A fantastic stay at Zeus Gardens, clean, well equipped and nothing was too much trouble for Heather. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would definitely return. A great holiday in the sun thank you.

This apartment in Paphos was (almost!) perfect for our needs. There was myself, my husband and two teenagers and the apartment was spacious and equipped with everything we needed and a little bit more. The communication with the owner was fabulous at all times and when we did have a minor problem with the wifi, it was rectified later that same day. The only reason I say that it was 'almost' perfect was the distance from the centre of Paphos and the beach. It really wasn't very far - about a 15 - 20 minute walk but in the heat we experienced (it's been hot everywhere this year!), it felt a lot longer. But, there is a bus from very near the apartment to the Harbour every half hour and from there you can get to the market, Tomb of the Kings, Coral Bay, the Waterpark for 1.5 euros per person per journey. The apartment is a stones' throw from a convenient shop selling essentials. We would happily return but maybe at a cooler time of year. Thank you Heather for a wonderful holiday and being a fabulous host.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. In a great location for a 10 minute walk to the water and bars/restaurants. Complex has a nice pool. Only downside for us was lack of aircon or fans in the downstairs living space.

everything on our doorstep, great communication with owner, in fact lots of extra information that was very helpful. everything in villa we needed and more. cleaning could have been a little better. I found an empty cigarette packet in on e of the cupboards in the lounge area and dropped something behind the drawers in the double bedroom and found some litter behind them when I pulled them out.

After two years of cancelling due to c19 we were delighted to finally fly out May 2022 and we had a fabulous time, the apartment had everything we needed, location to Paphos harbour was great, great location for beaches, but routes and restaurants all walking distance, Heather was a brilliant host was always very quick with communications. We will definitely return

The villa is an easy walk into Paphos so close to restaurants, cafes and activity. It's a quiet and clean complex, with friendly and helpful occupants - some residents and others permanent. The Farm store is a two minute walk and has a great range of products.

A nice two bedroom villa only a five minute walk to the harbour and all the restaurants. It has a well stocked supermarket and restaurant/take away just around the corner. It has a nice pool outside although we didn't use it as it was a little early in the season for us.

It was shallow in one end a deep in one end. Nice terrace (the apartment is the one to the left in the front picture of the house with four apartments) for breakfast and other meals. A very good restaurant nearby as well as a supermarket with everything we needed on a daily basis. Many nice restaurants about 20 minutes walk away (if you walk with kids) and about the same distance to a sand bottom beach with sunbeds. Excellent host who gave us all the information we needed and everything worked out great! Good value for money. I would recommend it!

Had an amazing week staying at Zeus Gardens. The apartment was over and above expectations. Really clean and caters for every need to make the holiday run seamlessly. Having a washing machine really helped and even a cool bag and ice blocks for days out. There are games, books and cards available too. Beds comfy and good shower. Air conditioning available which was a godsend as even at the end of May temperatures at night were balmy. Handy that Cyprus also has UK plugs so no need for Euro adapters. Used Fitos to pick us up and make return trip from airport. Takes the hassle out of transfers. The apartment is ideally located and is in a nice peaceful part of Paphos. The apartment has comfy sun beds with plenty of towels and the pool is perfect to cool off and was really clean and a pleasure to have on the doorstep. The apartment is one of only 18 on the complex and when we did have a quiet day by the pool we had it mostly to ourselves. We saw a couple of residents but mostly just in the evenings and were really friendly. There is a great supermarket round the corner and excellent restaurant just beyond the supermarket. The port is just a 20-30 min stroll depending on how quick you walk. Alternatively there is a bus stop round the corner which drops off at the port also. We hired a car from the company recommended by Heather and it was delivered to the door next day and collected after use. They were very reasonably priced and flexible if we wanted to extend the hire. Getting about is easy with driving on the left and we made the most of having some great sightseeing trips. Most impressive was Kurion amphitheater and the Tomb of the Kings as well as the Jeep and deep tour. With the car we were able to get to lovely secluded beaches with a taverna away from the touristy areas. Avidmou was a favourite between Paphos and Limassol. I would definitely recommend Zeus for a great holiday and will definitely make a return trip. The only warning I’d make about Cyprus is the portion sizes of the meals out!! Food amazing and hazardous to the waistline. No negatives about this apartment at all and all communication with Heather with regards to the booking and information about the apartment beforehand was excellent and any queries answered straight away. Lovely lovely.

