Welcome to our home!

This Village by the Beach town home was built in 2016 and is a favorite on the island. It is furnished with beautiful wood-like flooring and comfortable plush furniture. Upon arriving you can relax not only in the home, but also in the amazing pool area. This pool is one of the best on the island and feels like a tropical resort. Beautiful kiddie pool and flowing fountains will bring peace to your vacation days.

This home is 2-story. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a king sized bed with comfortable memory-foam mattress, plus a queen sleeper credenza in the living area. Upstairs there are two queen bed with comfortable mattresses. Total this house will sleep is 8. Perfect for family gatherings! There is no need to skimp on the luggage as there are plenty of over-sized closets and storage.

And of course, you'll want to soak up the sun while on the island knowing that when you return you will have all the amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops, nice linens, quilts, towels, 3 VIZIO TV's, dedicated private WIFI and much more. All simply arranged with you and your family in mind.

There is something for everyone here on North Padre Island. For your relaxing pleasure you will want to enjoy the patio outside the front door, as well as the balcony that overlooks the pool area. Beautiful place to begin your morning with coffee or wind down in the evening with a drink.

We had our annual girls trip to the coast. The weather wasn’t perfect at first but we enjoyed watching movies. On Saturday we took advantage of the weather and spent time at the pool. The pool is beautiful and right out the front door. The condo is beautiful and is super clean. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time in Corpus Christi. We absolutely loved staying at the condo and enjoying the pool and the short walk to the beach. Our host was very responsive to our needs. This was our second visit to the condo and we would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at this adorable condo. We were just steps away from the pool and just a few minute walk away from the beach - so it was easy to get both of these in every day. There are some wonderful places to eat just a few minutes away from the condo, too. We were kissed by the salt water and the Texas sun. It was truly wonderful. We did have some car trouble on our way in, which prevented us seeing the whole island. However, with the full kitchen in the condo, we were able to order grocery delivery from H.E.B (the main grocery store in Corpus). We ate very well and did not miss a beat. I would highly recommend this condo for families. It is truly a gem on Padre Island. It's beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home.

The place was nice and close to the beach. The only thing I did not like was that on the last day we could not go swimming because the pool opens at 10 am and we had to leave at 10 am. I asked to stay for a little bit longer and the person in charge said NO! He didn’t work with us. But other than that, everything was good.

We loved the location of the condo as it is just across the street from beach access. It was clean, well-stocked with essentials, and a great option for a two-family trip with plenty of space! We loved the pool and the playground on site. The property manager was on the ball in communicating which included a short-lived hurricane scare and in answering my last-minute questions. We will definitely consider booking for our future trips since we come at least annually. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was great, and the location was perfect! We actually loved being right across from the pool. With young kids, it made it super easy to go grab popsicles or a toy we forgot. Easy walk to the beach, comfortable beds, nice big TV’s for winding down at night, and 2 parking spots!

This property was perfect and a wonderful place to stay for our week-long beach vacation. All communication was prompt, friendly, and accurate. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and linens. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach and steps from the nice, heated pool. All in all, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Information came to in a timely manner with all the details to get there and in. The place was grear! Comfy and nice. The kids were excited about their balcony. It even had a baby gate and packnplay. We used the babygate as a just in case during the night at the top of the stairs. Great water pressure and everything was well maintained. The pool was right outside but you didn't hear any noise from it. It was a great place!! We would stay at this set of condos again but would love to be at the same rental.

Such a great place and a perfect location. The pool was right outside our door and the beach was a short walk away. The townhome had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. The house was FABULOUS!! Very clean. Exceptionally comfortable mattresses on every bed. We were so happy with the cleanliness, the beds, the property, the location, the furniture and appliances, the supplies in the home, and even the cute decor. We loved it all!! And it was was a wonderful surprise to have the family room and each bedroom have their own tv WITH all tv capabilities.

The ratio of the pool to the condo's was great and never crowded. The beach was not far away and there is a walkway for safety. Would have loved beach chairs instead of just camping chairs and floaties. Lots of beach sandcastle tools for the guests to use.

Lovely location for our beach stay. Upstairs bedroom was perfect for our two grandkids with separate beds, TV, and their own bath. They loved it! Also, we enjoyed lunch on the second floor balcony which overlooks the pool. Beach is about a block away but not too far to walk. Overall a wonderful time!

The booking was easy, communication a breeze and check-in hassle free. We liked the condo, it fit our needs and had plenty of space for a family of 4 with two young children. Getting to the beach was easy enough too as it's a simple walk. After reading reviews we packed extra paper goods, condiments etc but found the condo was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms to our surprise. The two negatives we experienced-- beach was beyond CROWDED..vehicles parked 4 deep the entire length of beach. It made it difficult to find a space to set up. The other negative was the community pool. It was cloudy, dingy tiles and filled with sand from guests. Guests also were up well past 11pm partying (loud music, smoking and drinking) so we didn't enjoy either of the two property pools included. Not a fault of the host, just be aware. Unfortunately you can't pick or predict your neighbors.

The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach toys for the grandkids. The pool was wonderful, right outside the door. Also the playground on the complex was a big hit. Tides were very high during out stay so the beach nearby was not real usable, but we went to Mustang Island State Park about 15 minutes away which had very nice clean beaches.

The property was as advertised. We have stayed there multiple times and have never been disappointed. Alene Snodgrass, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful. The location is two blocks from the beach. There is also a pool just outside the condo. I feel certain we will stay at this location again.

Booking online was very easy. Communication with Host was excellent. Our place was very clean and comfy. It was tastefully decorated in fun colors and wall hangings/nik-naks were adorable. Kitchen was very well stoked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, etc. Bed linens and towels were plentiful. Will definitely stay there again.

This unit is very clean and well maintained, as shown in the pictures. The proximity to the beach is very convenient as well. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The 4 star rating is due to the late night partying at the pool as mentioned in another review. We stayed 3 nights and every night the volume and number of people who turned out for the party increased. There was a large multi generational family plus guests who took over the pool from 6 to 11 pm every night. There was drinking, loud music, and loud voices. They set up a folding table for their food and left meat on the grill over night. There are pool rules, but they were not followed. You could not enjoy the beautiful porches the property offered in the evening, and you could hear the yelling and music inside the condo. Perhaps this doesn’t happen often, but one should be aware of the possibility. In the daytime the pool area was family friendly. This was our 3rd time staying in this complex and it was the first time we witnessed it.
