Foi satisfatória

Café da manhã bom, localização muito boa. Há bastante comércio e bons restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Também é bem fácil utilizar metrô, ônibus e táxi a partir do hotel.

O carpete que cobria o piso do quarto estava velho e sujo.

Excelente las instalaciones, siempre vamos y en esta oportunidad nos encontramos con el salón de desayuno todo renovado, como siempre el servicio espectacular.

No es lo mismo de antes este hotel

La ubicación.

Las instalaciones. Antiguas y mal mantenidas. La clefaccion apenas funcionaba y sonaba mucho. Los ascensores funcionando se escuchan desde las habitaciones. A pesar de la excelente ubicación, no vuelvo al Wilson, y era cuarta vez que iba.

La habitación era amplia , el baño también

Las alfombras necesitan mantenimiento, el aire es muy ruidoso , no hay enchufes cerca de la cama . El desayuno muy básico para lo que supuestamente dice ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.El conserje de la tarde nos trató muy mal, nos quería cobrar bastante más de lo que estaba por Booking,

Just the location

Several times the cutlery for breakfast was dirty. Table cloth in breakfast room unclean, on September 9th no white bread for breakfast. I claimed in written including the dirty cutlery and did not even on departure an answer or apologize. Carpets under the beds not vacuum cleaned for long. Emergency exit from our floor not only not marked with luminous strips but carpeted. In case of a fire the emergency exit is utmost unsafe as a fire will overlap to the carpet. All in all the hotel is not recomemded.

Very good choice and value.

Excellent location, fulfilling breakfast, clean rooms.

It’s a minor thing that maybe can be fixed. When we turn off the ceiling light, another subtle sort of night light turns on. They should deactivate that as there are people who need total darkness to fall asleep.

It was acceptable,but the room needs a big restouration

The rug looks dirty,like it has never been clean. The desk and side bedroom tables need to be change. They are old and deteriorated.

location, location, location with a nice, friendly staff

carpet in rooms and ACs very old, could easily be replaced and it will improve the hotel comfort by a lot, also a small gym where the old conference rooms are will give you an undisputed 4 stars

Good

Located within the shopping area of Recoleta, so a good place to explore. Breakfast was also good. Room was spacious and comfy.

Misunderstanding with payment where you can only get the 21% tax free with a foreign credit card, not with a foreign debit card, despite what was mentioned on the website when booking the room.

Worn down hotel from the 70/80s.

Location and staff. Breakfast was fairly OK.

Worn down hotel with interior from 70-80s Old dirty carpets, no air-conditioning in room in a hot city. No complementary water in room. Mattress too hard for my taste. This is not a 4 star hotel by any standard.

Some employees are nice. The location was great and the room was big.

The breakfast experience was not good. The food was not replaced and the employees from the restaurant didn't want to work. Everything was an huge effort to do.

it is good area but will look for better opportunities next time.

the location was the best.

the room had a floor carpet we didn't know about it and didn't ask for it. the hotel was too noisy. the receptionist was very rude. felt overpriced for the service. the 350 water bottle was extremely expensive. I got charge 70 USD over the agreed final price from booking. the hotel update the day fee without telling me.