The property was very clean and in a fabulous location. The property has everything to meet your needs. We went with our 2 boys who loved the swimming pool. It's 10 minutes walk to the Beach and 15 to the harbour with all its restaurants and bars. Thoroughly recommend this property

Very clean comfortable Villa, fully equipped kitchen if not like us you cook when your away. Good sized refreshing pool just steps from the sliding patio doors. Good location just a 5-10 minute stroll to the local restaurants. Very handy supermarket just a 2 minute walk away and if you don't want to walk far for breakfast, lunch or dinner you have pambis restaurant just around the corner. would highly recommend this villa for amenities, location and comfort, be sure to upgrade for the AC in the hot months, we were there late May and it was getting very hot towards the end of our stay.

The information booklet regarding the property and including ''Things to do' in and around the area was very useful. Transfers to and from the airport Heather arranged for us. Our Taxi driver named Fytos was very welcoming on our arrival he was such a lovely man and fantastic with the kids, he entertained them straight away. On route to the Villa he gave us some information around the area and pointed out routes to the beach and shops. Fytos gave us good advise not to do 2 days at the local water park as it was very expensive whilst in the park and we would be able to do everything within the park in one day. On the arrival to the Villa he made sure we were able to gain entry to the villa first before leaving us. On returning back to the airport to go home, Fytos personally came to see us and provided us with a gift, (such a beautiful touch) whilst he colleague Andrea's (Also very nice) took us back to the airport. The Villa - Very clean, well equipped. For extra payment we had the TV and wi-fi, this was great for our kids, when needing some rest time out of the sun, worth having. We also had the air con, again for extra payment, certainly much needed. The air con is only in the bedrooms. Downstairs the ceiling fans were fine and you don't really need air con. There are 19 villa's on the complex. Only half were roughly occupied while we where there with a few perminate residents. A very lovely little complex. The pool was great, the kids loved the fact they could have a swim at night. Ice cream van 'Rambo' come along every day, our kids loved them. With the help from Heather she recommend a car hire company - Nestor a family run business. We hired a car for 2 days. 1st day a drive to the Aphrodites Rock (20mins) and a stop at Rikkos beach on our way back. We found Rikkos to be much better that SODAP which was closer to the villa. The 2nd day Lara Beach (Turtle beach, 50mins drive) the roads leading to Lara Beach were very stoney/rocky, we made it through in a Honda Jazz. Lara beach is amazing with crystal clear water. On the way back we stopped at the Tombs of Kings which was very good. I would recommend you visit this one later in the day due to the heat. Eating out locally Pambis restaurant around the corner- we all loved this place, fantastic staff, food and reasonably price. By the harbour is plenty of choice also. Demokritos tavern has dancing every night. Also highly recommend the Wave dancer boat trip, a British run company.

We used the buses and taxis and went to the Aphrodite Water Park and Municipal market. The shop on the complex is open almost 24 hours a day and has most things at reasonable prices. Everyone in Cyprus is really friendly. The service and communication from the owner was excellent and we would not hesitate to go back!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. La résidence est très calme, à l'écart du centre ville mais toute proche quand même. Le logement est impeccable, grand, lumineux, fonctionnel, très propre, très bien équipé. Le voisinage est charmant (ce sont principalement des Britanniques, discrets, serviables, gentils). Nous étions les seuls français dans cette résidence d'une quinzaine de logements, qui encadrent la piscine. Notre séjour s'est déroulé du 4 au 11 septembre 2010. Donc "hors période" et hors canicule. Pourtant il faisait très chaud à Paphos. A noter, ne pas oublier (comme moi) de demander les télécommandes de la climatisation à la réservation du logement.Mais tout a été réglé dans les 48 H : merci à la propriétaire qui était en Angleterre, à sa "correspondante" à Paphos et à ....internet. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de Chypre et de la résidence Zeus Gardens.

"The apartment was well kept, the kitchen well equipped. We found the apartment a bit dusty on arrival, but this was probably due to the dry and windy Cyprus climate. Air-conditioning was available on demand for an extra £5/day, we didn''t rent it, and actually at the end of August the ventilators were enough to stay cool in the night. The place is nice and new, there is a minimarket at some 300 m from the house, and a larger supermarket at maybe 1 Km. Harbour and beach can be reached on foot, but it would take not less than 15-20 minutes along a busy, and suburnt during the day, road. The archaeological area is at one end of the sea-front. A rented car is highly recommended to move around in Paphos and surroundings, and of course to visit the beautiful western part of Cyprus."
