Very comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and helped with anything we asked for. Breakfast was good and view from breakfast room was outstanding.
Our room window opened up to a guest lounge area so we couldn’t really leave the drapes open very often. It isn’t a huge issue but next time I will request a different room. Breakfast items were the same every day.

Staff was great, room was clean and spacious (we had the king size room so no idea how the others were). Breakfast was also decent, not too many options but decent enough.
The rooms were very cold. There is no central heating. Our room came with a small heating system but it took very long for the room to warm up even slightly. Also our room came with a luxury massage type shower but the water was often not warm and the water pressure a bit low. Also, the building was very noisy, we could hear everything the people in the room next to us were doing and also there was a meeting at night in the hallway where people were preaching very loud.

Probably the most modern and comfortable stay we had in Cusco out of our three visits and the king size bed was fab! The shower was also amazing and the hotel was priced really well. We chose this hotel for our return from Machu Picchu as it was close to the tour agency we had arranged our next tour to Lake Titicaca through and was a very convenient walk to the main street. It was also really conveniently located to historic buildings and bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly also.
The hot water was limited so while I enjoyed a super warm and enjoyable shower, it ran out half way through my partner's shower. Hot water was an issue everywhere we stayed in Cusco however so it didn't really impact negatively on our stay here.

The location, the staff, the facilities, the private beach were all fantastic.

The location, the shower, the beds, the staff

The place is small but really nice, 5 minutes away from the city center, near to Perurail also. The staff is incredibly nice.
In my room the wifi internet was really bad. The breakfast was really basic and only from 6 to 9 am, no chance to eat something before or after.

Comfortable beds and clean room and bathroom
Staff wasn't really helpful

Great location, good size room, comfortable bed and linen, clean bathroom, welcoming staff.
Wi-Fi was very poor, signal was week and unstable, not suitable for working much less if you need to do video calls.
room could be improved by adding a mini-fridge and and flat iron.
the location is good, but that makes the room very noisy and hard to sleep before midnight.

The stuff was really friendly and helpful, however didnt really speak english. The room was clean
The room on the photo is not like in reality: the room has no window without speaking about the view. The breakfast is super basic. It was a bit chilly in the room

Really good bed, view of the city at breakfast
5% surcharge for credit card payment

location was reasonably good. Helpful staff.
The property is a potential death trap with a single, narrow staircase extending to the third floor. A fire in the lobby or second floor would probably trap and kill everyone on the floors above.
First room we were given had only a sheet of flimsy obscure glass. Windows could not open. Claustrophobic nightmare.
Second room (provided only after extremely strong insistence) had operable windows into a narrow interior courtyard. Another claustrophobic horror.

The location was great. The staffs were very helpful and guided on every occasion we asked.
The bathroom is very small compared to the room size. There is no lift in this property.

I liked that the hotel was very clean and has a great staff and location
It was too cold at night and sometimes there was no hot water

The stuff is so nice, and the best is Bryen at the reception. He always helps us very quickly in everything and he is very kind.
The breakfast is so good, and the breakfast room is nice.
The location is the hotel is perect.
The WiFi is not os fast, and sometimes no connection.
And the temperature is in the room is so cold, and after the shower, You have to open the Windows because of the steam.

The best of my short stay was breakfast... not because of food itself (simple breakfast), but the beautiful view of the city and mountains.
Water leakages visible on the bottom walls of bathroom. Mold on the ceiling (shower), and the small ventilating window could not be opened because it gave to a common area. Windows also could not be opened for the same reason. At my arrival I had to wait outside for about 10 min. because the only clerk was busy carrying bags upstairs. The door lock (the ones that work with a card) did not close, and it had to be reprogrammed by clerk.... twice.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff here! The receptionist working evening of June 23-24 was literally one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and went above and beyond for clients (even carrying luggage up 3 flights for us). I am speechless by the level of hospitality of the staff here. The room was cute and sleek, the wifi was great, bed extremely comfortable and warm for the cold Cusco nights. located in a good area on a safe main street, It is about a 10-15 min walk to the city center and also close to the artesanal market. breakfast included and is really good. they also have coca tea in the lobby to help you with altitude sickness. they will take great care of you here!
you walk up stairs to get to your room (the amazing receptionist helped us with luggage as mentioned above). bathroom had a bit of a smell but they have a window vent. might opt to ask for a front room if you want a view as back rooms have frosted windows. Overall LOVED this place.

They raised the price after booking!

Very large room and bed, warm shower and walkable distance to center.
It can get very cold at night if you are visiting in the winter.

The breakfast was super tasty, the room was clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was comfy on the cold nights and needed for the early wake up if trekking. The location is close to Plaza de Almas, the staff were all super friendly and very accomodating. When I stay here again I will stay, well worth the money!
The only suggestion is to maybe have heating or available heating in the rooms as it can get cold at night.

The staff weee super friendly and always helpful and the room had a great bed and was very clean
The only issue I had was my rooms location and the fact I was needing sleep during the day and there were noises from the kitchen above

the room was big and had plenty of storage space. the views from the window were beautiful. the panoramic views from breakfast even better! the staff in general were very attentive and helpful especially catering and the afternoon shift on front desk. location was an easy walk into the best places in town
no blinds or frosting on bathroom window which faced the many road. it was very uncomfortable to shower or use the toilet. WiFi was patchy a lot of the time in our room on level 3
8.0
Location, cleanliness
Window watching to the other room directly
