The location was ideal for getting around the area. Easy reach for shopping and sightseeing what was on offer.
We was put off by the number of stairs but took our time and managed.

Very comfortable stay whilst attending a family wedding in the area. Lots of little extras like salt and pepper, washing up liquid. Easy instructions to enter flat, excellent location, good shower, good beds, we really enjoyed our stay and will book again.
The bathroom fan was quite loud, we used torches at night :-)

Poor lighting, especially in Bathroom and Kitchen.

The location, just 5 minutes from the opera house and pavillion gardens, where I was working on the Gilbert and Sullivan festival. Right near Sainsburys and Morrisons as I didn't have much time for shopping. Also able to have my brother to stay over for 2 nights.

To receive an email from the owner AFTER the booking was placed warning us of the state of the entrance way was not welcomed.
It really is dirty & off putting.
The carpets throughout the property need replacing.

Excellent location in Market Square. Sadly I chose Carnival Weekend out of ignorance and had a funfair literally outside the window the whole time. Very Loud!
But - Bed great (very firm)
Shower fabulous.
Beer glasses - pint glasses useful?

Good base for the Peak District
You need to be a heavy sleeper, a lot going on outside.

It in need of refurbishing but adequate

Well equipped flat.
Lack of instructions for finding the flat once through the front door. Got a bit lost in the corridors so some info on this would be great
8.0 / 10.0
The front door could do with a good coat or paint
The real negative was the cold water it was terrible, couldn't drink it had to buy some bottle of spring water . Apart from that everything was good

Self catering so breakfast not relevant. Excellent location with plenty of shops and transport very close by.

Cooker oven didn't work. Would have been helpful to have floor and room directions labelled on stairs and passages. Lighting was rather poor if you wanted to detailed work.

The flat was in a great position as we were visiting family. The flat was well equipped and comfortable.. Loved the views from the windows
We had very little sleep as there was a nightclub over the road and people were out in the streets shouting until 4am on the 3 nights we were there. The entrance hall to the appartment was not very nice and we had to pass a lot of other flats where people were smoking indoors.

The living areas were clean.
The bathroom was mouldy and smelled of smoke. The location was very noisy and we got woken up during the night several times. The door and locks are in such a bad state that one of them doesn't stop you from opening the door. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The towels are old, the beds too soft (though personal preference) and you only get one pillow. Communication leading up to a during the stay was poor, we had to chase them to send access codes for the day we arrived and they weren't helpful, even a little rude. This was a huge contrast with our other stay in the area where they couldn't have been more helpful.

The location was perfect, it is in the centre of the market square with shops located 5 minutes walk away, there were also many restaurants and pubs nearby

Lovely comfortable apartment, me and my daughter stayed for a few days. It's clean and very well equipped. It's also in a very good spot in Buxton.
Nothing bad at all, other than it being a little hard to find within the building.

9flat was good ,comfortable Clean central
Entrance hallway and stairs in need of attention but was pre warned

Nice apartment with everything you need. Area let down the stay
The info stated the apartment was on the second floor. There were 49 steps up to the apartment which we struggled with. I feel that this information should be clarified. Also a load of food was seen under the sofa cushions. It was stated the communal areas needed an update, the sooner this is sorted the better, the smell in some of the corridors was awful

Great location
Everything we needed was there

The location was ideal, the car park is directly in front of the property and was free from 6pm until 8am. The apartment had everything that you could need.
It was a little bit tricky to find the correct apartment inside the building, the owner did send full details and instructions.

Clean and comfy. Perfect location. Car directly outside. All prior questions answered speedily through text.
The top Yale lock was broken on the apartment door. The bottom lock worked but top lock wouldn't latch.

excellent butcher opposite the flat, close to good bars restaurants and shops. Parking ( at this time of year ) was not difficult.
the entrance was scruffy which the host had made clear. There was another problem in the entrance area which I will communicate privately to the host
