It is a lovely spacious flat with great level of facilities.

We had a lot of communication with the owner on Whatsapp in the run up to arriving. All very helpful. Keys in keybox. Welcome pack incl. water in fridge was really welcome. Second key was available too which was helpful. The balcony was really extensive. There were a lot of facilities provided.

In the smaller bedroom the corners of the beds protruded restricting the space so you couldn't leave the window open in turn mode without compromising access. the separate WC didn't seem to have an extract.

Perfect location to beaches and restaurants. Apartment was spotless and has a beautiful view of the water off the balcony. Christina was exceptional when it came to questions and recommendations for the area

All in all, we highly recommend this apartment.

We were a family of 5 having a great stay in Christinas apartment. The apartment is spacious, with a very nice balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything one would need. It is close to several nice beaches, and a 10 minute walk to supermarket. Christina made us feel very welcome, and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Impeccable appartment

Incredible place in a very good location and great value for money. Every detail of the place is well thought out from the furniture to the amenities. Just wonderful.

Excellent stay, would love to book this property again.

The appartment is very bright, spacious and clean It comes with a lot of amenities, the balcony is huge and the view fantastic. The proprietor is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful.

The only not so positive thing was the shower. It took a bit to manœuvre over the toilet to get into and there is a trick for the water staying warm, which I couldn’t manage but the lukewarm to cold showers were refreshing in the hot weather.

Great property to base your holiday at. We were family of four.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to three beaches and a beautiful lake. Took about 45 minutes to taxi into Athens. About 20 euros using Taxi beat app.

Good location and handy to airport

Friendly host, Christina met us on time and showed us around Property is very clean and tastefully decorated The apartment has good view and large wrap around balcony

My son mentioned to me that there was no Briki to make Greek coffee

A stylish comfortable stay by the sea!

Christina was kind enough to meet us at 11.30pm given delays to our flight. She is a fantastic host and we were greeted with a delicious bottle of rose and other goodies. The flat is very spacious and comfortable and the terraces with view to the sea a real bonus. We loved our stay and can’t wait to re-book for our next vacation in Athena!

Best place on the cost.

This is the best area in Athens cost. Appartment very nice and cozy, comfortable beds. Stylish. Balcony huge with sea view. Near (7 min walk) supermarket. In 5 min walk Zen Beach. Christina super nice, bought us complimentary fruits. We stayed 1 week like in Paradise.

Need a juice maker (for oranges) make fresh juice. And russian channels. :) Just a wish.

Amazing spot to enjoy Vouliagmeni

This apartment was absolutely wonderful! Rare case, when it's actually better than advertised. Really lots of space: one bedroom with double bed (with a sea view and flower garden below), small bedroom with 2 single beds (while being small, the room overlooks a pine grove thus providing healing effect when you sleep:), a huge living room with TV and fireplace (the room has lots of sunlight) and a fully-equipped kitchen. Small cozy beach (ZEN beach) is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The house is surrounded by a pine tree grove, and has a beautiful viewpoint nearby. As a bonus, you get a pack of cute playful kittens living in the yard. Parking is easy along the street, or even just near the entrance. WiFi worked perfectly well. Christina is a wonderful host, she was very helpful and checking in and out was really flawless.

Second bathroom had a faucet very hard to operate, and no shower. But nonetheless it is very handy to have a second bathroom. - No slippers provided. Absolutely not critical, but FYI.
