Would not recommend it

- The bed so comfortable but every time you moved while lying in it, it squeezed

Check-In - First of all they ask for a online checkin, where you need to fill out everything yourself upfront so they don’t have work with it - Early Check-In was not possible because we didn’t fit their schedule - We were told to call one hour in advance so we would be ready and then got various text messages when the girl was busy and can’t check us in - Check-in was done by a French student with basic English skills telling us “I don’t know, call my office, I’m not responsible” - Furthermore she was not where she said do we had to take a big turn, as all streets are one-way streets to get there - She didn’t know how which floor we were on or how to get into the apartment Apartment & equipment - Based on the ground floor you could hear everything the neighbors said and did (very noisy) - The equipment looks cheap and is partly broken or damaged (i.ex. Holes in the towels, towel rack next to the bathroom sink broken and falls apart, when you put a towel on, swollen door frame on the front door and in the bathroom, cracks in the ceiling in the hallway, mold on the shower cabin and so on) - The bed so comfortable but every time you moved while lying in it, it squeezed - It’s a science of itself to turn off the shower, as one mm to each side too much and it won’t stop dripping - There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it stayed hot and humid in there - Our request on two blankets instead of one was just ignored Parking - the parking lot is a joke!

Luxe appartement op goede locatie

Modern, comfortabel luxe appartement. Matrassen beste ooit. Wifi goed. Goed contact over aankomst en tijdens verblijf. parkeergarage is makkelijk in/uitrijden en locatie met auto goed bereikbaar. Enige min van appartement is dat het op begane grond is, weinig licht en met gordijnen open geen privicy.

El departamento es muy moderno en toda sus instalaciones y ubicado muy cerca del comienzo del casco histórico. Muy bien equipado

el tamaño del estacionamiento asignado, muy dificil para una SUV por lo pequeño.

Les personnes qui nous ont donné les clés nous ont informé avant pour s'organiser et nous expliquer ce qu'il en était du logement, remise des clés, etc. C'était très bien organisé et ils étaient très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Quant au logement, il est spacieux et bien équipé. Tout est proche.

La place de parc gratuite et à disposition est très petite. Pensez à ne pas avoir une grosse voiture.

El apartamento muy acogedor. Tenía lo necesario para que la estancia fuera agradable. Íbamos sin problema al casco histórico andando.

La plaza de parking un poco justa. En el baño había pequeñas hormigas.

Wonderful apartment to refresh yourself in and escape the heat of Seville

The host was waiting for us to direct us to the underground car space. The apartment was spacious and lovely and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold in a hot Seville.

Nothing. The host was going to look into the lock for the lift access having been changed.

Great place to stay, within walking distance of the main sites

Luxurious apartment with excellent facilities, very good wi-fi and super cool air con

The apartment is in a residential block with warnings about hanging washing in the courtyard. As we were travelling we had a couple of small items that needed washing and were concerned about ill feeling towards from the residents if we hung these out to dry

Perfect for a stay in Seville.

Very clean with everything you would need. Includes parking which is a bonus. Fairly central location. Excellent communication by the owner for our arrival.

Only a minor point but could not close the bathroom door properly. Parking space was very tight between a wall and column. Make sure you don’t have a big car.

Just need small details

Nice, clean and updated apartment, excellent location no more than 20 minutes walking to any point of interest or place to eat, very nice host.

The bed in the bedroom was very good but the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable and when it was open no space to walk also needs some small details that will add more value like sugar, coffee, tea, a least few bottles of water, soap for the bathroom, the price a little high taking into consideration the mentioned

Location of this apartment is excellent, very near the main attractions of the city. It was easy to obtain the key. Kitchen is new and nice.

I wasn't aware the apartment is at ground floor, so it was not possible to open the windows during the night. The place is quite dark during the day.

Exceptional

I liked the way the house was furnished, it was clean, secure even though on the ground floor. They offered a parking spot in the garage. Even the recommendation i found helpful,, to know how to organise the days, the sight seeing, worth to see, in which tapas bar to go, i enjoyed some local traditional tapas.

The location, it was 15 min on foot to the central area, although i enjoyed the walk. You could find on the way nice brunch or tapas spots.

Excellent stay!

Very nice apartment. Super clean and everthing you need. The location is in a quiet area but in walking distance of everything. Very helpful and kind reception - we got info on a lot of things to see in the city. Flawless communication with Nacho who was very helpful. Clearly, the philosophy here is “give the guest a good experience”. Nice - and recommended!

beautiful apartment in the Old Town.

the apartment was very stylish,in a great location and with parking onsite. We were met by Estefania and shown around the apartment, she then sent us lots of recommendations for places to visit and places for eating out,they were excellent. would definitely stay here again.

This excellently equipped and modern apartment added to our visit to the city

The apartment was modern, clean and situated in a quiet courtyard. It is about 10 mins walk from the city centre and 20 mins from the cathedral so it is excellently placed for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was small and cosy and excellently equipped - one of the best kitchens we've had on a short stay let. All the admin and support was excellent. In all, a wonderful place to stay in when visiting the city. We are already planning to go back next year to see more of the sights we couldn't fit in this time.

Cozy and very modern apartment

The host is incredibly helpful! He provided so many useful information such is nice local restaurants and interesting authentic places. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. All attractions are very close. Highly recommend!
