The house was a nice size for the six of us. It was clean and cozy. It had a nice outdoor shower. The short walk to the beach was a plus.

I, my daughter and her 13 years old stayed here for about a week. We realy liked the house, it is small but vey clean and updated. We loved the neighborhood and central location. Everything is close, restaurant, beaches, the lake. The lake is great for canoeing and kayaking, but you can't keep the kayak and canoe on the beach, nor park your car next to the beach, which turned out to be a minor problem for us. But the lake was magnificent! We also enjoyed biking and going to one of the nearby ocean beaches.

The property seems seems a little bit rundown compared to the neighborhood.. the kitchen had a lot of ants…. The cupboard were not clean. We had to do some spraying and cleaning the bedrooms were OK.
The grill wasn’t very clean and no grill tools
No cutting boards a bunch of other things too, but we liked the neighborhood and the area were able to go to many different towns and areas from the house… we would love to stay there again, but probably will find a different rental unless someone really cleaned it up because the kitchen cupboards were not good…

Quick trip to Cape Cod to visit our local friend and little birthday celebrating.
House was just as stated in VRBO and was very clean.
Beach towels and chairs would be a nice addition for owners to consider as we really enjoyed the use of the local private beach. Overall extremely pleased with the accommodations and will definitely return.

Very neat and clean, kitchen well equipped with quality dishes, silverware, pots & pans. The air conditioning worked well and the out door shower was a hit.

Convenient location
This was a central location to where our children were sailing and Hyannis, a quick 10 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Host was great with communicating, check in process was easy. We would stay again.

Good Location
The house was located in a relatively quiet neighborhood with nice walking access to the beach, where we could use our inflatable kayak's (although the open lake area is a challenge for inflatables).
The town beaches were only 10-15 minutes away (expensive parking - $25) . The house was adequate and had everything you could need. The only issues was the dryer was very old and did not work which was a pain. The property manager offered to reimburse us for bringing the clothes to a laundromat but the inconvenience of it was not worth ruining the day to go there.

Nice location
My family and I took our first trip to Cape Cod this summer. This house is located in a nice central area to navigate Cape Cod as well as take advantage of Hyannis. The house was clean and had adequate amenities for our family of four (children 8 and 10). All appliances and air conditioning worked and cleaning supplies such as laundry detergent and dish detergent were provided. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet with friendly neighbors. The lake was within easy walking distance and nice and clean, perfect for little kids. Please note that the owner no longer provides beach parking passes as stated in other reviews.

Location
The house was located on a corner lot. The main road was quite heavy traffic wise. Kept me up at night.
How’s was exceptionally clean. Had pretty much almost everything we needed. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Could use some new cooking pans.
Would definitely stay there again.

Making memories
We had a great time ...weather wasn't the best but there was alot to do historical & pirate museums
Pie company chocolatier ice cream shop seafood restaurant and Pinocchio pizza then the sun came out and we and we lived at the lake all the neighbors we so friendly
The house was clean and comfortable (half bath was a luxury) loved the outdoor shower and the convenience to the lake was fantastic !!! My only suggestion would be 2sets of bunk beds in the twin room so that grandparents could have joined us in the 3rd bedroom....regardless I would highly recommend this home!!!

Cape Cod vaca
We went up for a dance competition. The house was clean and in a great location. The lake was cute, and just a short walk from the house. Our stay was very comfortable even with 3 kids and 3 adults.
Only complaints are that the hot water runs out fast (shower quick!) and that the cleaning lady showed up and hour before check out and gave us a hard time until we showed her documentation about check out time being 11.

Perfect Location, Nice House!
This house is located centrally on Cape Cod, making trips to neighboring towns and beaches quick - only a few miles from Route 6 and 10min. from Hyannis Harbor. The lake beach is a 2min. walk, and Cape Cod mall/airport is a few miles away.
The house itself is very clean and has everything we needed. We were traveling with three toddlers, and the bathroom had a stool for them and great big bathtub. It also has a nice fenced in backyard for them and was perfect.
This house is perfect for families and we look forward to returning!

Very nice stay
We had a great time at the property. It is very clean. We had everything needed in the kitchen to cook some quick meals. We had a great time relaxing at the Covell beach, one of the resident beaches with the beach pass.

Comfortable house a short distance to the beach
My family and I had an excellent three-night stay at this property. The house is comfortable and clean, nicely decorated, and overall a very inviting place to stay. There is a great outdoor space, too, with a picnic table to eat outside. It is a short walk to Wequaquet Lake, where there is a private beach for the neighborhood. We took advantage of the great location by going to Craigville Beach as well, which is only a couple of miles from the house and a wonderful place to sun and swim for the family; the property owner provides a beach pass so that parking is free. The house is also close to Hyannis, where we went out for dinner one night. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.

Quick trip to the Cape
We had three generations of us (grandparents, parents, and 2 kids) at the house for 3 nights. The listing and pictures were accurate and it certainly beat expectations. We used the TV, wifi, air conditioners, grill, and stove while there. All was well. House is definitely more updated than most "Cape" rentals. Fenced in backyard helped with the kids. The owner communicated with us during a power outage due to a storm with frequent updates. Fun few days.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Especially appreciated the Barnstable pass and we used it every day. Used the grill and the washer and dryer as well. A very lovely place to stay.

Definitely Coming Back!
The house is better than how it looks in the picture. Loved the lake beach near the house and the main beach as well. It is located near everything and Phyllis was really prompt at answering my questions. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again.

Great location
Highly recommend for families, just a 5 minute walk to the private lake beach and 5 minute drive to Craigville Beach. Within driving distance of many restaurants and activities. I would stay here again on a Cape Cod visit.

nice clean, bright just as advertised
Charming cottage very close to clean, inviting lake. Minutes to great beaches with beach pass included. Convenient location to points of interest. Great Cape getaway. My only problem was the fact that it was too close to street traffic for my taste.

Perfect home in a nice neighborhood
Love this home! This is a very clean 3 bedroom, each with a air conditioner, beach themed home. It has a good size fenced in backyard that has a patio with a picnic table. There is a large outdoor shower for after the beach or just to shower outside. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for making meals. As a bonus it has a washer and dryer. Location was perfect. Shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, beaches, fishing, whale watching are a short drive away. We (4 adult women) absolutely loved this home!
