Never going back

Good location

Wifi only works in the lobby. No separate shower in the bathroom, just on the wall. Two minutes of hot water , so not enough to take a shower.

Quise salir temprano del hotel para ir a.caminar a la playa y estaba cerrada la puerta principal

not up to snuff in the customer service department .Ocean was very polluted on many days so we chose not to swim in it.

location. new, relaxed atmosphere , pool was nice, seemed to be heated some days not on other days.

very difficult to pay( demanded a bank transfer even though I clicked on pay now on booking.com and provided my credit card info,bank transfers are very uncommon in Canada,kitchen very poorly stocked ,took a week to get a coffee machine,front desk not terribly helpful, weird to have the private balcony overlooking the noisy ,busy street ,and the shared balcony with a very nice ocean view, very noisy on the street side,had to buy water, no kitchen towels or cloths,

I love the location of the hotel, the appearance and the staff..

The beds were super hard, it was like sleeping on a table. I was on the 4th floor I can't remember the room # but it something like 4?3...

The best thing about it was probably the pool and the location.

The silly charges they do and the fact that you have to go thru stairs if you’re wet .

The pool was the perfect temperature. Kitchen was convenient

Concrete wall partitioning the pool needs a marker that can be seen while in the water as minor injuries happen while swimming.

excellent location but it’s on the Main Street which is very loud day and night

We had construction going on next door for 2 days and one of the workers drilled a hole into our room and my wife was napping and ended up with concrete in her hair and on our bed and when we complained nobody spoke English at the front desk. When I sent them an email to complain I was told I should have complained the day it happened!! We did!!!

Great location and amenities.

Location could not be better. Our suite faced the busy main street that was always entertaining and when we wanted a little more quiet from the action the seating outside out suite facing the courtyard was available. Pool view and ocean view from this vantage as well. Care to maintenance and cleaning was excellent.

I would have preferred a softer bed, but this is not uncommon in Mexico. I would also have liked wifi in our suite however it was only available in the inner courtyard side.

We would do it again!

Had a large deck overlooking the Main Street. Nice to sit and watch the action early in the morning and afternoon. Too hot mid day because of the direct sun. Very noisy, especially on weekend nights. We don’t mind but people next door were not coming back.

Had to use a wire transfer for the deposit. Would not take a credit card. AND, no record of the transfer when we arrived. Although we had the confirmation email from them, only credited 3100 pesos of the 3600 sent because it was the closest deposit in the time frame…
