The food was amazing, Staff were very kind. But we have to reserve dinner table and it makes clients limiting what to eat. Recommend to reserve as early as possible
Mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos.... Hope they take care of their facilities getting rid off mosquitos. I have 30-40 bites even though I stayed only 3 nights!

Location and style.
Staff were unhelpful to some... service was not uniformed specifically from the concierge.
Rooms were very cold at night only offer 1 blanket.. there were no dressing gowns in the rooms. We reported this but never recieved them.

El lugar es lindo una selva.
Pero sobre valorado
Excursiones bicicleta, caballeriza, termas vip SPA incluido. Buen desayuno, almuerzo, cena.

Incredible food, impeccable service, and delicious food, The hotel is probably the most beautiful I have been in- all-inclusive or otherwise. Cannot recommend highly enough. Probably the best resort in Cancun.
Some restaurants were better than others

Our stay at Atelier was the best in each of our lives. The staff was incredibly and genuinely kind. The food, amenities, location, and activities were also the best we've ever experienced in our lives.
Nothing.

Stuff was super welcoming and greeted us with some cool wet towels as it was extremely humid outside. Check-in went smooth. The room was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony with a view on the ocean, clean, and bed were somewhat comfortable. Had plenty of snacks, water bottles, etc. Buffet food was amazing, and fish tacos at the beach were on point (10/10), ordered those twice! I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends.
The app for navigation around the resort didn't work. We couldn't view the menus for the restaurants before making reservations nor couldn't view the map and had to bother the concierge every ime.
Also at check in they did not tell us there were some sort of Ispira Club membership that gave you exclusive access to the roof top pool, we went there in the morning when it opened and got politely kicked out lol. Wasn't that big of a deal, but I felt a bit embarrassed as if I knew about the club membership beforehand I would join or simply wait until we were allowed in that pool.
Japanese restaurant Kopai was just ok simply as I heard that sushi there are amazing and they were just ok. On the top of that, waiter was pushing on me buying a bottle of wine for 80$, which I didn't like. After all, he served me a glass of whatever was included. I did not like that he was pressuring me into it by saying, "You are on vacation right."

Lots of variety in the food options. Huge resort. Lobster included. Loved the wine and cheese. Night club is legit. The bed was super comfortable. The gym is huge and incredible.
The service was not the best I had ever had. The mixology class never started… we met at the bar and waited and no one ever showed up. The concierge who checked us in was unclear about what we were getting with our room upgrade. The drinks were watered down intensely.

The location of our room and how close everything was located to us.
Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Food is amazing in most restaurants. The breakfast buffets have great variety and the quality of the food is high. The a la cart dinner restaurants are also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. Service was great everywhere. It was a true luxury vacation.
Food in Bikini Azul can be majorly improved. It’s more like cheap snack food. Same goes for the a la carte breakfast at Consentida by the main pool.
Roomservice in our junior suite wasn’t very good. We ordered salmon tostadas and we received baguette with Salmon. We asked for wineglasses and a restock or the wine bottle various times. It was hard to get it and took a long time. Every day they forgot something else, from a bath mat, to refilling snacks, wine glasses.
However, the above are just comments for improvement. It didn’t influence our overall enjoyment of our stay. It was truly amazing and we would definitely come back.

Luxury feeling and great staff attitude. Being all inclusive is great. good restaurants and excelent atmosphere. Really nice gym and facilites. Great View in the pool and amazing ocean and Beach Side.
make sure you review the restaurants you will go to. There was one mediterranean restaurant that didn't work well: the table mas next to a water leak. The service wasn't the best and the waiting times between dishes neither.

The resort is very lovely, and exactly what they say they are. The staff was incredibly warm and nice and ensured we had everything we needed at all times. Really enjoyed the activities that we on during the day and also night time. We would be going back again with a few of our friends.
Nothing really; we just had one issue with the one of the beds that was creaking all the time.
