Estancia agradable

Me gustó que tuviera cocineta, refrigerador, batería de cocina y vajilla, camas muy amplias y cómodas. Alberca para niños y adultos Estuvimos muy a gustó, yo lo recomiendo

Las toallas están muy percudidas yo no las usé. Quiero pensar que están así porque se las llevan a la playa, no encuentro otro motivo

Another great stay at the Rega Hotel!

This was our 2nd visit to Rega Suites. It is a lovely, clean hotel with great staff, amenities and location. I highly recommend. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we are in Guayabitos.

Very disappointed.

The bed was comfy.

Not enough supplies in the kitchen. The stove didn’t work and the staff told us to go buy our own fire starter! I paid for a room with a kitchen, and expected it to work! No English spoken. The fan in the bedroom was so noisy and loose, we couldn’t use it for fear of it falling on our heads! The towels were grey and worn. No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink.

Adequate accommodations. Clean and central

I liked the balcony, the room was a good size, the bed was comfortable. It was clean, quiet, very central location on a Main Street. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly. The pool was nice, very clean. The fridge worked well, very handy to have.

We had maintenance issues on day one, which were dealt with eventually. I had to do a fair amount of nagging about it. Hot water was difficult to come by. None at all in the kitchen sink. The beach is two or three blocks away, not as close as the listing implied.

The City/Town is Friendly's and prices are good over all.

The Rental House was very nice according to price. Just needs a New Microwave.

Better Towels, they only had old worn towels.

It was a good place to stay. They kept the pool and surrounding area spotless

The utensils for cooking were inadequate. We had to ask for cutlery and the pots and pans need upgrading.

Well worth coming here. Great place for a great price.

Overall we were very happy with Rega. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and our room was clean. They do not supply soap, conditioner or shampoo. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun in Guayabitos

We arrived at the hotel only to be told that we owed 1200 pesos for our 13 year old daughter because she is not a child...it was a booking.com mistake so something to be aware of when booking. The hotel staff were very good about it though. We paid the money and moved on. Our room was nice and well equipped. They supplied a large jug of drinking water. The beds were hard but comfortable. The grounds are very nice and well kept. Even though there was construction going on it really didn’t bother us. The pool was very nice and was always clean. We found out that if you want your room cleaned you have to ask. It was done as soon as you ask so just something to keep in mind. The staff and owner were all helpful and very friendly and personable I would definitely recommend staying here we loved it!!

The wifi is not very good especially in the rooms (as is the case over much of Guayabitos) and most of the tv channels are in Spanish (surprise we are in Mexico lol) not a big deal though because you aren’t in your room a lot. Just something to be aware of and definitely not a deal breaker.

Hidden gem

The pool is awesome! The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Very well kept grounds. The rooms are very comfortable and the new lobby is beautiful.

The only negative would be that it’s hard to find. But it’s new and there aren’t any signs yet. I’m sure they will fix that soon.
