The Denver Marriott Tech Center is a real winner. Check-in and parking are easy. The staff is professional and friendly. The restaurant is REALLY good. Everybody appears to enjoy working there. We have stayed there twice. This hotel is a go-to for us when traveling to Denver.
I wouldn't change a thing. No complaints. No problems.

We did not stay because the pool was closed. We can specifically for the pool which was open when I called on Friday 8/25 but closed when we arrived.
Who does pool maintenance over the weekend?

Hi! Overall it was good. The only off putting thing was lack of attention to detail in my room. The sliding door for the bathroom was scuffed, the caulking at the base of the shower was coming loose, in the sink under the lip at the front there was a buildup of a brown crowd, build up of crud in the corners of the shower door, tables were dusty on bottom tier, edge along the bed frame was dusty. All basically minor but should be attended to. I stayed at this property I think it was about 7 years ago. The remodel is nice but I loved the way the rooms were styled them and the green ice bucket. I appreciate the abstract art, the ceramic art installation is different. I like the beauty of some of it then some of it looks like lines of feces. I know that weird but it’s the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it. I also liked the edgy light piece with the hands. The food was good and the service personnel were great.
Thank you for the opportunity to give my input!

See above, I put it together.

Convenient location
Understaffed. Old and run down rooms. Pool facilities were in a very bad condition and unbelievably busy.
There was a huge line waiting to be seated for breakfast, although the restaurant was almost empty. Nothing was happening until I had to complain at the front desk and someone came to help. It was totally understaffed. The front desk also only had one person out front at a time.

Clean.
No handicap spaces near door. Had to walk a long way to room ( asked for something close as had recently had foot surgery). Parking was complicated.

The room was nice, the location was good.
Arrived early and asked if there was a room available yet. Was told they would do a rush on the room with housekeeping and would text as soon as it was ready, this was at 130pm. Waited until 3pm went up to the desk on my own and was immediately told a room just got ready and we could check in.
Guess when your room is ready text arrived so we could have the expedited early check in room....10:55pm. Glad we didn't wait on the text.

Clean room but too many hidden fees
Paying an arm and a leg is enough to begin with. Extra charges for Wi-Fi and parking was pathetic and just a money grab.

location
parking was not free, parking is terrible. Hard to park or find parking . it is tight. Most of the cards didn’t park in between the lines. Elevators were not clean.

Dear Marriott, thank you for this experience. I ended up extended my stay. From 4 days to 11 days totally. Everything was perfect! From concierge, to last of your stuff. I appreciated everything. The cordiality, the privacy, everything. I even become a Bonvoy member in the meantime.
I believe we are past COVID days. I would appreciate if the room service won’t be delivered in plastic containers. I miss the old days. We should get back to normal. Thank you.

Was frustrated that I had to pay for parking when there was ample space. There were no towels when I checked into the room late at night and the bed was so uncomfortable that I had neck pain the following day. I was also never sent a checkout receipt as I requested.

The room was clean, comfortable, and was right on for my exspetation of a Marriott Hotel.
My friend and I had breakfast the next morning after our night stay. We were very disappointed with the staff (waitress and manager in suit); table was not setup after we seated ourselves- no water, coffee was not offered for a refill, ignored by both staff members, was not pleasant, did not acknowledge us at the table. Wait time for anything was very long, and one instance had to go to the bar to stand and ask for water, after 30 minuets. The food was good, the two staff members had a problem serving minorities.
