On the whole we enjoyed our stay very much

The central location and the surouding area was very pleasant

It was a little noisy outside in the late night with teenagers who gathered at the rear of the building near a late night booze shop

Comfortable accommodation in Central location slightly spoiled by building works.

Good central location

Promised fans to assist with lack of air conditioning. Parking pass for multi storey car park did not work. Building works were ongoing, should have been finished.

Location and would have been great if visiting when works had finished.

Unable to use bath plug mechanism not working so shower only and TV in main bedroom not connected to aerial. Quite hot unable to open windows use balcony but managed to get fan from Quay Holidays. Otherwise great apartment.

The apartment was very clean, spacious & having towels included was a massive help. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stat

The bathroom floor tiles had lost most of the grout so a couple were loose. One of the window safety catches was broken & the patio door was damaged and difficult to close properly.

Pleasant

Nice layout, nice decoration, and in a good location handy to walk to the Quay and shops. It had very comfortable beds and it was great to have a free parking space. When we needed assistance Quay Holidays we’re quick to help. Unfortunately it needed a fair bit of attention to be worthy of its high reviews.

1. Damp, smelly bathroom 2. Silver fishes in bathroom 3. Apartment was dirty on arrival but Quay did send a cleaner immediately 4. Damp drainage smell permeated into the main bedroom wardrobe 5. The grouting was almost non existent in the bathroom floor tiles so they wobbled about and I think were dangerous to walk on. 6. The bedrooms were small and got very warm at night if you shut the doors. Could benefit from air conditioning. 7. Washing machine drum banged so loud we thought it was going to explode 8. We found empty vodka bottles under the bed. 9. I moved the net curtains in the bedroom and the curtain pole fell apart. 10. Shower was a dribble, and the bath plug Turner had come away from the bath so we couldn’t get the plug out. 11. Balcony was dirty and the patio doors didn’t close properly. 12. The toilet was hard to flush.. you had to keep pumping the button down to get any kind of flush, and then it wasn’t very good.

Beautifully renovated flat , very well equipped kitchen, very comfy and perfect location.

The location was perfect. Had elderly parents stay with us and could access High Street and Quayside in a short stroll.

Access to a gym on or near facility would have been nice but not essential as lovely walks. A guide to TV channels available would also be nice.

Loved Poole and Sandbanks

Lovely well equipped apartment. Very modern & clean. Within walking distance of bars & restaurants and Sainsburys Local on the doorstep. A ten minute walk to the Dolphin shopping centre. And bus garage. Parking in the multi storey just around the corner which is free for your duration.

Only quibble was the view from the lounge not very pretty. The ugly blocks of high rise flats. And very noisy with traffic if the doors are open. Also could do with a long mirror in the apartment.

Great home!!

Home had a lovely decor - felt right at home Kitchen was fully kitted out Balcony - however view of building Sugar, Coffee and tea bags provided Home was very clean. Free parking Very comfortable bed and pillows Sainsbury's right around the corner. Shops and mall close by

Kitchen tap head needs replacing No food seasoning - salt and pepper needed Windows were not double glazed- a lot of noise coming in from outside which made it difficult to relax and sleep - specially on the weekend. Felt like the windows were open even though they were all shut Only one bottle of shower gel, lotion and shampoo was provided for three people. During the day if the doors were left open - there was a lot transport noise I felt it was a bit misleading as it was mentioned that there was a view and pictures made out as there was a sea view. However there was only buildings and buses to view from the balcony. This was the biggest let down as I would have not booked if I knew there was no sea view.
