Muy buena opción por ubicación, instalaciones, amabilidad del personal y precio
Nada. Una mejora sería incluir más variedad de frutas y jugos de productos locales y que no existen en países europeos

Friendly, helpful staff. Very good selection of food.

The staff and assistants were exceltional. Really appreciated the free muña tea upon my arrival. Also, I appreciated them taking care of my luggage in a safe location
I think the technology in the rooms must improve. Smart Tvs with access to Netflix and YouTube and a Bluetooth alarm would be a major upgrade. I also suggest they take care of damaged bathroom floors and leaky showerheads. I checked in and when I wanted to use the shower for the first time I was surprised to find the tub already wet as if someone had recently showered. But I hadn't. So I called reception and although someone came very fast to clean up the suprise water spill in the tub I think the shower head still needs to be repaired.

Specially, breakfast. Staff were super nice and helpful.
Nothing. All was good.

It felt like a very luxurious hotel. The staff were efficient and excellent, we found Elizabeth who worked in the restaurant particularly special. The breakfast and evening meals were of a high standard. Overall we highly recommend the hotel.
The second time we stayed, our rooms were in the wrong arrangement but this was quickly rectified.

Big rooms, and very clean.
Nice breakfast, started very early for the days we traveled.
The staff were kind and helpful.
No air condition in the room.
And very noisy location, so we could not open the windows.
Very bad strong smell in the corridors

The staff was very friendly, the room was very comfortable, a large buffet, and the hotel is close to everything... I would definitely return

I returned to warm welcome back to Sonesta after a 3 night Inca Trail hike (I stayed prior to my hike). They stored my bags free of charge prior to leaving and had everything waiting for me upon my return! Such an amazing and wonderful staff! A warm shower awaited and a quiet night of rest on a great mattress with sweet pillows. Oh and the free breakfasts are really nice. So much to choose from whether you want a light or hearty breakfast. I also loved that I could easily walk just about anywhere I wanted to explore in Cusco. Sonesta Cusco is highly recommended!
A couple of times during my stay there was no Coco tea in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel located right off a plaza. Family room was perfect size and they offered a nice breakfast buffet.

some of the staff like Heber are amazing, the restaurant was ok although I had to ask for a new omelette during the breakfast 1 time out of 2.
The hotel is old, in the room we could hear everything from outside. Shower was leaking, TV did not work. wifi reception so slow that you will wait hours to watch a video on YouTube.
Managers are indifferent with attitude «you need to shut up and be happy for what you get». We were complaining literally every day and we received no remedy/action to solve our problems except of firm «sorry ».
I even met the general manager at the last breakfast and took the opportunity to share my problems during the stay. This man could not even speak English. However, this was not the biggest problem with him. When we explained the situation, his reaction was like «but you did not die from it, right? ».
They organize kids party’s in the morning during the breakfast with a lot of noise from 8 am. we woke up because of that, they organized it 3 times during our stay of 2 weeks. Over Saturday and Sunday. Sitting in one room with screaming kids on a Sunday morning is not something we wanted on our vacation. The best idea manager came up with was putting us outside the restaurant on a tea table! And yes, we did not die, but this is not a 4* hotel service in any circumstances.
Breakfast itself is not that bad, but don’t expect fully fried eggs from the first omelette they will cook for you. also, pastry is dry and sauce « tartare » was the same 5 days that you can notice on the picture (mayo becomes yellow when it’s old). it’s not a rocket science. unfortunately, those people take us for fools.
The problem of this hotel is their inattention to costumers and carelessness

The room was lovely, spacious, comfortable beds with a nice design. The breakfast was simply magnificent with such a wide variety of options.
We arrived fairly late at night from Machu Picchu and when we got there the water was not functioning in the hotel due to maintenance.

- Excellent hotel. Room comfortable and clean.
- Great breakfast with variety of food;
- The room is too warm in this season of the year. a hotel 4 stars with this price has to have an air conditioning in the room;

the staff are nice and the breakfast is good.
the location is just a little too far with a 20-30 minute walk to all the good restaurants and sites.

The staff was friendly, customer oriented and spoke English. Jorge, the food and beverage manager, and Guido and Ladi provided excellent service in the dining room. Their breakfast buffet was delicious with an array of items to choose from including hot and cold items, eggs made to order, fresh fruit, breads, cereals, etc.
Our room was not air conditioned and it was hot in Cusco! However, they were kind enough to put a fan in our room upon request.

Amazing facilities, great free airport shuttle! Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast!
