Lovely location and hotel, shame about staff
It was a lovely location- nice beach and hot tub, sauna and steam room. Free on site car park. Good choice of breakfast. Rooms easy to find.
The staff- the receptionist said would set us a table for four for 9am (the time we asked for) but went for breakfast and no table ready for us, were told ‘to sit anywhere’. In the morning I was getting dressed to leave my room and the maid/cleaner just walked in our room without knocking! Pretty rude, and had an attitude. We hadn’t handed our keys in so they should have known we were still in room! Plus no apology, like it was our fault! We also never had a hand soap in our bathroom but our other friends room had one, even though our room took much longer to be ready! Also when phoned the hotel they said room would be ready for 2pm but wasn’t until 3pm. Should just not say this if not going to do.

We enjoyed ourselves
Breakfast was great. We would go back, but book direct with hotel. Then we could choose our room.
Partial sea view was a joke !

Great location , good hotel, disappointed in the uncomfortable bed and poor shower
Bed was extremely uncomfortable… both my wife and I had awful lower back pain each morning. The shower was also very poor, temperature level was hard to adjust from very hot. And water pressure to weak to have a proper shower. Other minor point, trainee bar men, was incredibly slow. Appreciate was learning, but should have had someone assisting him at all times .

We will return and hope that the menu emulates their sister hotel more.
Brilliant location, wonderful heated outdoor pool. Inside pool out of action during our visit. Good gym facilities. Room was smallish but functioned perfectly well. Very good breakfast. Hotel is a little 'plain' and could do with a little touch here and there of something pretty, if that makes sense.
Not many people stay to the evening meal which reduces the atmosphere. You are offered three menus, a special, a lite bite one and and on a Sunday - a Sunday menu. So you could be eating a wrap at £12 say next to somebody ordering lobster at £78. Wine is reasonable at £26 but then jumps up - who would order expensive bottles whilst the table next to you is eating snacks I don't know. The sister hotel has a much better menu in my opinion. On the first evening the special menu was not appealing to me. On the second evening (Sunday) the Sunday lunch type meal was lovely. I just think they need to think about this - as it is a confused offering.

Comfortable stay in a great location.
The location was excellent. The room was comfortable with great sea views.
The Balcony was tired and in need of refurbishment. The toilet was smelly and very slow filling and probably needs replacing. The breakfast was good, but the evening meal was adequate.

An enjoyable 3 night break in a great hotel but overpriced.
Great location, good parking, excellent breakfast, great views across the bay
Water pressure too low (shower) Very expensive for the type of room which was VERY compact and had to pay £15 extra p/night for room with sea view - Restaurant and bar prices too high so we opted to drive our to alternative and less expensive locations
