A special thanks for the host/manager/owner for her help and dedication. We really appreciated the interaction we had and the help we were offered.

Centrally located, clean, friendly staff.
Room safe didn’t work.

Excellent staff and great location

I liked everything about it. The host, Anna, was amazing in guiding and welcoming us, she even booked a table for us at a local restaurant with amazing food. The room was newly renovated, very clean, very chic and pretty, the location very central, close to the main attractions. Everything was amazing!

Location was good for getting around, Anna and the staff were excellent lots of really good tips about places to visit ,walks in the city and travel to cinque terre.
The stairs (our own fault for picking the 4th floor)

So charming! Very good location, close to everything, just down the road from the train station. The lady who runs the hotel is so lovely and helpful. Gave a lot of really good suggestions.
No elevator. Not surprising though. The woman (I didn’t get her name) suggested that we keep our suitcases stored downstairs and only take up a few bits and pieces which worked out really well.

The location provides easy access within walking distance for the main railway station and for the most historic buildings. Also Genoa has several funiculars and ascensories which are all close by. The lady in charge of the hotel could not have been more helpful, and spoke excellent English and French.
No breakfast room was offered, but within 100 metres there was a University Students coffee and and sandwich bar with delicious croissants and pastries at very reasonable prices.

The location was very good; right in the middle of the historical centre. Plus Anna was excellent, she gave us a lot of advice and booked restaurants for us. We would stay here again.

A great option for a short stop and exploring the city. The station is 10 minutes on foot, the hotel itself is 50 meters from the road, so it is very comfortable to sleep. Cozy and clean room, excellent housekeeping, towels changed every day. The wonderful hostess Anna, a caring and sincere woman, helped us a lot in all matters, we are very grateful to her.
Nothing.

Very good location, although central, still not noisy. Having parking is certainly a big plus. Room are clean and reasonably spacious.

This is a great little hotel for a short stay in Genoa (I stayed 3 nights). It is only five minutes walk from the main station, Piazza Principe and just minutes from the old town. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and gave my wife and I some fantastic recommendations for places to eat. The room was a good size for the two of us with tea/coffee facilities in the room and a brand new bathroom. We couldn't want more for a short stay. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, super-friendly staff, very clean and quiet. This is a family-based hotel located in the heart of Genova's historical centre, close to the main train station (Piazza Principe) and the city's main bus lines. I am not sure why it is rated 2-stars only, perhaps because they do not offer breakfast/meals. However, this worked perfectly for me as I love a good Italian breakfast and the area is full of cozy bars where to eat.
Nothing.

lovely little place, tucked away on a side street. within easy reach of the marina and shops etc. lady owner was very kind, directed us to places to see on the map, and even arranged a taxi to airport for us. recommended.

I was suprised that the hotel has 2* and yet it was really comfy, the room I got was probably recently rennovated and the staff was extremely heplful with some tips where to go.
What I did not like here was the need to ring a bell when coming back to the hotel later at night, so you basically needed to bother someone there every time you wanted to go in or out of the hotel, some automated key card reader for opening the gate and the door to the hotel would solve this issue.
4.4
Very central location and easy to find.
The couple we met, who I believe own the hotel were very friendly and attentive when trying to recommend things to do or places to eat.
