Location was excellent, close to harbour and amongst all the eateries. Free parking at multi-storey next door provided. Poole itself highly recommended
Overly pricey for what it is. Stayed in luxury hotels in Exmouth and Weymouth either side of visit and they were cheaper. Interior clean but dated; has been kept painted but styling reminiscent of an 80s batchelor pad. Laminate floor in lounge could’ve done with a few plush rugs to warm it up. Block covered in tarpaulins due to cladding removal/replacement work, and rock wool or similar insulating material had blown all over the balcony. Oh... and there was an Anti-Social Behaviour Closure Order posted on the windows of the ground floor communal entrance lobby applicable to a flat on the second floor! Didn’t affect us to be fair, though.

Great location 2 minutes from the quay at the bottom of the high street, right next to a Sainsbury’s Local.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a huge balcony with 6 chairs. The beds were super comfy and the two showers were powerful. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness.
We thought the room rate was a little expensive for late September, and there were only two of us.

The property was central to town the harbour and all the restaurants. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. we had a two car garage which we managed to fit in two large vehicles. The balcony was great for sitting out to have breakfast or a late evening drink.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from The Quay. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Good sized balcony. Communal areas always keep clear and clean. Clean and secure garage parking.
More attention to cleaning would be an improvement. Generally very good but on closer inspection there was a build up of limescale “tide marks” around bath and some black mould in shower bottom.

Appartment was really beautifully decorated, really modern. Fab views! Bedding, towels all great. Lots of facilities; like airer, iron, etc and beach towels were a bonus. Tv with dvds & games. Loved the balcony and chairs, they made such a difference to the holiday. I had my breakfast on it every morning. Location perfect.
Appartment was fab , just needed some maintenance checks. The toilet roll handle in the main bathroom fell off on the first use. The bin in main bathroom is broken. Lightbulbs went in the hall and the lounge blue lamp. Plus there was a blood stain on the under sheet of the double bed - didn't mention to staff as my mum didnt want to say, as overall it was a clean and fantastic appartment .
7.0
Size, comfort, cleanliness, location, the double garage, the balcony/view, the bathrooms, the utilities/utensils available, the office staff.
There were a number of things that were poorly maintained; the cupboard/dishwasher hinges need adjusted so the doors don’t swing open/can close properly; there’s a dangerous screw sticking out the floor by the kitchen bin; the loo roll holder falls off the wall in the main bathroom; the door handle on the door leading to the balcony from the lounge area is loose. These are all things that could be fixed / adjusted really easily I think, and then this property would be spot-on. I will just stress that this is nothing to do with cleanliness - the apartment was immaculate when we arrived.

Great apartment and excellent location
Some of the weather but that's no ones fault

Good location within easy walking distance of restaurants and pubs on the quayside.
Large Sainsbury's local downstairs in the block, as was the management company where we picked up the keys - very friendly and obliging.
Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and plenty of glasses, crockery and kitchen equipment.
Fantastic large balcony, doors from living area and master bedroom (ensuite) and very comfortable beds.
Really appreciated secure onsite double garage with space for 2 cars.
Vibration ran across the floorboards in the apartment - if walking around in one room, it transmitted into other rooms e.g. from 1 bedroom into the other.
I cannot understand why we had to pay a £6 per person NON-REFUNDABLE 'breakage-fee' on top of the total price paid.
This should be mentioned at time of booking rather than after we booked. It should be either included in the original cost or refunded if no breakages occur. This is not exactly budget priced accommodation!

Apartment very clean and spacious. Great location- close to shops, bars, restaurants and a short drive to beaches and Purbeck peninsula. Nice touch of welcome basket and good selection of kitchen utensils and basic supplies. Nice having secure garage parking. Large balcony was great. Everywhere - including communal areas- very clean.
Was a little surprised that there wasn't a "smart" tv or access to providers such as Netflix, iplayer, sky etc. Only a small and slightly odd selection of dvds. Manuals for microwave etc would have been handy. Toaster was temperamental and tripped the electricity 2 or 3 times. Overall though nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of the accommodation and if we'd stayed longer would have raised the last 2 issues with the friendly staff. Would stay here again

The property is beautiful with everything you could possibly need.
Lovely bottle of wine in fridge on arrival and a nice welcome pack we were very impressed with the quality of everything
If I was being very picky a few tiny niggles
Flashing bulb in bathroom loose towel rail but nothing at all major
