La posizione ottima, x il resto meglio evitare.

Posizione centrale, comodo arrivare ovunque nel centro storico di Lucca

Senza aria condizionata, finestre “d’epoca” da lasciare aperte visto il caldo, la luce entra all’alba, non ci sono zanzariere o tapparelle o persiane quindi l’alternativa è o morire di caldo o dormire con le zanzare e un bel ventilatore puntato. Letto sfondato, abbiamo dovuto dormire con i cuscini sotto alla parte centrale. X arrivare alla camera 2 rampe di scale strette. La struttura e i servizi non sono sufficienti a giustificare la cifra pagata, mi aspettavo di meglio.

Zimmer mit Charme

Gute Lage. Unser Zimmer ging direkt auf den Innenhof. Schönes Bett! Grosses Zimmer mit Charme! Sogar Kühlschrank in Zimmer. Wasser stand auch gekühlt, gratis zur Verfügung. Innenhof mit Hängematte und Stühlen.

Der Gang unseres Zimmers lag direkt neben der Reception, da hörte man die Leute sehr gut sprechen. Wenn wir die Türe Zimmer-Gang schlossen war es aber ganz ok. Ansonsten alles wunderbar.

Palazzo d’epoca davvero bello e con una posizione davvero ottima per visitare Lucca

Il palazzo d’epoca è davvero molto bello, peccato fosse un po’ trascurato in quasi tutto, a partire dal giardino che ha un potenziale non sfruttato. Camera senza aria condizionata (poco male perché fortunatamente non abbiamo sofferto il caldo grazie ai muri antichi che isolavano bene), bagno un po’ vecchiotto. Peccato davvero…

Great location, pretty and spacious apartment. have enjoyed my stay very much

Location was amazing, right in the middle of the city the apartment was comfortable and spacious, price was good and outside garden was very nice

The Bathroom was a little old and not super comfortable there wasn't the hairdryer. but no big deal.

Le personnel est très accueillant. L'arrière cour est très mignonne avec un joli jardin

Le confort de la chambre que nous avions était moyen : cuisine peu fonctionnelle et équipée spartiatement, la propreté de la salle de bain (paroie de douche qui fuit), patio majestueux mais assez bruyant avec les portes qui claquent. Nous voyagions avec bébé en poussette, peu simple avec les marches à l'entrée du bâtiment, à savoir simplement, car dans un endroit aussi historique, il faut s'y attendre et composer avec.

Apprezzatissimo! Accoglienza e cortesia al top, ad un passo da Piazza Anfiteatro. Pulizia eccellente, Biancheria pulita, smart TV a disposizione. Parcheggio Berruto e accesso alla Ztl con solo 10€ al giorno! A disposizione un'accoglente zona comune. Nel complesso Molto buono, l'host lascia un vademecum con molti consigli utili per il soggiorno.

Scaldabagno troppo piccolo! Noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia due la sera e due la mattina presto.

Disappointing

Great location and nice receptionist.

Room had a distinct mold smell, bathroom also smelly. The worst part was the shower, just little hot water was available, not enough for a 5 minutes shower. I don’t recommend this property.

Unterkunft wirkt in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage war gut und trotzdem war es nachts ruhig. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben Restauranttipps bekommen.

Anders als auf den Fotos sind der Innenhof und die Apartments deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind zerkratzt und wirken alt. Die Matratzen war durchgelegen und dadurch war die Nacht unbequem.

The apartment was easy to access, was really comfortable and quiet, it had a great bathroom, easy set of stairs and close to the centre of town, Lucca’s key sites, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic place in the heart of Lucca. An oasis of calm as you step off the street and into the courtyard garden. Friendly and easy check in and lovely and clean apartment. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay!

Beautiful building with an impressive inner courtyard. Amazing tranquil and unpretentious garden where one can have meal or relax, read a book. Beautiful atmosphere, excellent location.

The bed frame was a bit flexible, making the bed quite soft (a bit sinking when lying down), but it wasn't too much of a problem!

Loved our stay - host could not have been better and building and garden a piece of paradise in Luca.

The host was very friendly and helpful. the garden was peaceful with plenty of places to relax. Gorgeous building.

Our room was next to neighbouring restaurant which was noisy until midnight but this could not be helped by owners.
