Fantastic few, great location. Very spacious house. Very clean, fantastic owner, couldn't fault it.
No WiFi

The location: the apartment is situated less than 4km from Ardara, a lively village with stores and pubs. Also the beautiful Assaranca waterfall and Maghera beach are a short drive away. The host: we had good communication with Annie and she met us on arrival. The bed: it was very comfortable.
While the property is solidly constructed it could be better maintained. For example, there are burn marks on the kitchen cupboards, some plaster is missing the bunk bedroom and the TV is rather dated (although functional). There is a rather eclectic collection of utensils and we missed a small cutting knife. We knew in advance that there would be no wifi, but for the price it really should be available.

Large house with a beautiful view, very clean and cozy, great location, very nice hosts, thank you Annie and Dinny.

Lovely little property with stunning views.

The hosts were very responsive through the Bookings.com app. They are very friendly and attended immediately to our questions.
We enjoyed our stay so much, We don't have any complaints. We didn't get super cell phone reception at the location (which, can also be seen as a good thing be be disconnected). I had to take a couple business calls and download a document, which was a challenge. If Internet is available, that would be a nice add for some guests. Otherwise, perfect place to bring a book and enjoy!

Views were fantastic. House was clean and spacious.
Couldn't walk to the beach. Decking needs replacing as child fell through it.

Great location. Few minutes drive from Ardara town, as we were there for Cup an tae festival in the town. House was perfect for us, 2 adults 2 kids. Nice little touches in kids room such as toys/games.
No negatives. Would only suggest maybe an upgrade of the tv? Very old model that made an annoying background noise.

The view from the accomodation was out of the world and an amazing start to the day. The apartment was compact and had everything we needed for our stay. A short drive from. Assaranca waterfall, relatively quiet location with a few neighbours. Beds were super comfy.
That we didn't stay longer!

Great around.

it was very tidy and clean, well looked after.
Double bed was very hard.
Could do with a few sharp knives in the kitchen, there was nothing to cut bread, cheese, meat etc considering there was a cooker and oven.
Apart from that, place is top notch!!

There was good communication with host and easy arrange our arrival. Owner meet us at house. There was tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge.

Spotless clean. Its about 5min drive from Ardara. Great scenery and lovely people.

There was not much to like about this property.
except the how clean it was.
1) It was out of the way and a 20 min drive to nearest town.
2). The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
3). the bedrooms faced on to cars parked parked from the next door .
4). There were no views at all, I mean - back had view of brick wall and front had views of parked cars.
It did have a distant view of a sea inlet which was mostly with the tied out, However, it was a view of some sort.
5). the layout of the property was clearly not thought about.
i.e. the lounge approx 9mts Sq had a 2 person settee, table with 4 chairs, TV and fridge ( should have be turned around to have access from the kitchen area.
No Garden, only Pebble/ stones area with make shift tables of Cable Reels and no seating.
Next door area had a perfect Garden area to eat out.
Finally, This property is missed described on booking .com.
The photo view that you see on booking.com is of next door. (Misleading).
It forms part of a larger unit, with connecting door to next door.
Next door clearly has all as described and more, with proper front door and garden.
Would definetly not recommend and would not stay again.

Lovely place to stay

Facilties, hosts went over and above and checked in half way through to ensure we were happy. Location was ideal for us. Easy for parking and big garden. Even had toys for the wee one.
Bed was a little hard but this was the only slight negative. The positves far outweighed this issue.

Annie was very responsive to my questions.
No Wi-Fi. Noise from people staying in connected house to our apartment.

Could have done with a anti slip mat in the shower

The wee house it’s at the great place . But … the view outside it makes really special. We didn’t expected to see the beautiful view…
We enjoyed our morning coffee outside and we stayed outside in the evenings. We stayed 2 nights and went to the beach every day . Very good location. You can find everything you need in the house .
The lady was very friendly and told us the best places to visit. We would like to come back ♥️
The only thing was TV , not smart… But it is really a problem? I don’t think so lol
We wanted to see the nice beaches and relax .., and we had it ♥️

Fantastic views with great facilities for a couple of friends or family to make use of.

Perfect location for touring Donegal. Large living areas and very well kept. There were 6 of us and more than a Pugh room
Seating outside would have made this that bit better. Bit of a waste of fabulous views across the bay.

The location was very conveniently located for the work I was doing. Great to have the cottage to myself in these Covid times. Comfortable surroundings. Centrally heated & lots of hot water! Well appointed. Towels provided, even a pint of milk in the fridge!
Can't think of anything that I didn't like. The owner was there to meet me on arrival to hand over the keys which was great. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for either business or pleasure stays.

The property was well appointed with coffee, tea, sugar, fresh milk, tin foil etc provided to enable a very comfortable stay. Plenty of towels were provided and the bed was super comfy. The property owner met me at the property to hand over the keys and explain what was provided and explain things such as how to operate the heating system. There's a lovely view out of the front windows which overlooks one of the many loughs in the area. There are 2 apartments side-by-side. I stayed in the smaller of the 2 which has a double bedroom and a single bedroom which has a bunk bed.
The operation of the TV via a set top box was a bit onerous when changing channels, but I was still able to operate it. Would be better if a TV that had Freesat was installed to remove the complication. Other that that the stay was excellent.
