I offer a beautiful studio condominium right on the Fayetteville Square! Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

My mother and I went to Fayetteville for a little girl's trip and stayed in this awesome studio. The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was perfectly suited for our needs! It felt safe because there is a keypad lock on the building door as well as the entry to the apartment. Elliot was an excellent host and great with communication and answering any questions we had.

It was the perfect location. It was close to everything and the farmers market was so fun and nostalgic. There are restaurants right down the block from our stay. It was perfect. Elliott was quick to respond and awesome!

Right off the square so we were able to walk to the farmers market easily, which was a bonus since that was unplanned! Elliott was very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

I only want to stay at the Artists Studio from now on! It is a lovely studio apartment in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and theatre are all in walking distance. Loved it!!!

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Artist's Studio in Fayetteville. If you want to be close to the square, this is the place to stay. The owner was friendly and their communications were excellent.

Property is 5 min walk to Dickson Street but far enough away from bar scene to be the perfect place to wake up, take a walk and have a coffee in the Town Square. Farmers Market in the Fayette Square on Saturday Mornings and a 15 min walk to campus. Loft On the Square is a perfect place for a couple to visit Fayetteville for all occasions

The apartment was comfortable and close to several restaurants on the square. There is no elevator so you must take the stairs up one level. A parking garage with assigned parking space is a short walk or metered parking on the street.

My wife and I spent the 4th of July week in Fayetteville. The location of this rental is great for visiting downtown Fayetteville, just half a block from the town square and a short walk or bike ride to Dickson Street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and parking in the garage was easy and close by. We took our bikes and rode the Razorback Greenway multiple times. The bike trails in the area are great! Elliot was extremely responsive to any question we had. A fun week for us!

My husband and I were visiting our son at UArk for his birthday weekend and this location was perfect for us as it was convenient to several restaurants (one even directly beneath us) and Dickson Street. We loved the urban vibe of this loft. Everything we wanted to do was walkable or a short drive. The reserved parking spot in the parking garage was very close. We'd definitely recommend this gem and we have already booked another trip with this host.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was so convenient to everything--the square, Dickson, and campus. It was much larger than we thought it would be. We loved being right above Vetro! The only drawback was the smell of the linens. They were clean, but had a slight musty smell. It could have been from the humidity of the unit. Other than that we loved our stay!

This property far exceeded our expectations. Perfect location downtown surrounded by beautiful tree line streets and a fantastic array of restaurants and great shopping. We took an evening stroll at 10:00 pm and felt safe and welcomed by all we saw. Coffee in the morning at The Puritan was great and the best pizza I have eaten right under our B&B at The Best Damn Pizza Shop ( that the name). I give this property my highest rating!!!

It was a great location to do a college visit. The town was very quiet. A lot of places were closed on Sunday and some restaurants were closed on Monday too. It was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable bed and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom.

This stay was just what we were hoping for - the brick walls created a modern/urban loft feel - the bed was comfy - the location was fantastic - just beside the square where the farmer's market is and our favorite Thai restaurant just two doors down. Parking is easy in the back.
