Comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. Also, it's a great location. Would definitely visit again.

Not making guests pay for daily parking.

Breakfast was a decent selection and at a great time. The room was excellent, especially as we wanted the full kitchen suite!
A filtered water station would be welcome in the hallways.

Pull out was comfortable.
Bathroom inside the master suite difficult when sharing

It was nice to have two rooms and a small kitchen.
Everything was great. The only improvements are that the coffee downstairs was not very good at all. Somehow there is a problem with the venting system in the motel as when other rooms closed their doors-the room we were in, the door rattled and did so most of the night. We were not informed that there was a parking fee.

Sumanee at the front desk was great! The eggs were some of the best at a hotel that offers free breakfast.
Having to pay for parking. It was a regular parking lot and I didn’t understand why there was a cost for parking.
Also, the pillows desperately needed replaced they were lumpy and flat

The size of the room was nice for a single or couple. It was tidy and generally clean. Location is out of the way of the main city so the surrounding area is nice and quiet and not crowded. There are also some restaurants right outside the hotel which is convenient since there doesn't seem to be a whole lot else within short walking distance.
Walls were extremely thin and I could hear a lot from the hallway and the room next door. There was also a lot of noise from some kind of utility space that was next to my room. There were stains on the comforter, though it smelled clean. The room smelled very strongly of cleaner at first. The room felt colder than the thermostat read. I definitely recommend a car as there's not much nearby.

They must be short on staff because there was a wait for regular check in. Overall the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen amenities were good.
Waiting to check in. It was about 30 minutes.

The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was good, great selection.
I could hear doors slamming all hours of the night. The bed was hard as a rock. The heater kicking on and off was extremely loud. The room was very small and the furniture was crammed together.

it was clean
but room right above us was very noisy when he would walk around and very nerve-racking just having surgery done.

Property was clean. Rooms were well appointed. staff friendly and courteous.
Limited parking. Has to pay for parking on top of room fees.

New carpet and furniture
Hotel layout is a long bent building that wraps around half of the parking lot. Single small elevator at one end by the lobby to service all 150+ rooms. Ask for a room close to the elevator. Rooms are very small. Window rim cracked, missing smoke detector, told office, was never placed.

This place was a joke. I requested on my booking that I needed a dog friendly room for my certified trained service animal. After checking in everything was all great. Or so I thought. Nothing was said so I figured everything was just fine about my dog. Since I made sure to get pre-approval from the property, prior even to pre checking inn. Well the next morning as I took my dog to use the restroom outside. I was approached by 2 front desk ladies who's ambitious and militant body language combine, with there condescending and belligerently biased opinions of my actions. To not have my dogs service animal documentation ready for them to scrutinize was beyond any kind of disrespect they had ever encountered . As well as their incompetence to see with their eyes that I had a dog with me at check-in and their inability to remember to inform me that the pet deposit needed to be paid and that all of this was my responsibility and I had failed to adhear to this unspoken unwritten and known foolishness. My family and I were told that we would not be allowed to stay any extra nights past the date in which this conversation happened and that any other fees such as pet fees deep room cleaning fees and obviously ignorance and incompetence fees where going to be charged to my card on file and i needed to leave the premise with haste. Which again brings me right back around to the very fact that the third party vendor that I booked this stay through I was absolutely clear and checked the box that I had a service animal and a special request for said service animal that had been approved by the property management the same management that in my opinion accuracy and descriptively is mentioned above. If I could give more than one zero for this hotel I absolutely would in my opinion 00000 Stars. I would never recommend ever to stay at this hotel.
Unfortunately my stay was so irrevocably terrible that not only am I using this space to describe how terrible it was but I also use the above space of my actual likes of this stay to describe what I shall now refer to in this space as the complete and total death of customer service guest value and my future business.

room was nice and clean, bed was huge and very comfortable, breakfast was great and varied, had a great time
nobody wearing masks despite the pandemic still being a thing, there was a vent in my room that turned on randomly in the night and woke me up, some guests were really loudly screaming at 5~6am, but those were small things

The property was clean, modern and centrally located to the Denver Tech Center.
I did not like that parking was an additional $5 per day and there was not a designated smoking area. I do not smoke, and I do not think it’s welcoming to walk through someone’s cigarette/vape smoke going into the front lobby.
