Nice apartment that could be even more comfortable with a few minor things.

The apartment itself is nice, it is spacious enough and has mostly everything to make your stay comfortable. The host is friendly. The neighborhood is really nice to walk around, a bakery or a supermarket are about 10 to 15 minutes by foot, and there are plenty restaurants close by. In the basement there is a swimming pool.

There were only two pans in the kitchen, which makes it difficult to cook a nice dinner. The cutlery was very poor quality, it would bend easily, also some extra items like a small cutting knife, a cutting board and a potato peeler would have been nice. The showerhead could be renewed, water went everywhere except down. The water in the kitchen comes out burning hot the first few seconds, and after that just lukewarm, sometimes the pressure drops so that the heater just switches off. There is a washing machine, but it is in the basement, shared with the whole building, and you have to buy coins in some shop to be able to use it. The swimming pool is really narrow, probably less than 1,5mtr, so if there are more people in it, you cannot really swim.

Good property, needs a better check-in set up.

Great location, nice balcony with view over Puerto Madero. Comfortable rooms.

Check-in process was unusually arduous for a holiday rental, this felt more like a private property rental. We were asked to sign a tenancy agreement contract (for a 2-night stay). We were asked for a 50 USD cash damage deposit (which the owner agreed to waive when we explained that this was not mentioned when booking). The only option available for payment was cash (which we did not have), so we had to pay via PayPal including an additional 10% to cover the fees. The property itself and the location was great, and we had no issues after the initial admin was sorted.
