Located in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach !!! Only 15 min from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal..!! Walk to a variety of 25 restaurants, stores, bars,and entertainment. Music at several locations within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, it is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and pots and pans. Living room has a conversion sofa (full size), 40 in. TV, and free WIFI with a glass sliding door that looks out directly at the ocean.!!

Beautiful bathroom with tiled shower and stone floor includes towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Bedroom has a queen-bed, TV, dresser. Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use.

Outside balcony with a direct view of the ocean and stairs take you to a private path to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella are there for your use. Extremely clean and comfortable unit.

You can’t beat this location. It’s right on the beach and you have so much to do right within walking distance. The place is decorated nicely and the bed is comfy. My only complaint is that the tv in the bedroom and the washer and dryer were not working. The owner did offer for us to use the washer and dryer in a different unit. We would stay there again for sure.

Pre-communication with the owners was great. They provided clear driving directions to the property and clear instructions on how to access the unit. Property was a little outdated but the location was amazing. Direct and easy beach access. Washer/dryer were broken when we arrived but the owners were responsive and provided an alternate location we could use for laundry. This was slightly inconvenient because we could only access the other location the first day of our stay and we had to carry our things over there, but I appreciate the effort to provide an alternative. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our weekend at this residence! The grounds need to be taken care but that is not the renter’s fault. The condo looked like the pictures and had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The dryer was also temporarily out of use so we weren’t able to do laundry but overall the condo was clean.

My husband and I were visiting Cocoa Beach for the first time and this was a perfect location with easy beach access. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Washer/dryer was not working when we arrived but host responded quickly and we were able to find a solution. This unit was great for 2 people, I think it would be too small for any more than that. We would definitely visit again!

The property inside is exactly as pictured. It is small but was perfect for us. The ocean view is amazing! It was nice be able to have access to the cooler and beach chairs. So many restaurants close by and/or in walking distance. Bill and Jean communicated quickly and were awesome answering my questions. If we visit Cocoa Beach again this is our place to stay!

It was a very nice place to stay. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. The view was amazing. Liked that there were beach chairs, bogie boards and toys to use on the beach. We bought a nice umbrella for the beach to add to the collection. They did offer to pay for it but we declined. Just want the next guests to enjoy it like we did. Costs way less than renting from the people on the beach. We will most certainly be returning.

The unit is cute! It was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Location was near a lot of tasty restaurants. The owner was very nice and communicative. Their were a lot of stairs. Listing mentioned stairs to the beach but stairs to and from the car are many also. I can do them but then I am done for. Stair cases are on both sides of unit and it’s locked below so you can’t go from the beach to the car without using both staircases up and down. It was a problem. The balcony is not private and kids next door and downstairs ran all over and came to look in at us multiple times. The music sounded like the band was in the bedroom playing. It was incredibly loud until midnight. It starts at 6pm and I believe two bars have bands on the road starting at different times.. At 6 AM Easter morning the band woke us but it was a call to worship so we went! Fortunately the really loud bands only played a few days and not every day. The beach was very crowded as it’s a major thoroughfare but the people watching was fun. The beach is close so the water isn’t a major walk. We were able to watch three rocket launches from the balcony. We felt safe there but we did see a crime on the beach and heard a couple fights after the bars closed. The ba

I’m sure during peak season this would be a lovely place to stay for 2, but our experience did not match previous reviews. Although there was a pullout couch to sleep 2 additional people, the over all accommodations and setup are really geared for 2, not 4. The complex itself did not appear to be well maintained and is located behind a couple of bars. I did not feel safe going outside by myself at night. The condo desperately needed a thorough cleaning. The bathroom light was missing 2 of its 3 bulbs, the fan in the bedroom had an audible click that made sleeping hard. There was a variety of leftover supplies and food in the cabinets and fridge from previous tenets. We finally found 2 wash cloths after we did a load of laundry and found the wash clothes in our clothes. Most of the beach toys/supplies were either broken or rusted. For a pre-cruise stop over it wasn’t bad, but for the price (especially compared to other condos we’ve stayed in for the same price) we felt that this property did not live up to previous reviews not our expectations.

Bill and Jean were excellent hosts! Condo was comfortable and perfect for a 2 person get-away. One of the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on when away from home. Gorgeous view of the beach/ocean from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Also steps away from a great little bagel/coffee shop - Salty Bagel. Convenient location for anything you want to do in Cocoa Beach and a short distance from the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a good, affordable place for a quick getaway for 2 people. Very short walk down to the beach. Just be aware that the balcony isn't private but everything you need for the beach is provided. You can watch the waves from the living room couch which was nice. It could also use a good cleaning. Like the other reviews state, the bars get loud but it wasn't so bad that it disturbed us much. If you're looking for a affordable, no frills place right on the beach...this is it.

While the property is an older property it was well decorated, clean, and had all the needed amenities. Check in was a breeze and property owner followed up to make sure we had gotten in and that there were no issues. Location is the bright spot for this property. At high tide ocean is approximately 100 yards from doorsteps. Everything else is close as well. Walk to numerous restaurants, entertainment, etc. We never moved the vehicle over a two day span and walked to everything. Nice property for a long weekend getaway for sure!

Beach right in the backyard. Close to plenty of entertainment and great food. Entertainment may keep you up late at night during a holiday weekend. So if you would like to sleep a lot, it may be the only thing you don’t like. But we loved it and definitely will try ti coma back!

Stay was wonderful. Condo has everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. Small issue with AC upon arrival due to storms in the area but it was quickly resolved by Jean and was not a persistent issue. Would recommend minor updates like new AC covers and a new toilet seat but these are just little suggestions and didn’t impact stay. Agree with others that local music is loud but didn’t bother us. May bother an early to bed person or light sleeper. Location to beach and local shops was perfect and local pizza place (something with a B) was fantastic. Huge New York style slices.

We had such an amazing time. Jean/ Bill were extremely awesome - they only had to answer a thousand questions. The condo was well stocked as far as pans, dishes, towels, pillows, washer/dryer, etc. The view was breathtaking. Location was awesome. We were only 30ish min from the Kennedy Space Center and an hour from everything in Orlando. Very random - but fun fact- Coco Beach has a Dinosaur/ Early Civilization Museum that is like 5 min (driving) from the condo... Three stories and has an entire room of live reptiles snakes, crocodiles, etc... Totally unexpected (My daughter is 17, just graduated high school... And it was still one of her favorites). Not only would I recommend - I'm definitely going to get in line to visit again

While the location is very convenient the noise around the condo from bands playing and people yelling was less desirable. The condo is cute and right on the beach. The owner was quick to respond. However. I think the condo needs a good overall deep cleaning. The floors were dirty and it was dusty.

Overall I like the tiny unit and I would go back to it again even tho the weather dampened going out the first night with thunderstorms and lightning. Can’t fight with Mother Nature she always wins.
