Good location.

The location of the property was great. Right across the street from the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation.

The hot water doesn’t stay on, you have to turn it on every time you want to use it. It’s not a terrible thing but if you forget then you don’t get a hot shower.

The only positive point about this accommodation is the location in front of the sea

Location just a few meters from the beach

Cockroaches in the apartment. Responsiveness of the host: didn’t react on text messages when we informed them the second time about the cockroaches we had in the apartment. The apartment on the floor below had a garden where the dog was pooping and the ugly smell was making our stay on the balcony uncomfortable.

Functional and Clean

The apartment was right across the street from the beach and the location for that was great (although connecting buses into Athens were infrequent and took over an hour to get into the city). It'd be no issue if you had a car. We were attending a local wedding and the apartment was very close to that. Communication with the hosts via email before the trip was great.

We had a struggle working the air conditioning because we didn't realise the kitchen window was open a tiny crack and thus spent a very sweaty night in the apartment. There was also a party on the beach that lasted until well after 4am. I'm a light sleeper and found it impossible to get any sleep on the Saturday night. Communication with the hosts in person were a little challenging; my friend picked up the keys and the conversation between her and the hosts was a bit confused.
