Art filled luxury studio with killer views! Penthouse floor of the tallest building on Dickson Street. Walking distance to shops, Walton Art Center, UofA, nightlife, the square, restaurants and bars. High Speed Wifi, Cable TV, secure building, tempurpedic memory foam queen bed. Full kitchen with cookware, Keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee and tea, washer and dryer. Listing includes one parking place right behind condo. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

When you walk into the unit, the first thing you will notice is the floor to ceiling windows along the entire east wall. From the room or the balcony, you get a bird's eye view of Dickson Street, Mount Sequoyah and the Boston Mountains. The condo is filled with paintings, prints, and sculpture from local and national artists. There is also antique barware to create the perfect cocktail party. Relax and enjoy cable TV or catch up on work with high speed internet.

Right outside the door are bars, restaurants, live theater, shopping and the trail system which offers over 35 miles for walking, hiking and bike riding. The trail runs all the way to the Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville, AR. There are numerous streams, rivers, and lakes in the area that offer many recreational opportunities and great fishing. The University of Arkansas offers many educational and entertainment activities as well as a full line up of college sports.

Condo was beautiful, easy to access, and in the most perfect location for a Family Weekend visit! Right in the heart of Dickson action and walkable to campus. You can hear the students and families having fun below but the recommendation of ear plugs was helpful… hard not to be in the heart of it all and not hear it:).

Everything you need and then some! Great view of Dickson St from the balcony. Very secure. Donna, owner, was very responsive when we had issue with someone parked in our reserved parking spot. Thank you for sharing your amazing property. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Beautiful condo in the heart of the restaurant/bar/entertainment district of Fayetteville. Every possible thing you might need, it has! Great communication, clean, safe...super easy! We parked on Friday and didn't need our car until we left on Sunday. You can walk EVERYWHERE! It was a perfect weekend on the Hill! Highly recommend this property!

Pictures do not do this property justice! It's even better in person! Super clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated this condo is amazing. I simply cannot say enough. There was some confusion at our arrival but we contacted the owner who stayed on the phone with us to find the parking spot, get the keys, and all the way to the front door of the ninth floor! She was so incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in March and went hiking at Devil's Den. Many bars and restaurants to enjoy within walking distance of the condo. My only suggestion for improvement is to add hooks for coats and towels.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here for Sigma Chi Mom’s weekend! The penthouse studio has wonderful views, is decorated beautifully, and was the perfect size for the two of us! Donna was great to get in touch with information and tips prior to our arrival and provided a cell phone number in the event we needed anything during our stay. I loved the location right on Dickson with easy access to restaurants, bars and, of course, the Sigma Chi house! Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again and again!

I just adore a penthouse view

I just adore a penthouse view

Great location for food, fun and so close to campus. This studio "penthouse" is so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need including a secure parking space and one of the best views of Dickson street. The train does serve as an early morning alarm clock on most days and the blinds could be a bit thicker if you want to sleep in but it forced us to get up and get going! The management was wonderful--Donna was so helpful with every request. We will definitely be back!

Had a great stay. Love the location on Dickson. Make sure you you bring a sleep mask because it’s very bright and the blinds don’t block out the light. Otherwise great!

Exactly what we were looking for for a weekend in Faytown! Enjoyed the decor and the views. Easy checkin/checkout, with good communication with host. From the moment you step into this property you are surrounded by luxury. The art, the furniture (especially the bed), and everything about this property is top notch. When the sun goes down and the street lights come on you can see everything and it is a phenomenal view! The location is close to everything night life wise and having this location for New Year’s Eve made everything that much better. It was clean and check in was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again.

This property is a gem. It is right on Dickson Street and the view is fantastic. The condo is beautifully furnished with every need addressed in the kitchen, bath and living area. The bed is comfortable with nice linens. There is a parking place that comes with the property off street and the building itself is very secure. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a Keurig for for your coffee. The art is lovely and the condo is very tastefully furnished. The property itself is quiet and we didn't hear any noise coming from adjacent condos. The general noise of the neighborhood is somewhat robust, but we didn't find it so distracting we had difficulty sleeping or conversing. The property owner is delightful and very helpful. Your stay in this property will be totally enjoyable with restaurants, music and of course HOGS close by.

Fabulous "Stay-Cation"!

It was just what we were looking for. The unit had wonderful touches, the decor was phenomenal, and the location couldn't have been better! We walked to see the Lights of the Ozarks, stopped at Cork & Keg for Happy Hour and walked back down Dixon for dinner. Then a fabulous Sunday brunch at Emelia's restaurant and quick trip home. Thanks Donna- it was wonderful!
