About this house rental
This beautiful 2166 sqft home is located in the middle of the Kings Lake Community with its georgious lakes and long walking- and jogging-paths. The house is built on a 0,26 acres lot with tropical trees like mangos, lemons, bananas and starfruits. The 1620 sqft patio with its large pool is screened. And you can also sit outside when it is raining because one third of the area is covered. The house just had a complete makeover and has not only got new appliances but is also completely new furnished. The kitchen and dining-area is separated from the living room, the kitchen island is perfect for a cosy breakfast. From the master-bedroom you can step outside on the terrace. There is everything you need in the house. From the iron-bord to books and beachtowels. Three bikes are also available. Anf if you like to play tennis, there is a tenniscourt in the community.
You will reach the beautiful white beaches at the Gulf, the famous Pier of Naples or the port with its delicious fish-restaurants within minutes – either by car or bike
Gulfers can decide between dozens of golf courses around. One, Lakewood, offers daily or monthly memberships for reasonable prices (starting at 30 $ including the cart).

We had a great time staying here in Kings Lake. The location was perfect, minutes away from 5th ave, shopping and places to eat. The pool was amazing and clean! This home was wonderful. It was was very clean and neat. The sliding doors opening to the patio were perfect, making it feel like the home was doubled. We practically lived outside. Fred was great to communicate with. He always answered any question immediately. W would love to stay here again.

Kids spent so much time in the pool. Clean safe, and quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of towels for pool and bath.

House was very clean and comfortable. There’s a large outdoor area with a solar heated pool which warmed up nicely once the weather got better. Though the interior was very spacious and comfortable, it needs some updating.

Great house layout in quiet suburb of Naples. Pool was a nice plus. Bathrooms need updating and place was cleaned by owner when we arrived. Although next day he send in a professional service. House was very well equipped with anything you might need for a relaxing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The only reason I can't give a 5 star rating is because the pool never heated up to a temperature warm enough to swim in even though we covered it at night.

I stayed here about 2 weeks ago for 5 days. It's a lovely home on a beautiful street. We chose this location because we really wanted a private pool vs a shared hotel pool during a pandemic. But there were dead ants in the pool everyday! I tried my best to clean out what I could with the handheld skimmer but once the water pumps came on it would filter more dead ants into the pool. I texted and sent pictures to the property manager- his first response was he would have Carl the pool guy take care of it then it turned into requesting me to check the water level and the pool skimmer flap! I felt like Carl should have been there to check the pool himself soon after the issue was exposed. That's Carl's job not the guest. Also looking back at pictures taken of the pool during my stay the water was not the crystal blue as pictured. Enjoyed my stay, Fred seemed nice when I reached out but disappointed with the pool as it was like 80% of the reason we booked the house.

We had an excellent stay in Naples. This is an older home. The kitchen is separate from the living room but it still worked out well. We spent most of our time outside. The owner leaves things from other guests so there was cooking oil, seasoning and lots of other things. Everything you need to make meals is there. Very nice bedding and towels and plenty of them. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, pool toys.

I randomly chose a house in Naples and it turned out to be a great decision. Check in process was easy, Fred was very nice, the house was clean, well stocked and close to several beaches. We spent time at the Naples pier, Tigertail beach and Marco Island. When we weren’t at the beach we spent hours in the backyard by the screened in pool. The patio area is huge and widely covered. It is so well covered that we were able to stay outside during the tropical storm Elsa and not worry about getting wet. The backyard it’s a very lush with foliage which gives much privacy. The house Is perfect for any group type meaning adults only or families with small children. It is conveniently located near several restaurants eateries. Advice, Fred you really should add a TV outside in the patio area. Then my mother would have slept outside. Lol 😂

We loved our stay here in Kings Lake! The beaches in Naples were easily accessible and amazing and the home was comfortable, beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The pool and lounge area surrounding it were perfect for kids and parents alike. We had a wonderful family vacation- thank you!

The Kings Lake property is a great spot to relax and enjoy some down time. The pool was private and refreshing after a day at the beach, which is within a 10 minute drive. Actually, you can be most anywhere you may want to go in a few minutes. Easy check and check out. Fred, the owner, was easy to work with, no issues here. Would stay again.

which is nice for privacy. Property manager offered many great recommendations. Great neighborhood, with short driving distances to grocery, restaurants and the beach.

