I like the cleanliness and the good smell of the room. Like the location, alot of restaurant nearby, and it's near the USCIS office where we had an interview and Oath Ceremony.

Friendly staff and great room and amenities
I have been trying to get a receipt emailed to me for the parking I added on day 2 of my stay. After multiple emails back and forward I still do not have the correct receipt, in fact I have now been ignored for over a week on my last email.

I loved the location. It seemed central to everywhere i needed to go. It was easy access to i25 and i70..No complaints.
Didn't get any room service to change out sheets and towels. I didn't ask because i thought it was automatic. Due to Covid there was no breakfast or food accommodations as expected.

The staff was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. I needed a late check out because my girls were up really late and they gave me an extra hour with no fuss. Thanks guys!

Only 2 sets of washing/drying machines. Dryers took forever to dry clothes.

clean, tidy and spacious room. Front desk staff were really engaged and helpful. I was a little sceptical as the photos looked computer generated but it was all above board.
The breakfast was also a treat, coffee, juices, yoghurt, a waffle machine and a few baked goods too.
A double edged sword, great location and easy to get onto the highway for a quick connection to the airport (30 mins) however, this did mean road noise (not a lot, but enough to disturb a light sleeper)

It was a newer hotel and good location for us.
I booked this room for senior citizen parents and booked mobility to get the grab bars, etc. Due to the fact I used a third party they told me I was not guaranteed to get the room I booked and after traveling in the car for 7 hours, it was very disappointing to not get the room we booked. The bed was falsely advertised as a King and you could see it clearly was a queen size. The front desk basically had no sympathy for us. They tried to make it feel like it was our fault for using a third party (Booking.com) to book our room and that we should know we are not guaranteed to get what we book when this happens. Plus, Booking told me they would refund me the difference to my account for the room we should have gotten and I’m still waiting 5 months later to see this appear in my account. I waited online for a Booking.com person for a long amount of time to get this credit to my account, so where is it?? It was $40 and I was told it would be on my app to apply to a future booking.

close to what we came for which was a wedding
well I had asked about dog locations and received nothing on arrival, and breakfast was told by us that it ends at 11 and the next morning it ended at 10 and the next morning ended at 9 so never got to eat breakfast which was disappointing and wished their was consistent time.

Very clean and rooms were well organized.
Bed was very uncomfortable and the morning staff didn't greet you or see if you needed anything unless you specifically got their attention. Then it felt like you were bothering them.

Trash was often staged near or in elevator foyers. Not what you want to see upon exiting an elevator.

Breakfast very good. It is a very nice nd friendly place. Awesome. There r ppl with their animals in the rooms but u will not be bothered nor will u notice them unless they walk past u. It is a clean place nd 100% no smoking in the building

Staff was great! Breakfast was good except the Waffles were turning out sort of burnt. Coffee was good. Gym was acceptable. Pool was nice. We were given a one day refund for the room smell.
Room 109 should NOT be rented out. The smell is imbedded in carpet. Floors were soaking wet when we arrived and the floor was sticky. The shower when used caused water to flow over onto bathroom floor cuz shower curtain is too short. Only one grill worked. Hotel should not allow dogs. They bark and stink. No pots or pans in room. Food left in fridge from previous users. No garbage cans in bathroom or bedroom . Guests in my room were getting sick due to the smell.
