Appartamento nuovo, pulito e confortevole, vicinissimo all'acquario e tante altre attrazioni. Personale molto cordiale ed efficiente

Il quartiere appare un po' fatiscente ma è in pieno centro storico, con tanti locali e negozi ed affollato di turisti. Un po' scomodo per il trasporto dei bagagli perché in ZTL, ma il parcheggio convenzionato non è troppo distante a piedi

Posizione top! Appartamento ampio, comodo e accogliente. Molto gradita la presenza di acqua e caffè

Il box doccia mancava di un'anta per la chiusura (comunque si riusciva a lavarsi con comodità senza spargere acqua in giro), il parcheggio è abbastanza costoso nonostante la convenzione

L'appartement est tout neuf et au calme. La situation géographique est très bonne. Le personnel de l'établissent est aimable.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'équipements. Il serait bien d'ajouter un grille-pain et une bouilloire électrique. Pour le café, il faut apprendre à maitriser la cafetière italienne. C'est ok, mais la plaque de cuisson électrique en fonte est très lente et on doit attendre longtemps et chauffer toute la cuisine pour préparer une tasse de café.

La posizione vicina al porto e in pieno centro, la stanza di dimensioni generose e il letto comodissimo

Nulla, suggerirei solo di attrezzarsi con dei bidoni della spazzatura a disposizione degli ospiti, per non dover portare i sacchi al punto di raccolta

The location is great. If you are coming from the train station, go from the main street and not the alleyways near the train station(they feel not safe). Note that the hotel location itself and surroundings are safe, the issue is just the root you go by walking

You can not control the AC by yourself.

Modernité et propreté des lieux, espace et disponibilité du personnel.

L'appartement est bien placé mais le quartier est vraiment peu recommandable... problème de la ville de Gênes. Tout est très sale et peu sécurisé.

I feel like home I will come again as soon as possible,

Location is very near to our tourist destinations, All property is very very clean and staff is very helpful and kind,me and my all family members want to stay more days,

For me and my family top of that my kids like most the cleaning and location they want to come again there is no problem at all.I don’t have any thing to right which we didn’t like,

The location was good even if it was scary during the evening when the shops are closed.

The smell in the apartment was not so clean. I felt the humidity even in the towels which seemed wet. Apartment is not so cute like in the pictures

Central. Safe. Super.

Very central location. Quiet side street. Comfortable beds. Large sofa bed. Bathroom separate from bedroom. Lift to all floors. Supermarket and bakery just a few steps away. Access to building secured with use of fob and keys .

Taxi cannot drop/pick up out side as area pedestrianised. Need to pull suitcases over uneven surfaces to get to/from property.

Worth staying in it.

Hosts were very kind. The apartment is in the walking zone, so all convenient stores are very close. City center is close.

Apartment does not have the control unit for Air condition. It is in the apartment next to this one and you can not turn off airco during the night. We were freezing... and there was no such note - what to do in this case...

Excellent location, very comfortable beds, clean.

The shower cabin was very small and not in the best shape. I would offer a washing machine to complete a full user experience.

We enjoyed walking through the old town, it was very interesting

The location was great, close to the train, port and old and new city! good service and food wherever we went.

Very central.

The bed in the living room was very unconfortable. There was no holder for the toilet paper, and nowhere to put the tiny shower gel in the shower. We found the toilet paper placed on the toilet brush..

Genoa has Interesting buildings and fun friendly people but no public toilets.

Very central. Clean and well furnished. Property managers onsite who accommodated our early arrival.

We requested aircon but were told it’s too early in the year (25+ outdoors)! Difficult to find with Google Maps.
