Perfect location, close to amenities but far enough away from the beach to be quiet. Lots of space and a really nice kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. Outside space is wonderful for al fresco dining and just sitting, readng a book or relaxing.
Better coffee machine would be nice, maybe a pod or bean system? Some of the plug points didn't appear to work, can they be checked please?

Specious and clean, easy to find in a quiet part of Teguise. Good off road parking and a number of bars and restaurants nearby. If you don't mind a 25 minute walk (or 10 minute drive) to the main beach, its a good place to stay.
If it had air conditioning it would have been perfect.

The villa was clean and spacious in a lovely quiet well maintained complex. We had a few issues during our 2 week stay and went to the Hotel Vitalclass and on each occasion we were warmly greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to help. A special thanks to Cristina who went out of her way to help us and provide an excellent level of customer service to make our holiday so much more relaxing and stress free. I would add that Cristina is by far the most helpful and personable individual I have dealt with in many years. Thank you for all your help.
We arrived in the early hours due to flight delays. When we collected the keys from the hotel Vitalclass, we were told it was villa number one and the hotel gave the taxi driver the address and directions. When the taxi dropped us off outside number one, we had great difficulty finding the actual villa, After a couple of hours searching and waking people up and several call to the hotel reception we did eventually find the correct property with the help of a very friendly Spanish neighbour who after talking to the hotel reception a couple of times, worked out It is actually villa number ten we were in, not number one. I would suggest for future customers the address is made clearer and explained that it is villa number 10 in a small complex of 12 villas. If when you arrive you are dropped off at the second gate to the complex which has a sign saying number 7 - 12, you are in the corner property opposite the gate entrance.

The villa is in a great location just up from Playa Bastian, just a short walk from some great bars and restaurants. A little quieter than the centre but only a 20 minute walk gets you t the centre of the resort. The rooms a huge and really comfortable. We will return.
Not enough sun loungers around the pool

The Villa was lovely, airy and had all the equipment we needed, except we could not find an airer as did not want to use tumble dryer for small things. We felt very much at home and it was spacious for a family of 5.
Pool was great and kids (teenagers) had it mostly to themselves. They were told twice by people living in the villas to go to bed around 9.30 when the pool was open until 11, so please be aware. It was within an easy walk of town, shops and restaurants. It was a nice quiet area and away from hotels.
On leaving we were allowed to use the facilities at the hotel until our flight which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel.
This place is hard to find, especially if you arrive at night. You will need to pick up a key from the hotel, which I presumed was close to the villa, but was not really. We picked up the key and FINALLY found the villa, but had to ring hotel as it says no.1 is the villa address and it is number 10. When we finally got in, the alarm went off and we had to ring the hotel again to get it sorted. It wasn't a great start. However, it did improve after that.
The fridge and freezer door could do with handles and the back door handles were on the verge of falling off. Maintenance were great when we called the hotel.
This place could do with a guide /facility/ information book for visitors on how to use things like washing machine, safe and where to find things like an airer.
Please don't get us wrong, this is a great place, just recommendations on how to make it even better.

Great location, very quiet street and within easy reach of all main amenities. Cristina who we collected the keys from was very efficient and friendly and even arranged for balloons in the villa as it was a special birthday whilst we were there.
Pool was cold but I suppose that is to be expected for Nov / Dec. There was only one set of keys, not a real problem but could have done with a spare set for those occasions when we didn't all go out together.

Host Cristina was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly. She took time to ensure advice and instructions were clearly understood. She was accessible throughout the stay although this was not necessary during my stay. A pleasure to deal with.
Lovely facilities throughout the villa and it quickly became a 'home from home' location. Large area and comfortable accommodation inside with exceptional outside space and access to the clean and inviting communal pool.
The beaches and shops are within easy walking distance and an excellent Italian restaurant (La Cantinetta) just 50yds away.

Photos and description don’t do the villa justice! Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Good WiFi for the kids. Nice outdoor dining/lounge area and large indoor dining/lounge area if it’s too hot or cold outside. Sits with a dozen other immaculate properties around an enclosed garden area with nice outdoor pool. Quiet residential area but only a few minutes from restaurants and the sea.
Didn’t want to leave.
