional hosts. I mostly spoke with Cindy. There was not one thing missed or unanswered prior to our phone call at check in! This house is beautiful and held 10 adults like a dream. We definitely needed every inch lol! The pool was definitely used and loved by all. The back balcony is where our group started every morning for the sunrise and we ended every night there. We were blocks from public access to the beach, 2.5 miles from The Hangout, Pink Pony, and souvenir shopping. Our intentions of coming down were for a friend's wedding, we had the wedding here at the house down the boardwalk right on the water just as the bride had dreamed of! One beach wedding coming right up. Everything was beautiful and we didn't have to leave! The space was big enough for the wedding and few friends in attendance. Cindy was kind enough to send us videos ahead of time so we knew what we were working with and knew what our plans were. She is the BEST! Very friendly and accommodating. They have lots of beach goodies and pool things on hand as well!! I could go on and on.

Beautiful Home on Lagoon/Near Beach in Gulf Shores!
We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Lafeet and Cindy was extremely responsive and easy to work with! The pool is beautiful, as well as the house itself. Plenty of room, comfy rooms, and beautiful patios. If you are debating - make the choice and stay here ! Thanks again Cindy for everything.

Our stay was unbelievable. This property is worth every penny spent and created unreal memories for our family. The host Cindi, was responsive to the very few questions that we had. The location is perfect and the house has everything you need. There was honestly a picture worthy view in every outdoor space. Great time!
The house was great! Updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive which was greatly appreciated. We were there during bad weather and the owner was in communication with us and checked in on us. The weather was a little cooler than we would have liked but we still had a great time!

Exactly the Quiet Getaway We Needed
Spent a week in September here. It was perfect. Plenty of space for the whole family 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-10). House was well appointed and well stocked and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool/spa. The view of the lagoon was amazing. It was just after season had ended when we visited so we got great weather and a quiet, uncrowded experience. Would definitely stay here again. Overall perfect family getaway!

Fall break beach getaway
This property was literally perfect. The amenities and the availability of kitchen utensils (the kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine) were greatly appreciated. The private pool and hot tub were outstanding and a great break from our beach days. Rooms were spacious and even though we had 3 families we never felt crowded or cramped. This house has everything.

This house is well planned and overall amazing. The private pool and hot tub really make the property ideal for a girls trip or friends weekend. There is access to the bay. Beach across the street on walking distance. Beds were comfy. No complaints!