Older home in beautiful neighborhood. Fred has this immaculately clean home stocked with ever you should need. The home is in need of an interior paint job and carpet replacement. In the second and third bedrooms there are futon mattresses which are not always the best for adults. The screen over the pool should be repaired, it is ripped in three places. I saw this in an earlier review and thought it would have been repaired but it is not. Great amenities, restaurants, and beach is very close. Be sure to try out Tacos and Tequila in the strip mall right outside the sub, great Mexican food and the best salsa we ever had.

Our stay at Kings Lake property was perfect and we very much enjoyed our time there. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The trees and foliage in the back-yard offer privacy from the outside world. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Working with Fred during check in and check out was incredibly easy. We are extremely happy with our experience at Kings Lake.

The owner was very responsive, kind and overall easy to deal with. The rental home was in a very quiet neighborhood. It was also clean and comfortable. I have already recommended this rental to family members. We hope to return to Naples soon and we would rent this home again if available!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this lovely vacation rental.
We had my husband, two children and parents with us. This house was perfect as we could have my parents on one side of the house and my family of four on the other side.
My husband and I loved going on runs around the neighborhood in the mornings with the wonderful sidewalks that created a perfect loop to start our day.
Attached to the neighborhood is a Publix, Starbucks and a phenomenal Mexican restaurant called Tacos and Tequila that we ordered carry out from one night.
The pool at the home was always warm and the pool seemed to be very well maintained and was incredibly clean. There was a small tear in the pool screen above as others noted; however, based on the location of the tear, debris isn’t going to come into the pool area. We loved the cushiony lounge chairs, couch and outdoor patio table under the covering that allowed for us to be outside without being in the sun.
The home is wonderfully located close to Naples pier -12 minutes - as well as Marco Island a short trip less than half an hour away.
The home was very well stocked with both dishes and cookware. We also appreciated that there were several spices on hand. The house was incredibly clean upon our arrival and the homeowner was very easy to work with. We have stayed in several VRBO homes over the years and the checkout procedures at this home were the simplest we have come across.
A fantastic trip made even better by a great owner as well as super sweet friends of the owner who went above and beyond for us during our stay.

On the plus side, Fred the owner was very easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The overall location was fantastic. Lanai and pool area made the home worth staying in. The layout of the home was nice with the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. The small office was a nice bonus.
On the negative side, the home needs some TLC. The screen over the pool was ripped in several places and debris came into the pool. The floor, which appeared to be painted, was chipped and marked up. The paint in the guest bathroom was peeling. The doors from the kitchen to the lanai need a coat of paint. The dishwasher leaked. Most of this is all minor and easy to correct.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return as long as some of these minor issues were addressed.

In picking out a house to rent, my top priority was a heated pool, as I'm very aware that the weather in Florida fluctuate. This house does NOT have a heated pool! It's has a manual solar cover and pool never got over 78 degrees. There are two TV's at this property, the size of a laptop, one didn't work and the other you couldn't get more than 10 channels. After going back and forth for two weeks with the owner, he finally sent someone to get one TV to work, but since there isn't a property manager, you as the paying guest are expected to be "it" and I had to stay home and wait two days for a serve person to arrive. Kitchen appliances were new 15 years ago. There is safe but not for the guests, it was locked. I understand it's a rental property, but I would appreciate some honesty. On the plus side, it was a nice neighborhood, with a decent layout.

We had a wonderful time in Naples at this beautiful house! The house is large and spacious with a beautiful outside area. The screened in pool is perfect--the water was warm and refreshing and the lanai area was a great place to relax. The Kings Lake neighborhood is quiet and lovely yet close to 41 and Davis Blvd. We loved it!

Our stay at your lovely home was just right for two couples. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived and in good working order. The backyard is very private with a generous size pool. The neighbourhood is beautiful to walk and very quiet . We loved the exceptional two mile walk around King's Lake. Many, many birds. Local shopping, banking, and restaurants were very convenient. We especially recommend the Farmer's Market at St. Paul's Church on Saturday mornings.

This was a senior Spring Break trip with four senior girls and two moms and I think I can speak for all of us when I say that this was the best vacation! The house was perfect! Very well maintained. The furnishings were awesome, very modern! The pool/patio area was fabulous! We went to four different beaches because the house was in a perfect location! Not far from downtown Naples and the Pier! Would definitely stay again! The homeowners were great to work with and very accommodating.
