Great location, beautiful town and easy parking.

Location is amazing. Parking at the marina across the road is easy. Apartment is light an bright.

We were warned about the bathroom being small but this was quite a challenge to get in and out of it.

Exceptional

Hello, for the first time we rested in Crete and did not regret anything ... everything is very comfortable, delicious, in general, the rest was a success. Special thanks to the owner of the apartment, always in touch, helps in any matters (pleasantly surprised) Well, the number is a separate conversation, within walking distance of all the sights, the old city, the operating lighthouse, cafes and shops. Well, the view from the balcony is delightful. I recommend

The location is very convenient, in between the old town and the beach,right in front of the marina. (use google streetview) View from the balcony (sunset) is perfect. The bed is comfortable. Good pressure and warm/cold water mixture in the shower. The washing machine works,we used it. Wifi works well. There are kitchen facilities but we did not check them all...we are in vacation,plenty of resto's nearby. The manager Manousos gave good instructions,tips and immidiatly respond in case you need him. Sockets enough. Lift is available. No noise from loud disco's there are none nearby.

Indeed, the bathroom....is small but if you get first in the shower you can close the door. Problem solved. Besides if you read the reviews you know that in advance. We knew so no complain about it.

Studio flat with amazing views

The appartment is in a prime location and host's responsiveness is second to none. Cleanliness of the property was very good. View from the balcony was amazing

Unfortunately the property has a very small bathroom, and access to the bed from the wall side is limited due to a mounted TV screen

Great location, the seaview and good bed 🇬🇷😎

excellent location and the seaview from balcony was amazing. Beach is front of you and old town is only a few minutes away. we also got very good tips from owner to restaurants and car-rental. Apartment is very well equipped and supermarket, cafes etc are just minutes away. Great parking area also opposite this apartment block.

Overpriced view

1. Manousos was really great and kind. He responded promptly to our requests, the check in information was very clear and gave a great introduction to the area when we arrived. 2. The view - it is beautiful and there's a nice balcony perfect to just have a drink and watch the sunset. 3. Cleanliness - the flat was sparkling clean. The towels and the sheets smelt really nice and fresh. 4. Washing machine - we didn't use it but a great addition if you're travelling for longer and want to do some laundry.

1. Don't book this if you have a car - it's not 10€ per day (i.e. 24 hours). We parked the car around 4pm on the day we checked in and left the next day around 11am but ended up paying nearly 15€. 2. The bathroom is really tiny - you have to step in the shower cabin to close the door. Don't expect any shelves to put your toiletries on - I had to use the top of the toilet for my make up. 3. It is noisy so bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper - there is double glazing but it's on a main road so you still hear the traffic and drunk people shouting; we were unlucky enough to stay there over a weekend and the saturday night was manic. All in all, it's waaay overpriced for what it offers - maybe I'm too harsh but we stayed here after 5 other apartments/4* hotels in various places in Crete and all were cheaper than this apartment with a lot more to offer (including views) so had fairly high expectations. Tiny details were missing like a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived, there wasn't even soap in the bathroom!

Convenient location, clean and comfortable but local traffic and clubs make it quite noisy at times.

The location was as promised, only a few minutes from the beach and the centre of town with a beautiful view of the old harbour. A new local bakery only two minutes away made breakfast on the balcony a very enjoyable experience.

The sound-proofing isn't great so if your're a light sleeper take ear plugs! Also (picky I know) but the balcony chairs could do with an upgrade, they're a bit shoddy and dated. The coffee machine was a pod style which is environmentally unfriendly and it would have helped to have information on where rubbish and recycling should be taken to during our stay.
