De ligging was prima, we konden onze auto kwijt in een parkeer garage op 10 minuten lopen was prima.
De geur, het rook er erg muf.
Uiteindelijk bij de nachtportier een geurbrandertje gehaald, dat was te doen.

Authentic. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful.
No complains
3.5
Good location, big enough room, comfortable bed.
The reception didn't look out for keeping the silence after 22pm and it was difficult to fall sleep.
1.0
The location is the only redeeming quality
The air quality was awful and the room was humid, people with respiratory problems should never go to this hotel, there was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom even though it was expensive compared to other hotels in the area
3.5
Location was great, staff were super friendly! Although the riad is a little dated, it sort of adds to the charm in a way. The road was clean and the room and bedsheets were all freshly done. The bed was comfortable and a good size
The rooms are quite damp, even clothes we didn't take out of the backpack were damp. I'm not sure what the owners could do about this to be honest, there was already a really strong extractor fan in the bathroom
A little noisy at times but it didn't bother us too much

Beautiful entrance hall. Perfect location. our room was quite spacious.
The bathroom smells badly. The coffee is not good.

Super friendly staff and amazing location.

nice interior decor. Made it feel somewhat homely. Has a nice terrace which you can hang clothes to dry or relax on the lounge chairs.
the shower pressure was too low.

Lovely, freshly painted riad. Easy to find just off the main walkway in the medina. Very easy Mecina to get around. Everything is close and an easy walk to the beach.
Nothing, will use again.
3.5
The internet connection was very poor and the room was very cold.

breakfast good value. Location ideal for old town
room was a bit cold, until the weather warmed up.

Location is good.
Value for money is rather poor. I stayed in lots of better places for this kind of money in Morocco. I just stayed longer because location is good, rest is so so. It is cold and the owners speak disrespectfully with anybody who doesn't give them a good rating.
3.0
Good location and you can dry your washing on the rooftop terrace. Car rental worked fine.
There is no heating and when you ask for extra blankets you don't get them. It is very cold. The owners themselves of course have heating in their own room in the house.
Breakfast is very basic and not included in the price. There are a lot of better and cheaper places around the corner.
I told them I wanted breakfast at 8 to be able to catch a bus and they insisted it should be at 8.15 so I had to rush.
3.5
Owners were very nice and hospitable.
Very cold at night. No heaters to warm the room. Maintence was very poor. The shower drainage system was clogging up. No constant flow of warm water. Shower water switched from hot to cold.

not so cozy

It was our first riad in Morocco and after staying at other places we came back to stay here again before the flight. Really comfortable bed and very clean everywhere, including bathroom. Good size of the room and bathroom, sockets on each bedside and more. It's not too cold in the room and not too dark, as in some other ridas. Very quiet, nobody disturbs. Great location and short access to everything. Sunny terrace on the roof. Helpful and friendly stuff. Amin adviced us a good restaurant for the New Year's night and himself brought us to the airport at fair price. Overall very happy with this accommodation.
Bathroom door is not closing properly and loud ventilation there. Didn't bring us much inconvenience, it's just a typical thing for Moroccan hotels.

Highly recommended!! Very clean, bright, and comfortable room, excellent wifi, good breakfast, well thought out, in the best location. Great experience and a very good price point too.

The accomodation, location en friendlyness of meriame and yasine
The attitude of owner Didier, he looked very rushed and had no attention for us. He didnt gave us the impression dat we pay him for his house and service, that didnt feel good at all. He spoke French en laughed with other cliënt. With us hè didn't speak a word unless the necessary words.
I think that also Meriam had to little attention, they look both to busy with other things
